Hookah Cru

This was my first time going here. They had great music… recent hip hop music. Nice age group of people there 25 and older it seemed. No nonsense, laid back, chill spot. The hookah was nice, lots of different flavors. The long island ice tea was strong, but good. Negatives are it’s very small, not a lot of tables, and parking directly connected to the spot is not parking for this business, so you have to find street parking. Overall great spot!

I would give this place a 3.5. I was visiting from Florida and stopped by here with a friend. The upstairs is very nice and has pretty décor and art. It definitely feels both upscale but friendly at the same time. The server was nice enough and attended to us. He gave us the perfect amount of space and help. It was intimate enough but also open. The hookah prices were a little higher than I was used to, but it is in Atlanta.
They had some fun flavors and also drinks available. It is harder to seat bigger parties and we had to look around everywhere to get any privacy for the two of us, but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
The music was fun and the drinks were pretty good. They had sort of a DJ or at least someone manning some cool mixes.
Again, my favorite part was the art and atmosphere.
The hookah itself was okay also. It hit well and I didn’t have any qualms with it. They actually used the smaller mya hookah, which I’m okay with because I own one and it hits well. *Size isn’t necessarily better when it comes to hookah. So it was cool.
So to sum it all up, It wasn’t anything mind blowing but it was definitely an above average, A-​OK night. I had a good time and if I lived closer, it wouldn’t be my go-​to spot but I’d definitely return.

I dig this place. It’s small an intimate but a good atompshere. The drinks and Hookahs were reasonably priced. My only issue is that the place is small and cozy so if you have a party of more than 2 – 3 you may be out of luck.
The servers and staff were very friendly. I plan to go back!

Never heard of this place until my friends invited me to come through and hang out. The place is pretty small, but the atmosphere is nice and laid back. They also have $ 5 drink specials which is a plus in my book. The bartenders did a good job on the drinks as well as keeping the customers engaged. I didn’t get to try the hookah, so I’ll have to check that out the next time I come. The only down side to this place is that they don’t serve food. We would have stayed longer and smoked, but we were all getting hungry so we left and grabbed a bite to eat. It’s a nice place to chill with friends, but it’s also intimate enough for 2.

This hookah bar is small in size but big is experience. The creative hip hop art work and music sets the tone of this place as soon as you walk in. I recommend getting the Red Gummy Bear hookah!

This place is awesome. I can’t say much about prices (I was on a date) but they always have $ 5 drink specials. The hookah was good and lasts. They only have food on certain days but you can always bring in your own food! The décor is more of a laid back, chill feel which I adore. The only I didn’t like were that the couches were right next to each other. So it was kind of awkward when another party came and we were sitting all in each other’s personal space. This is a great place to bring friends!

I absolutely love this place after visiting Atlanta last night on a Saturday night for the first time I really enjoyed myself and the atmosphere was great thank you I really had a good time and will be back in the future again

Came here to chill and that’s exactly what happened. Apparently they have $ 5 margaritas every single day. Stop by in the middle of the afternoon and enjoyed my experience. The drinks are good, the bartender (Harry) was super cool, and the hookah was worth the price. The only think I don’t like is that they don’t have food. They only have wings on Wednesdays for the Empire viewing party so if you’re hungry, eat and then step on in here.

Visited this place on a Saturday night. Great atmosphere. I’m from DC so finding something comfortable like being back in my city was great. The mango madness hookah was amazing. The bartender was on fire! I had the $ 5 mojito and they were on point. The music was great as well. Hip hop always puts me in my zone. This was a cool chill spot. I gave it 4 stars because we weren’t able to get food. Apparently they only have food on Mondays and Wednesday’s. They would make a killing if they had food everyday but overall great experience.

Being from Cali this place was a gem, hookah bars back home are ridiculously expensive. This place was half the price of the coat of hookah back home. So to me this place was very affordable, in addition to the great prices the drinks were well worth the money. Each day had a different special I had the $ 5rum cocktail which was surprisingly strong so again its a bang for your buck. But the best thing about this place had to be the staff they were very friendly and attentive and felt more like old friends than staff. If I lived here I would be a regual here. This truly is a place to check out!

It’s a chill upscale spot that should serve appetizers. If you like hookah and liqueur then this is a spot for you!

My boyfriend and I went here after dinner on a Saturday night. First time for me going to a hookah bar and I enjoyed it. We had Mango Madness and I sipped on some moscato. It was very chill and hey it got the job done with my buzz. Good music, good environment, and great art on the walls and bathrooms too!

Came here on a Saturday night. Pretty cool spot. Ordered a Citrus Spirit fruit bowl hookah. The bartenders were really friendly and welcoming.

This is one of the best chill spots in Atlanta. I had my surprise engagement party on 4^th of July, in which I proposed to my girlfriend. We reserved the entire top floor. Of course she said «YES» and we partied the night away. The customer service is superb, super-​awesome drinks. Grace (the owner) is the greatest. Thank you so much! This is an absolute MUST for anyone in and visiting Atlanta (Old 4^th Ward). Great for «first dates», chilling with friends, and/​or winding down with drinks and hookah.

Nice gem, tucked away in a loft complex in Old Fourth Ward. My friend and I visited on a slow night, Thursday, which had its’ perks. This two-​level lounge-​like hookah haven had a chill vibe and cool ambience. The décor was nice-​urban art with a modern touch. Music played and a couple of large screen TVs were on.
The hookah was fine; we tried a watermelon, peach, mango blend. Didn’t produce a lot of smoke like I wanted for it to, but it was smooth. The hookahs are $ 20 or $ 25, coals were replaced for free. Drinks were good too. This establishment does not serve food.
I’m certain this place can attract a crowd. When we asked, we were told the busiest nights were Wednesday, which they offer half off hookahs, and Friday and Saturday.

Stumbled upon this hidden gem here on Unilocal.This is definitely the best hookah spot in ATL. Grace and her staff’s hospitality sets a new bar.

Pirates cave and mint & blue mist and mint hookah are my favorite. They also have 5 dollar beers all the time! And television to watch the games!
