This Krystal’s health rating is back up, finally, to 88 and a B. They NEVER get an order right and I always have to wait extra. It didn’t used to be this way. I always blame the management.

Absolutely horrible. The girl at the register asked is 4 times what our order was. We were told to pull forward to wait for our sackful. We waited 12 minutes only to get lukewarm food which we were sure would be piping hot. Needless to say we took the uncooked crap back for a refund. No wonder they had no business while McDonslds across the street was packed. Never eat here or you’ll probably get food poisoning.

This Krystal wasn’t very busy but it didn’t stop Miss Virginia from being exasperated at every customer order or question

Just OK…
Typically like Krystal… however this location is usually a let down staff wise. LOUDmouth staff, constantly carrying on… generally rude! Can always hear them vocalize from the dining room. Patrons don’t want to hear the staff conversations… it’s annoying!
On brighter side, the food is usually pretty good and fresh.

They are clean, the drive through and inside staff are always friendly, and my food is typically hot and appears fresh. They have my vote!

Been here a couple of time — have taken forever every time. Seems like making small shitty burgers should be your go-​to, why does it take 12 minutes each time (3 burgers).

I grew up eating junk food like White Castle. Then I moved to a place where no White Castle could be found. And for a very long time, I yearned for such junkie cheese burger sliders. After transplanting myself to Atlanta, I stumbled upon Krystal. After eating 10 of their sliders, I had a mental orgasm. This is the closest thing I have come across that reminded me of White Castle’s trademark sliders. In their own way, Krystal has mastered the junkie slider. I have visited all the Krystal joints in Atlanta, and I concluded that the one on N Druid Hills Rd is the best. As one of the reviewers noted, this is indeed a model store for what all Krystal should be like. If you are craving for that mini-​cheese burger slider just before midnight, visit the one on N Druid Hills Rd. They are open ²⁴⁄₇ and the staff are friendly — friendlier late at night as if they haven’t seen a human being in a long time. One of the few fast food junk food at its best.

THIS is the BEST Krystal in the area!
This location has a 100 health score (and the staff is rightfully VERY proud of it), the bread is ALWAYS without fail soft and moist, your order is ALWAYS correct when placed through the drive thru, and I have yet to go and not be greeted by someone at the drive thru window who seems like they ENJOY their job, and actually WANT to be there.
I hope I’m getting this right, but Krishonda, who works days around the beginning of lunch time during the week, is remarkably friendly and efficient. Would LOVE to have someone like her on my customer service team!
This Krystal is the model store.

It was late, we were hungry; and I’m not going to put the blame completely on ‘Harold & Kumar” but we re-​watched it earlier in the week and it was certainly in the back of my mind. I don’t know if Krystal’s is as «good» as a White Castle, but it’s as close as we’re going to get in the A.
The staff running the drive-​thru were pleasant, especially for it being so late, and our food was ready in record time!

My family and I arrived late in Atlanta. By the time we got to our hotel (Double Tree across the street), it was past 9pm. We were a little hungry, so we walked across the street.
When we walked in, we were greeted with smiles from friendly staff =)
$ 5 for 5 sliders? AWESOME! Makes for great late-​night fast food… not too greasy either. I liked their chili fries too.

Went in one day feeling like I was coming down with a cold and needed a chicken biscut to coat my stomach to take on some cold meds.
This was one of the hottest freshest chicken biscuit I’d ever had. A from a Krystals no less.
Quick fast service in the drive thru.

Sometimes ya just gotta have. But if have it too much, you’ll damned sure pay for it when your digestive system revolts.
Great of soaking up the drunk, once you’ve put your drunk on. ;)
For northern transplants, Krystal is the southern equivalent of White Castle… only better. Mustard, onions & pickles is perfect.

Always fresh & hot! VERY friendly staff and you can’t beat the $ 5.00 five Krystal combo! Om nom nom!
