Working on a Saturday so I ordered lunch for my team. Placed the order online through GrubHub. I was very specific with my order, looked it over twice before submitting. Unfortunately the order has several things wrong. Ordered sweet potato fries with the chicken tenders & received regular fries. Ordered 3 regulars fries & only received 2 orders. The Cobb Turkey burger, no tomatoes. But came with extra tomatoes. The OMG burger, no mayo but of course it had plenty of mayo on it. Very disappointed. Called GrubHub & Burger 21, the only resolution offered is a refund. So now while half my team eats, the other half goes hungry.

This place is fantastic! I had the OMG! Burger and I felt like I had gone to burger heaven. My wife had the 101 Burger and loved it. The place was clean and even though it was very busy, the staff was professional and efficient. I thought the food could have been hotter, it was still great. I will be back, next time with friends in tow.

Was so excited that my friend and I finally had the opportunity to experience this restaurant, on a take-out basis. Turkey burgers; the«Cobb» and the«Skinny,» thanks but no thanks. I hope that more traditional burgers are enjoyed by other diners. The«turkey» tastes like mystery meat. The consistency n o t at all like my 75 year-old palate has ever experienced. Live and learn. Too bad I can’t give them another chance since we do not partake of beef or pork. LG-B

The good is pretty decent! The service is good. The place is nice and clean. They have some off the wall milk shake flavors, definitely worth trying. Id go back again

I have been here three times now and on every occasion the burgers have been delicious! I have yet to try the milkshakes but I bet they are great as well!

We visited Burger 21Buckhead on National Burger Day, they were giving away free burgers if you downloaded their App… Cheesy burger is what they were giving away, and not a kids burger, it was the real deal! Good deal huh??? Because this was my first time at a Burger 21 location, I didn’t know they cooked all burgers medium, and I’m a medium-well person. I don’t like to see anything bleeding. So as you can imagine, I couldn’t completely finish my free burger, but the part I did eat was yummy. However, I did enjoy trying all of the sauces on my fries. Lol.(they have a sauce bar). I will know the next time to request medium-well. The restaurant was extremely clean, all white and grey inside. The service was extremely fast, but really nice and the prices were actually pretty descent from what I could see and it wont be an entire year before I visit another Burger 21 restaurant.

So, I knew this was a chain but I didn’t think it’d be so unoriginal and lame. The«art» on the wall was laugh out loud hilarious. The music reminded me of a high school dance… It just felt kind of empty. Don’t get me wrong the servers were VERY attentive and the staff is awesome, but the place just lacks substance. The burger(Cheesy something or other) was not bad, but I doubt I will crave it. Mine and my dining partners burgers were not consistently cooked, mine was practically raw and his was cooked medium well. It’s cool how there is an array of sauces… But based on the atmosphere and mediocrity of the burger I will likely travel further to Farm Burger for better ingredients and nice tap list.

The food was good but a little pricey for what you get. Also, what they call med-well is much more like medium as it was completely pink and a little raw in the center. Fries were bland but the chipotle ketchup was very good. Ice cream sundae was awesome though I think they forgot the order and had to remind them after about 12 minutes.

Overpriced. Had a Mushroom burger. Mushrooms were bland and tasteless the shake was served in a plastic cup and had a consistency of a Wendy’s Frosty. Certainly not worth the $ 12 + price. Place ver clean and good music and staff but there are much better burger places for less money.

The burger was fine, but nothing special. The fries were similar to shoe-string fries, and were pretty bland. $ 14 for a basic burger and fries and a soda isn’t really worth it to me. It was overpriced and underwhelming. If you want a quick burger, go to Cheeseburger Bobby’s nearby instead.

I ordered a buffalo chicken burger, regular fries, and a small side of cheese sauce which totaled out to be about $ 14 and some change. You order first then find a table. I also liked how they had different sauces to try out for your burger and fries like chipotle mayo. Service was quick and we didn’t wait long. I enjoyed the chicken burger and the fries. The milkshakes also looked great from the menu but I didn’t order one. My only reason why it’s 4⁄5 stars is because I think it’s a little pricey. Overall, good experience here and I would return!

Meh. This is a mediocre burger joint at best. Really no different than cheeseburger bobby’s right next door. Not worth the price for this sub par food. Save your money and go eat at farm burger or flip burger.

Burger 21 was delicious. I had the ahi tuna burger on a gluten free bun with sweet potato fries. The sauces were so tasty! Very clean and prompt. I will definitely be returning!

Burger 21 just opened and I am excited to have another great burger place in the area. The black and bleu burger was awesome, great fries and amazing milkshakes. Definitely will be back.

typical order and grab a table. Food comes to you. not busy and took more than a few minutes, but not unreasonable. Décor and atmosphere is a mix between restaurant and McDonald’s. Not fancy, but no bar and only a small shake counter. Food… burger was OK. Not bad, but nothing special. I got the Tex burger and all the toppings were a really good mix and crisp. My beef(no pun intended) was the beef. it was just average. Killer Burger, Shake Shack, or Farm burger are better in my opinion. Fries… less than average. McDonalds style, but party soggy. If McDonald’s are better that’s trouble. In a overcrowded burger market, you have to be better. a variety of ketchups, but none very good, but that’s a personal thing. Nothing to run back to which is unfortunate since it is in my backyard.

I’ve never been to a Burger 21 until today, and the food and service at this location was great. I came with a group of about six girls. The atmosphere was perfect and provided for a good time. The location is very new and beautiful inside. Although there was a crowd, we didn’t have to wait in a line and our food arrived at a timely manner. The burgers were juicy and thick(not the thin patty that some places provide). They also provided a wide range of alternatives for vegetarians and those gluten-free eaters. I had the skinny turkey burger. It was yummy and highly recommended. Coolest part? They have a bar full of sauces that you can select from. The concept is cool and unique. It makes it fun for sauce lovers who enjoy customizing their burgers. Service was superb, and no complaints. The only down side I would say is I wish it was closer to my house, but I’ll definitely be making the drive to go back!
