I would say that this is not a very organized McDonalds. When I arrived here, I stood in line for at least five minutes before the cashier realized I was there. After placing my order, several people that were in drive thru started to complain and wanted their money back. They had been waiting for a long period of time. The kitchen had one cook and she appeared to be confused. She continued to say we are out of bacon and the cashiers were just waiting on orders. It took them a total of ten minutes to make my Big Mac and the dining room was empty. They really need help, they are losing a lot money.

Stopped by to get my morning coffee and because I woke up late and didn’t have time to make it at home. Greeted by a friendly voice at the intercom, quick and speedy service, and they even put the creamer and sugar in for me and it was perfect. Great job McD’s!

Going to a fast food is not a norm but more like a «treat» that I do once every many many months. I know how that sounds. I never like drive through, I am never a big fan of fast food(except those in Tokyo). I have never been a fan of McDonald in this particular location. Years ago, I went to this location and bought two kid’s meals(At that time I did not even want those food) and paid for two toys so that my niece could have them. When the staff gave me two identical toys of the same design, I asked if I could have two different designs. The staff gave me the worst kind of attitude before and after she swapped one for another design. For those who know me knows how much I embrace such treatment. However, I did not argue with her or call for manager. Fast food is not a place I will go by myself, let alone eat there. Tonight I just suddenly feel like having some McNuggets. I know, not sure what gets into me, maybe I have hit my head somewhere. I found someone(who can be so sweet) who would go pick up some McNuggets for me. Yes, if I can avoid going anywhere, I will at all costs. The McNuggets I received were unappetizing and looked like they were refried. As a matter of fact, I have never seen such sad McNuggets or any chicken nuggets like this before. I am no connoisseur when it comes to chicken nuggets, but I am sure if anyone gets to try these McNuggets will agree they were far from acceptable. Shame on he/she or they who have the decency to pass on those stale McNuggets!

I’m not a fan of this location at all. Seems they over salt the meat pretty often. Last time I visited I was actually crunching on the crystals of salt on my cheeseburger. This time I ended up with ridiculously sweet tea. This location seems to have repeated problems with consistency, and the late night staff projects a careless attitude.

It is almost as if the staff went out of their way to be as rude and lazy as possible. With one car in line with me, and the inside empty, I waited almost fifteen minutes for an iced coffee, that had whipped cream covering the side of the cup, and my food order to be wrong. Don’t waste your time

I love their hotcakes and sausage! Great service and clean restaurant. Bring your own orange juice, it that same price as a half gallon in the store.

Worst service I have ever received at a McDonald’s, worldwide. I have to repeat myself at least twice for every order because they clearly just aren’t paying attention. Do not trust the screen to confirm your order; once they actually put in your order, it doesn’t mean the person putting your meal together can read. Long waits; I actually sat in the drive-thru for at the pickup window for almost 6 minutes waiting for fresh fries. I don’t mind waiting for fresh fries it’s the fact that I sat there for six minutes and no one said anything to me as to why I was waiting and why this five cars behind me we’re having to wait. Since when does McDonald’s run out of fries?

Not a huge fan. The staff is not very attentive, and I truly dislike going in. I give it two stars because the drive thru service is typical for McDonald’s and they seem to be fairly accurate. I just cannot go in because the employees are more interested in yelling at one another about either pointless things or work disagreements, and being that this is suppose to be a kid friendly environment it truly bothers me. I would recommend any other restaurant on that strip of road if you are looking for a place to sit down and relax, because to me this is drive thru only and only if you are starving and need something quickly.

Since I recently moved closer to work, this is the closest McDonald’s to my new place. It’s also conveniently located on my way to work, so it’s fairly easy to drive through and grab a Vanilla Iced Coffee on those rare mornings when I am up earlier than usual and have the time to make a stop. Although I have never dined in and don’t plan on doing so any time soon, I’ve already made a few trips through the drive-thru. My order has always been right. Granted, I don’t make things complicated here. Sometimes I get a small Vanilla Iced Coffee with«light ice»(less ice = more coffee… teehee), and other times I also get some breakfast. At a mere $ 1.69 for a small Vanilla Iced Coffee, that price is hard to beat elsewhere. And it’s yummy. They actually make it pretty good here, meaning it’s not bland(which means they skimped on the syrup) or overly sweet(too many pumps of syrup). I’m a huge fan of their current«2 for $ 3» breakfast sandwiches — Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McGriddles. Man, I love those things. I don’t really like pancakes, but these sandwiches are just the perfect blend of sweet and salty. And, as always, how can you go wrong with two hash browns for just $ 1? By the way, try the hash browns dipped in the Sweet Chili Sauce. Yum. The drive-thru at this McDonald’s is super quick, and the employees have been friendly thus far. Hopefully they will keep this up as I will probably be frequenting this location more often than I should. Overall, this McDonald’s gets 4.5 stars for their consistently tasty(yet oh-so-unhealthy) fast food and fast, friendly service. I will definitely be back very soon… [Review 315 of 366]

I went through the drive-thru for breakfast on Sunday morning. It was quick and accurate. No complaints. Food was what I expected.

While part of me feels like it might not be fair to rate an establishment based on little more than customer service, I do not feel like this McDonald’s is so exceptional at anything else that it makes up for my bad experience/s there. In fact, I have taken precaution to make sure I avoid this location at all costs rather than chance going back. During the holiday season this past winter I was needed at work quite late on a number of nights that I was used to being in so late on. To combat my growling stomach in a hurry I stopped into the drive-through here around 12:30am or so to pick up a quite snack while on the way home from work. After my order was taken I drove to the first window to pay and before giving my card back to me the man working at the window proceeded to look me over, thus making me feel uncomfortable, and repeatedly hit on me before I sheepishly had to ask for my card back so that I could move on. I confirmed that I was not interested in meeting up with him again and finally pulled on to the second window. At this point I would have just left had I not already paid; after I spoke to another woman who said my order would be there shortly he came BACK, this time to the second window, and said that he required my number before getting my food. After a very long day at work and not being in the mood for this I casually asked if my order was up and said that I would not be giving out my number or going on any outings. A THIRDTIME, he came back and said he would not hand me my bag without a cell phone number and held it there as if trying to tempt me. NO. I finally got home with both my fries, a long-time guilty pleasure, and giving out any numbers in desperation. When I got home I wrote a formal complaint on the restaurant’s website and was told not long afterward that the problem should be addressed shortly, but never received any follow-up or got any resolution. Therefore, I have not been back. I hate coming across sensitive, but this really did rub me the wrong way and has prevented me from returning; I just cannot bring myself to chance it. Prior to this my order was almost always at least correct when I went through the drive-through and I have never actually been inside, but oh well, I guess I never will be.

The customer is always wrong! I ordered 2 shakes(one small and one medium). Drive through lady hands me 2 small shakes. I informed her that one was supposed to be a medium. Without hesitations, she snaps back telling me I was only charged for a small. Luckily, I had my receipt still in my hand and told her that she was wrong. Of course, no apology was given to me for the mistake. Another lady handed me the medium shake and sent me on my way.
