PLEASE Do not give these products as gifts unless you are sure of the recipient’s skin type and personal routine and understand that they will not be able to take the product back for a refund. A lovely kind person gave me a generous gift of these products. But as a person with sensitive skin I can tolerate no fragrance and require allergen free everything. I took my gift and the gift receipt back to the store (short time frame on the return policy) and was told other than exchange for different products I could not use, there was nothing they could do. Their helpful attitude vanishes when they are not making a sale. I contacted their corporate offices and was told to mail the opened product to them. I re explained that I had never opened the products and have yet to receive a reply. I am not interested in paying to ship a box to a company that does not respond.
I know the store is fancy and the sales people work hard to make a sale. BUT it’s an impulse buy you or your loved one may regret when you get it home.

Great location for a flagship store. This place has great affordable skincare and cosmetics. There was only one staff person there, but it wasn’t busy. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she took us all around the store highlighting all of the specialty items. Many things in this store were in the moderately priced range and some were more expensive there will certainly be several people on my Christmas list who will be getting something l’Occitane.

Beautiful store, knowledgable staff, beautiful scents and plenty of testing. You’ll have to try the Verveine Verbena hand cream, my favorite!

I first heard about this store because if my #refreshvoxbox from Influenster. They sent me a free sample test of the shea comfort cream andi liked it. I went here Thursday for the first time for their complimentary facial event. The person who did my facial was knowledgeable and courteous. She was not pushy and helped me pick out skin care products gentle enough for my skin. The store was neat and smelled so good. I will be back for eye cream and moisturizer.

Regarding the review written by Fellow Unilocaler Meki, the birthday gift is actually not free, it’s a gift to customers when they spent $ 25 at the store on their bday month. So it’s definitely NOT FREE… Second of all, free gifts for VIP customers are only given when they present a mailer coupon… I’m familiar with L’Occitane’s rewards program, so I can defend them a bit… Not everyone can just walk in and ask for a free gift and get one, cuz the value is usually $ 30-​$ 60…

Pretty disappointed that this Flagship store did not honor their birthday perk offer of a $ 25 free gift. Instead they found a bunch of samples and put them in a bag for me.
I made a purchase regardless because the sales people we really friendly and worked for the sale. It didn’t help that when I asked about other locations in the city I was told that there was only one at Perimeter Mall which according to Unilocal,is not true.
It added salt to the wound when I saw the manager include a free product for a couple that came in and made a purchase before me.
It was my birthday and it made me feel pretty awful that they didn’t honor their advertised perk for me but let me see how willing they were to give a promotional gift to another customer. It made me feel like my business wasn’t valued. So I will not spend another cent in their store. In fact, I’ll probably give away my gift card.

The store is only a month old, and is massive.
The area is nice, and the store is set amongst nice restaurants, and high end shopping stores. the store is very open, and has everything you could need… there’s even a barber’s chair in the back, set up as a men’s area… they are looking for someone to come in and do shaves for men on sundays.
their product is great, and this location is also great.
