Mitchelle is the nicest person I’ve ever met. She’s professional and gave me some suggestions for good hair resource. Even though I didn’t buy the correct hair she wanted, she was very patient and split all the hair with me till 8pm. My hair was really short on both side but she made my hair looks very natural. I will definitely recommend my friend to do hair extensions with michelle as well.

My hair has been thinning for over 20 years. I refuse to wear wigs and weaves so I just chose not do anything about my hair loss. I suffered for so long with this problem that one day I decided to search for a solution for my female pattern baldness. I was a mess when I went in for my consultation, but Michelle was so patient with me. She explained my options and suggested the best process and why. She did a wonderful job on my hair. What I liked the most is that the difference is subtle, yet just enough to camouflage my thinning hair on top. So glad I went and ecstatic that there was a solution for someone like me.

A few years ago I foolishly went to an unknown salon that had no reviews. They sold me on extensions that ruined my hair when they swore they wouldn’t. A year later I found Michelle at Excellength. Hallelujah! Michelle introduced me to extensions that not only look and feel more natural, but they are NOT DAMAGING to my hair. My hair is still recovering, but thanks to Michelle, you’d never know it AND my hair isn’t continually being damaged by the extensions I have now. It’s a win-​win. FINALLY a way to have thicker; longer hair at the same time I’m restoring my own natural locks. All that is great but one of the BEST things about Michelle is that she understandS HAIR EMERGENCIES! Let’s face it ladies — they do exist. Michelle has rearranged her day to accommodate my little emergencies and she really, really gets it.

I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants a perfect hair replacement, this is the best I have seen. Michelle’s talents are amazing. Her unique style of doing hair is what I admire. I had different experiences with a few other salons, and in my personal opinion she is the best. Other salons would give you their best but with Michelle she gives 110%. If you are looking for the best quality hair, service and perfect hair extensions or replacement this is the place to go.
