La Generala

This place is located within Plaza Fiesta in Atlanta. It’s basically a generic fast food Mexican joint and there are at least two other shops here like it. Only here, the food tastes more authentic, the customer service is better, and they serve great pineapple juice and the best torta I have had so far at this place. I got a chicken torta. It was about 7 dollars and you get what you paid for because this thing was massive. The bread was just the perfect size and the toppings were spread out perfectly. It was also served with fries which were alright, but nothing really special.
If you get a chance, try a Mexican piña colada here. It is half pineapple juice and half horchata. It’s delicious.
