I like the one at 7400 block of Tidewater Drive, I have been eating there for years. I really like their big chicken sandwich but I have noticed in the last year their big chicken sandwich is not so big, it’s all bun with a very small piece of chicken breast that is so thin you don’t taste the chicken, I would give 5 Stars to the people working there, they’re very friendly I love them some of them have been there for many years and they recognize my face when I come in. I Gotta Give It 1star because of the amount of chicken you get on the big chicken sandwich. Calling it the big chicken sandwich is very misleading

Finally I was able to go grab me a western bacon burger, fought friday night traffic, and when I arrive, see caution tape all around the Hardee’s establishment. Being a native Carl’s Jr. fan from Cali, I was ready for my fix. Very sad. It looks like they are tearing the building down. Boooo!

The good is typical. The service is usually pretty slow through the drive thru. My biggest problem with this location is it use to have tvs. Which I enjoyed watching sports while clogging my arteries. They got rid of the tvs for whatever terrible reason.

I have not been to Hardee’s in a long time. I honestly can’t remember what they serve, I just know they show those commercials everyone talks about. Honestly I don’t know how they survive as a fast food chain though, considering when I ordered they were out of the chicken club, and when they did give me the fried chicken sandwich it took 15 min of waiting to get it. The people were nice there, it just took forever to get food that didn’t taste like it was hot off of a grill or frier, I think Wendy’s is a much better bet if you want decent fast food.

Poor customer service EVERY time we’ve ever gone. It would be nice for someone to be somewhat pleasant there. Drive-thru wait is hellishly long, always. Tonight was the last time we’ll ever go to this location. Bottom bun on the burger was broken up. Quesadilla was super greasy and looked horrid. Half of the food we bought ended up in the trash. Didn’t bother calling them — it’s obvious they wouldn’t care anyway and it certainly isn’t worth the drive back and wait. FYI, the location on Delk by the 75 isn’t any better. Both locations seem to employ people that act like they are doing them a favor by working there when they should be grateful that they even have a job!

I picked up food from here for my starving child. BIGMISTAKE! The«kids meal» was nothing more than an overpriced burger, fries, and a drink. The burger was gray in color and looked weird. My son took two bite and said that it was gross. I am not sure how people can eat this or how this quality of food can be served. Now I know why the place is always empty.

Back in the 90’s — The Hardees Mushroom & Swiss was my favorite fast food burger… Went to this Hardees @ a year ago, felt sick afterward… Went back today… within 45 minutes, was doing the sphincter clinch power walk to the rest room. When I got there, I kept asking myself«I do not recall eating 3 day old goat, why does it smell as if I did?» Might be another year before I go back… but the Mushroom and Swiss burger still pretty good…

Haha, why Hardee’s? Because we had to find out if the loaded omelette biscuit was really delicious as someone mentioned. Honestly, it’s not bad for a breakfast sandwich. To me, I’d prefer Hardee’s biscuits over McDonald’s rock-hard, crumbly messes. This biscuit was actually soft. My only dislike of the omelette sandwich is that the bacon, crumbled sausage and ham aren’t evenly distributed, so it results in a salty center bite. Instead, I think I enjoyed the breakfast platter which is a really good price for 3.99: eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, one biscuit and white sawmill gravy. Mmm… this thing filled me up pretty well. Definitely eat the biscuit and gravy while it’s hot. While it’s probably unhealthy for me to come here often, I can appreciate the rare opportunity to get breakfast at Hardee’s.

This location is probably one of the worst for many reasons! 1. The employees are extremely RUDE! I totally understand if you dont like your job but that does not mean you need to be rude to all of your customers! There was a old man standing in there waiting for his food and he obviously had some kind of mental disability that made his ramble or talk to himself. And the head manager(the short bald guy) is behind the counter doing something and says«shutt up» to the old man and then quickly looks up to see if anyone heard him. None of the employees are ever smiling and are not very nice at all. JUSTPLANERUDE! The shift leader does not pay much attention and walked right by me after taking the couples order in front of me and pretends im not even waiting to take my order.(which i was) so she went to clean tables and sweep and then comes back to take my order. waited 10 minutes for her to take it. 2. They take forever to take orders and get the food out. I have personally waited 20 minutes on 2 number 3s. That is was too long for an 2 meals if you ask me. They like to dilly dally back in the back and talk and waste time! 3. The store is not clean at all! The tables are always greecy and the bathrooms are always nasty and most of the time dont ever have any paper products. Over all this Hardees sucks and it really disappoints me to the fullest. Just might be so bad i wont go to any Hardees ever again!

«Antony, uh, any chance of a little biscuit?» — The 10th Kingdom(2000TV Mini-Series) It’s not often that I go to a fast food joint to eat, usually it is the last place I will stop. However, on early morning appointments out, when I cannot eat beforehand, this is where I will stop on my way back home. Why? It’s simple, quick and easy drive-thru service and a delicious pork and gravy biscuit. Not at all good for me, sloppy to eat as ALL get out, but yummy. Weird, I know. But sometimes you just crave something terrible for your body and you just have to have it and this is my vice. However, when I feel like I need something a little less bad for me, I go for the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich. Still — not a super healthy option, but at least it isn’t fried meat. The staff is usually pretty nice through the window — not grumpy as other joints seem to be and the whole transaction usually takes less than 5 minutes. So I really cannot complain. If I’ve gotta have it, this is my go-to grease fill-up station. Don’t judge me.

Was so glad to find a Hardee’s near my new apartment. Love their breakfast. They even have country ham biscuits! Haven’t had their lunch(and this location is also a «red burrito» which is sort of like taco bell”.

I have to bring this new obsession out in to the open. Hardee’s egg biscuit is pretty fucking fan-damn-tastic. I mean who would expect some shit little fast food joint to have such an impressively homemade tasting biscuit? I have never actually been inside or even ordered drive through from this location(or any Hardee’s for that matter), but my boss brings in biscuits from here all the time. I am sure that the previous sentence has just jinxed my free biscuit breakfasts forever. Anyhoo I am here to say that regardless of all the testosterone filled, woman hating, man loving, grease filled notions that you have of Hardee’s you should really check out their biscuit. It is surprisingly delicious.

I think they’ve got a new manager here, because this previously rather dingy restaurant is now shiny and new looking. They’ve also upgraded their fountain drink machine. Though not a freestyle, it now has plenty of diet and non-soda options. I always appreciate Hardee’s restaurants in general for always offering freshly cut lemon slices, but now that I can put that in a Diet Coke OR a Coke zero, I appreciate them even more. Since this restaurant makeover, I think the employees even have a little more«hustle» in delivering what I think is the best fast food burger in the South.

This location almost always gets my order wrong. Quality isn’t good either. They need to bring Carls Jr. out here to show Hardee’s how things are supposed to be done.
