Zaxby’s

Food is good at this location but I had a very rude woman employee tell me I paid for one sweet tea and not two and that I didn’t order two… Come to find out we get the receipt and it says 2. She then refuses to admit she made a mistake or apologize. Where is the southern hospitality these days?

Food always good. Service is friendly and fast. Wish they will bring back the Zensation zalad but manager said won’t be back on menu this year. «Boo hoo» wings and things make up for it.

Disappointing experience! Way smaller sized wings and things than i have seen at all other locations. My meal was predominantly fries. Wings were puny size at best. Don’t even bother to complain since you know you will get the «tude» from the staff tge way they are acting.

I work from home sometimes and almost all Mondays. I wanted Zaxby’s Sun night but it was 8:50 and they closed at 9… I didn’t want to be that customer so I decided to just go for lunch Monday.
There was one car in front of me. I ordered and the person on the other end seemed a very short. When I got to the window it was confirmed. My food was $ 7 even… the girl gave me my change back. I said Thank You and the girl just stared at me with a blank stare. Also, she rolled her eyes at me… it was beyond rude. Why roll your eyes at me when I’m being courteous. Ugh.
I ordered the Kicken Chicken sandwich meal. It was fine. Not something to drive far for, not something to complain about.
Chick-​Fil-​A is across the street and it’s always their pleasure to serve you. Roswell Rd has too many food options for me to come back and deal with the attitudes at Zaxby’s. Especially when the food is nothing super special.

Don’t ask for any extra Zac sauce — they’ll try to charge you .25 for it !! No one charges for extra condiments — NO ONE !!!

Went to lunch with my girlfriends. All of us had salads. They were very good. Service was okay.

I had lunch at this Zaxbys today. I ordered the fried house salad. I only had a little chicken in my salad. The service at the front counter was weak. The person taking our orders walked away without saying anything, it was weird. The place is really busy. The place is clean.

Horrible service and the food has yet to be good quality after 2 visits in 2 weeks. First, English is not the first language of anyone that works there and I find myself having to have them repeat what they said both in the drive-​thru and at the counter. Second, each order I have received has been wrong. Third, every meal has been cold, fries soggy and lettuce/​tomato is wilted and looks unwashed. Three strikes, this Zaxby’s location is out!

I still endorse the fingers heartily and have also become a big fan of their House salad: this baby is very generous in size, with mixed greens, red cabbage, tomatoes, carrot strips and fried onions (I opt out of those). With their honey mustard sauce (my pick) or even with the Zaxbys sauce (whatever is in that delicious creation is simply yummy) this is a great pick for easy lunch or dinner, both with the grilled and the fried chicken.
Today, I couldn’t decide whether to get fingers or the salad with the same chicken, to go, so I decided to go with the smallest size fingers (5) and bring them home to try to create my own version of theirs! I varied my ingredients a bit (you need bacon in a house/​club salad, right??) but the end result was just as good as theirs. It was definitely the chicken that makes the salad!

Zaxbys is awesome, that’s all I have to say. There is usually plenty of staff to service people and the place is clean. And the chicken fingers? Well, I can say without doubt that it’s the best I’ve ever had.

This Zaxbys on Roswell road is one that has brought a ton of customers in the Buckhead/​Sandy Springs. This restaurant is one of the more popular ones in the area and it is recently new. The main reason for this is due to the fact that there isnt another Zaxbys near it so people arent used to its deliciousness. The food that zaxbys offers is designed around their chicken fingers and the reason is because their tenders are the best I’ve ever had. Their menu consist of different variations of their wonderfully cooked chicken, and almost all of their meals come with their famous texas toast. One setback of Zaxbys is that all of their food is extremely greasy, except for there salads which are very popular. Zaxbys has the look of a fast food restaurant but it is far better than any McDonalds I have ever had, which is located right next to the Zaxbys. One of my favorite «fast food» places if it is even in that category of restaurants. Everyone needs to visit this Zaxbys some of the greatest food I’ve had and thats the reason why me and everyone else keeps going back

This review is for the banana pudding milkshake. Very sweet, just the way I like it. I ordered mine with no whipped cream, which I would recommend, but I don’t think I got much/​any of the vanilla wafer pieces either. My wife’s was with whipped cream, and it had the vanilla wafer pieces. She liked it a lot too, but I think the whipped cream came back to bother her stomach later. We went through the drive-​through, and it was very fast.

I discovered Zaxby’s earlier this year and can’t believe I didn’t try them sooner. They have some delicious chicken and are a wonderful gem in the East Coast. Being from California i’ve never had the opportunity to try them when I was younger, although apparently they’ve been around for quite some time (20+ years!)
I’ve tried their Wings & Things menu item a couple of times which is plenty for one person but a little small for two people. The Wings & Things includes a few wings, a few chicken tenders, toast, fries, and a few sauces. Please note, this particular combo does NOT come with a drink which I didn’t realize on more than one occasion. Their wings are definitely unique and tasty, although I would put their prices in the ball park of a little pricy. Their quality makes up for the higher prices though imho and I’m officially a fan of Zaxby’s.

On my first night in Atlanta (Fine. Sandy Springs) my sister insisted that we eat Zaxby’s for dinner. Fine.
She promised that it was the best chicken. When it comes to fast food chicken I’ve had
a) KFC
b) Chick-​Fil-​A
c) Popeye’s
d) Church’s
e) Raising Cane’s
and now Zaxby’s. This particular joint wasn’t busy when we rolled up at 9:00 p.m.-ish. My sister told me to get the chicken plate and it was enough to feed TWO people. Bread, coleslaw, and five (I think) pieces of crispy white meat chicken tenders.
Yeah, the chicken was good. Yeah, their special sauce was good. Yeah, the bread was alright. The coleslaw as meh.
Overall, I think Chick-​Fil-​A rules when it comes to chicken, but Zaxby’s was a-​ok for late night dinner.

Usually a fan of Zaxby’s, but the staff here has a had time staying on task. The other day I was stuck in the worst kind of traffic and was dying for a drink to make it the rest of the way home. Also knowing I someone at home who was starving, I decided to get them a snack.
I went thru the drive thru and got myself world’s largest unsweet iced tea (I had to repeat UNsweet twice) and then ordered a couple of appetizers for the house. The staff was so busy (I guess) having fun inside and no focusing, the girl could not even repeating my order without laughing — I couldn’t even understand her (plus she couldn’t understand me).
I drove around and she tried to apologize, but again, she was having a hard time keeping a straight face. I had to pull forward to wait for the food (at least it was fresh), but it turns out the mushrooms were so greasy they were inedible.
They need to spend less time screwing around and focus on their jobs. It may ONLY be fast food, but that doesn’t mean you cannot do it right and do it well.

No, no, no, I have never really understood the ‘Love” of this place I have stayed away from this chain because up until last year there wasn’t one in the area and two the commercials drive me nuts.
What’s up with the whistling in these commercials it is annoying and why does a woman feel the need to smack some football player in the ass, what does any of this have to do with chicken? I decided to try it a few times recently out of mild curiosity and in hopes their chicken would taste better than the «nuggets» next door.
1 — Five strips to go comes with one sauce. Breading is thin and doesn’t seem to have any seasoning the chicken needed the sauce in my opinion.
2 — The staff seems to be enthusiastic and friendly upon entering but are unable to answer some basic questions about the ingredients in their salads. I was a bit confused so I chose the Blue salad w/​blackened chicken while the chicken was tender and tasted good there is nothing blackened about this chicken The salad had a nice enough flavor that I didn’t even use the dressing. But the staff ???
3– Fried mushrooms were are probably a best forgotten treat from the past, for some reason these are sliced not sure why and are so full of grease they became inedible after the first 2 or 3 slices ewww. Maybe leaving them whole would solve this problem ?
4– Nibbler Snack Meal — I asked that the fries be crispy they were not in any way. The mini sandwiches (3) are mostly bread and have an unexpected sauce on them, I did not find this a value of any kind.

This place could be better. Both the person taking our order and the manager on site could not explain how the wings were priced and how many flavors you could pick if you get 20 wings. At first the person taking our order said you could get two flavors when you order 20 wings, but then she charged us more for it. It was ridiculously confusing. After explaining to the manager the confusion we faced he offered no consolation for the fact that the person taking our order was being confusing. We ended up buying less wings because we were just so frustrated with both of them!
I got the canjun chicken sandwich which came with fries and a pickle. but no drink? Why make something look like a meal but not include the drink? The fries were cold and soggy and the toast (I got toast instead of bread) was not as good as usual. I’ve been to better Zaxby’s than this one.

This must be one of the several new Zaxby’s I’ve seen popping up around Atlanta. I love Zaxby’s and this one did not fail me. Very clean and quick. I got the tenders as always.
