I bought a pair of $ 200 jeans, wore them twice and was not happy with the way they stretched and wore. It’s like they lost all of their shape and just hung on me. Considering I paid a lot of money for them, I thought I would be able to exchange them for a different pair. However, when I entered the store with my jeans, bag and receipt in hand, I immediately received the«stink eye» from the girls working in the store. The manager was less than willing to help me out and asked me what she was supposed to do. She even told me to try them on so she could see how they stretched and suggested I wash them and see how that goes. Clearly she was not going to work with an unsatisfied customer With the unpleasant staff and impossible exchange or return policy I will not be returning to Luna. There are plenty of other places I can buy designer jeans that have better customer service. After all, isn’t that why a girl shops a small boutiques for trendy, but overpriced clothes? The customer service makes the experience. But NOT a this store.

«What is that, velvet or something??» Yes, girls, it is velvet. Velvet, that is. One of my favoritest brands of tees and light dresses and tops. And Luna is stocked to the gills with Velvet pretties for their early spring selections. So many cute choices. I love the cotton softness of Velvet’s pieces and there are cool new designs out now, from tanks and tees in flowy shapes that I haven’t seen from them before, to updated versions of the long sleeve wraps they had the past few seasons. Also out this season are cute tops with kind of crocheted necklines and great dresses that I could totally wear to work or out on a casual patio afternoon in the sun! Yeah, there was plenty of other cute stuff too — and a TON of fun jewelry! — but if you love good tops or dig Velvet(or Splendid, which they are stocked up on, too), definitely make a stop at Luna soon!

I just spent $ 200 + on clothing in this store! What was I thinking!!! Check it: I give my card to the young lady like it was nothing too… like it did not even faze me. I did not charge either… ooooh LUNA taking all my money… Unilocalers — I have a problem! Shop-a-holic is in the house. But, wait the worst is yet to come… I spent $ 200+ on 2 dresses and a pleasant top… it just hit me!(That’s it) Luna has some of the cutest spring dresses in town though. The store almost reminds me of DASH. The Kardashian sisters store in LA. It’s not as «good as it gets» only due to pricing as the other Unilocalers have stated… LUNA is a bit much on your pockets. Be careful ladies and enter with caution… but it’s a must check out!

I am a clothes junkie but I have to say that I am not a fan of Luna. There is a decent one in Columbia South Carolina but this one just disappointed me. Size is limited and the selection is not great. Carries brands that Nordstroms, Neimans and Bloomingdales carry so its just the same olé same olé. If iIwanted another Vince cotton tee, I would have picked one up at the mall.
