Exxon Uptown Station

Exxon Uptown Station is the 6^th of 8 stops as part of «Eat the Peachtree 2015 — Electric Boogaloo!» — this is the return of the world’s largest world’s largest 10K-​themed pub crawl. 10 8 clicks, 10 8 stops, 10 8 dishes, 10 8 drinks. 1 epic afternoon. We walked from restaurant to restaurant in search of the best flavors and drinking venues in Atlanta, while enjoying the same sights as you would while running the Peachtree Road Race.
You can find Exxon Uptown Station at 1521 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30 309 in Brookwood on the left driving towards Midtown. It’s in the same gas station which ended up being a default during ETP 2014 last year (LPC was closed when we came by). So to honor that event we included it this year.
The interior is surprisingly spacious and the guy behind the counter quite kind and accommodating — we must not be the first drunks he’s had wander in from the street. Of course the food and drink selection is what matters… and we did outdo ourselves with Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Limon, Cheddar Beer Chips and a six of Lite Ponys…
We enjoyed our victuals out in the sun in a park-​like setting…

I didn’t actually get gas here, but the convenience store is the nicest I’ve ever been to. Bright, clean and great customer service.
