They ain’t from Jersey, because this place would never last a week in Jersey. I walked in while on my lunch break, because they advertised slices. It took almost 25 minutes to get two slices and they were horribly undercooked. I threw them away. The woman at the counter was horribly rude and should not be working in retail. She said she didn’t have change, and then started taking it out of the«tip jar.» She made a big dramatic production about it. I normally would tip a nominal amount for picking up food, but not for terrible service and for waiting that long for pizza slices that were completely inedible. By the looks of the reviews here, they should shut down forever.

Do not order from here. If you order from here you have been forewarned what you are getting into. Ordered a slice of cheese pizza and fries one day to be delivered hungover at work. The delivery took almost two hours to arrive. The food arrived and it was so sub-par. The pizza was rubbery and cold, the fries had nice seasoning but we’re also cold. Not good. Also, I drove past the actual location on Pharr the other week and it’s very sketchy looking. Don’t do it, spend your money on Più Bello it’s much better and also in the area.

It’s really unfortunate the(always evasive and hiding) owners(asian lady) Bhouvan and Paul. can’t keep it up with this store, don’t care more about customer service and don’t pay their employees. or keep the store more sanitary in the back. you know make things kind of more sanitary for their customers. The food would be pretty good but alas. They owe me about 600 dollers lol don’t give them any money they don’t care for their customers or employees.

If I could give this business less than one star, I would. I am appalled at the lack of service at this restaurant. I ordered a pizza around 5:40pm, and specifically asked how long it would take. I was told 7 – 10 minutes. I filled up on gas and bought a couple things in the convenience store before I returned to the Jersey Boyz expecting to pick up my pizza. By 6pm, I was late to where I needed to be and asked how much longer the pizza would take, and was told again 7 – 10 minutes. I asked if they had even started making the pizza and was told that they had not. Since I had waited a total of 20 minutes and was late, I told them I could not wait any longer and asked to take the pizza with me to cook myself. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that at least I know they did follow foodservice guidelines of not allowing a customer to take raw food. I was told that I could get a delivery to the location I was heading to, and to call back with the specific unit number of the condominium and I could have delivery in about one hour(keep in mind the building was essentially across the street and I had already waited 20 minutes). When I tried to call back, I was met with a standard message that the wireless number was not available. I tried calling at least 4 times, and was each time met with this message. Not only did they charge me for the pizza up front when I ordered, they did not issue me a refund when they failed to ever answer the call to «deliver» the pizza. BUTHEREISTHEWORSTPART: two days later I see yet ANOTHER charge to this restaurant on my debit card. AND… of course there is no way to get in touch with them to dispute! TERRIBLE! AVOIDATALLCOSTS! Don’t bother. The place was a dump. The one guy behind the counter wasn’t interested in taking my order. Not sure how the place manages to stay in business. Try Fellinis or Blue Moon instead. They actually seem to care.

If I could give a negative rating I would. My order was late, resulting in cool pizza and warm coke. The box looked as if it had been dropped. I paid the guy $ 20 cash for a $ 12.41 order but the delivery guy forgot change and my coke in his car, upon his return he shoved a coke and $ 4 into my hand and took off. Can you believe it? NEVERAGAIN!

These guys are going to go out of business while making good pizza. What a bunch of terrible(dicks) attitude people they have working. I walk past them through the door, they run inside where the girlfriend of one of the guys is sitting and mumble some sort of comment, I ask what did they say, they said«pick up» I said yes, I paid and left, this is the third time I’ve ordered it… close to friends house and we love pizza but what a bunch of terrible, think they are owed something people. Pizza there is great.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from there today. It took a long time, the food was cold, and the food quality was low. I will not order from here again!

Ordered from eat24. It took over 90 minutes(noon on a Saturday) to get here and it was cold. I live less than ten minutes from there. It wasn’t even good pizza. Toppings were sparse and some slices didn’t even have any toppings on it. Terrible stuff. Don’t order from here. They didn’t even get the order right. Again, stay away from here.

The pizza is average, the conditions at the restaurant looks unhealthy and disgusting. Also if you are going to pay there pay with cash because I am seeing some weird charges from them on my card and there is no way to get in contact with them to dispute this without going into the restaurant. AVOIDTHISPLACE!

Very disappointed with this one. I’ve been trying to find a quality pizza place in the area for some time now and still no luck here. First off it was over an hour and half late for the delivery, so my pizza was stone cold when I got it. Secondly, there were very few toppings on the pizza itself and the crust almost tasted like store bought remade dough. Looks like my search for quality, consistent, reliable pizza will have to continue.

Ick. Huge gloppy slice with half a ton of flavorless cheese and cloyingly sweet sauce. I’ve just edited this down from 2 stars to 1 star. That slice has been sitting in my stomach for two hours now. It’s a horrible feeling.

The first time I ordered from Jersey Boys was thru Grub Hub on December 30, 2013. The pizza was delivered within a reasonable amount of time and I thought it was pretty good. So … we ordered again on February 4, 2014. Our second experience was not the same as our first. The pizza and wings took over an hour and forty five minutes. By the time we received it? It was cold. The quality of our food was sub par. Not only was it cold, but the pizza(cheese with extra cheese) didn’t seem like it had much cheese on it at all. The wings were so small, dry and didn’t even have the mild sauce on them(as we had ordered). We called Jersey Boyz and stated how disappointed we were with our order. The management told us that we could call back and have the order resent at another time. We called today to have our order sent again. Same order. Cheese pizza with extra cheese and mild wings. After placing our order, we were told that there would be a balance due. After reading all of the other negative reviews here on Unilocal(which I had not seen the other two times I ordered) … I see that we aren’t the only ones that aren’t pleased with the product or the service. My advice? Avoid this restaurant. Everyone has the exact same problems. Poor quality. Inconsistent.

THEWORST. I ordered a cheese pizza, it said an hour and then showed up an hour and a half later and the delivery guy had the wrong pizza!!! He left, got the pizza back from the person he delivered it to who had already eaten 2 pieces, replaced 2 pieces with pepperoni pizza and then tried to deliver it back to me. I sent him away and then called for a refund. Now I’m waiting for delivery from another company. WTH?

I decided to write a review for Jersey Boys in Buckhead area, because Im pissed and could not get any resolution for my problem from whoever it was I talked with on the phone. Problem 1: My food arrived cold, I ordered a 10 piece wing(garlic par) with a small French fry. My order was COLD and frys SOGGY. I wasn’t going to complain at first no biggy just put in oven for awhile but then a 2nd problem Problem 2: No ketchup or Blue Cheese. How can I eat my frys w/o ketchup and my wings w/o dressing, major problem. I even asked the deliver driver b4 he left, are my condiments in here, he replied«yes» So I call and tell whoever answered the phone that Im calling to complain. This is my 2nd time ordering take out from Jersey Boys, and the 2nd time my order has been messed up. So the lady says she can give me a 10 dollar credit, no thanks I will never order from yall again, I just want my condiments. So I call 5 minutes later to see how long it will take, im like 5 minutes away, im told it will take 1 hour to get my condiments, which will not do. In addition my wings were more butter then garlic par, no garlic par flavor at all, and my frys did not come back to life after I put them in oven. I will never waste my money on Jersey Boys again!!! I will never recommend Jersey Boys to anyone again!!!

Wasn’t great but wasn’t bad. Its within walking distance from my work, so its more convenient than anything. Garlic knots were a touch bit under done… but had good flavor. Service was nice.

So the new yorker in me read the bad reviews but decided to give them a chance. $ 15.49 for a burger, fries, 20 oz sprite, $ 3.00 delivery fee and $ 1.00 tip. The food looked liked fooey and tasted like foo foo. Damn, I was rooting for you guys.

I am not surprised at all by the other reviews that have been left before me, and I completely agree with all of them. First off, this place is pretty damn expensive as opposed to other restaurants located in the Buckhead area, who have been in business much more longer than these guys. What pis*ed me off is that they don’t serve any type of drinks or beverages here. HOWDOYOURUN A BUSINESSINBUCKHEAD, OVER-CHARGEFORNOT-THAT-GREATFOOD, ANDHAVENOBEVERAGES/DRINKS WHATSOEVER? Something definitely isn’t adding up here. Customer Service is absolutely horrendous. It’s just completely awful that the character limit on this review prohibits me from explaining all of their flaws. Ditch this place and go to Felini’s, which is only a few blocks away from this place and you will definitely get your money worth, as well as a great customer-service experience. Oh, and I think that I left out the most important element of this review, the food. The food is okay, it’s not too great nor is it bad, but it’s definitely not worth what I’ve paid for. I hope management at this place changes their ways, or I predict this place to be out-of-business soon.

The pizza is almost on par with Papa John’s, but tastes more like cardboard. The crust is cheap, stretchy, full of dough-conditioner, and bland. The sad thing about bad pizza is that it’s not difficult to make good pizza, nor is it expensive. There’s no excuse for pizza like this.

I hate for their first review to be so low, but frankly, they don’t deserve any higher. The food: I went for lunch and had a slice with ground beef. Kind of boring, I know. The ground beef was flavorless and tasted terrible. The dough was soft and couldn’t hold the toppings on top. The cheese was stringy. The only slightly redeeming part of the pizza was the sauce, which was slightly sweet. This might be because they aren’t so busy, but the slices were huge. It was about the size of ¼ of a pizza pie. For $ 3, that’s a good portion, but I wouldn’t say that money is worth what you’re receiving. The service: I won’t not go to a place because of lousy service reviews, so I’d say I’m pretty lenient on not so great service. But really, this place is terrible. When ordering, I asked for a cup of water. They said their drink machine was out of order so they didn’t have water. Really? Upon ordering, I decided to eat there. There are 5 tables in the restaurant, and two of them had their office stuff on it(literally, a printer), and the other two had employees sitting there on their phones. As I stated before, the slices were huge and weren’t cut so I looked around for silverware. They had one set of opened plastic silverware on the counter, and one sealed. You would think that with all the employees just sitting around, this could be restocked pretty easily. There were four employees there, and the manager left after taking my order. For the entirety of my visit, ever single employee was either talking or texting on their phone, or smoking outside. Location: Jersey Boyz is next to the Texaco gas station on the corner of Grandview and Pharr. It looks like you can juts park in the gas station parking. Overall, I don’t think this place can survive unless it makes some big changes. Just within walking distance, Blue Moon Pizza is a way better option. Definitely use your money elsewhere.
