I strongly believe that customers in a retail environment should not be given attitude from the sakes support. If you have a bad day — go hide

It’s freaking annoying to wait in line to check out when a number of employees are walking around and there’s only one darn register open! Get a clue

It took me forever to find out that the Gap Baby store at Lenox Mall also carries Gap Maternity clothes! I don’t know why Gap doesn’t advertise this more. Regardless, I don’t find that Gap Maternity clothes fit me that well but there are some cute collections here so I would recommend stopping by for any 30−40% off sale that Gap might be having. The selection is minimal(only one section in the babyGap is dedicated to maternity clothes).

(Note: this post only refers to the maternity section & customer service at this location) Wow, what a waste of time. Looking for the Gap Maternity store leads you to the very back of a tiny Baby Gap store at Lenox Mall. The selection is poor, but the customer service is even worse. I asked for help, only to never see that person again(went to lunch?) and stood at the counter for over 15 minutes before being rung up. It sucks because they have the comfiest maternity t’s around, but I’ll stick to their website tyvm.
