i worked here nearly 4 years, gave them my full dedication, and when they fired me, they treated me like a criminal over a misunderstanding. this location does not keep loyal customers or employees and from what i hear, they’ve lost a LOT of business since i was fired because the people they have now do not work or do not know the meaning of customer service.
i normally love Macy’s and even though i live close by, I’m not shopping here anymore. they don’t have a good selection of anything anyway. I’m not just saying that because I’m still a little bitter… they LITERALLY have nothing in this store!
–no swimwear
–no men’s suits
–no children’s shoes
–no MAC cosmetics
–no Chanel handbags or cosmetics
…the list goes on. in summary, not my favorite Macy’s.not even when i was working there!

They always have good sales on clothes, shoes, etc. the sales people are fairly nice & helpful.

Greenbrier Mall is not always the best place to shop but I was in the area and I needed to make a return. I was kind of hesitant because even though I had my receipts the tags were missing from the item. Clearly that was not a problem and I was actually pleasently surprised by the whole interaction. The Customer Service I received from Mrs Peggy in the Women’s dress department was awesome. She explained the return policy in such a way that I felt like I was at back at my Aunt Johnnie’s house in Alabama eagerly listening to her wise tales. She was just that personable.
I wish all my shopping experiences were like that. Made me feel happy to shop at Macys Greenbrier.

It’s like a bad movie in here! However… I can’t seem to get enough of it when I’m here. I almost always regret that I chose this mall to come to until after I leave lol. It seems like it’s hanging on for dear life! On the bright side… The customer service at Macys is wonderful!!!

I shopped here just Sunday and just realized today that my drivers license was missing & not in my wallet. I immediately contacted Macy’s rep & was transferred around 2x before getting Ms. Bettie who knew who I was as soon as I said I was calling for my lost drivers license. She was like is this Ms. Clayton!!!
I was like you must have my license. She said she noticed it in the draw yesterday morning and turned it into Lost & Found upstairs.
Ms. Bettie was so nice I had to meet her, she was just a nice as pie! I received my drivers license and am soooo happy that they kept it & I didn’t have to go to this darn DMV for a replacement! Thanks Macy’s!!!

You can always catch a good sale at Macys, especially if you have a Macys card. Great customer service. I noticed that the selection at this location is not as good as other locations.

Stopped in here to grab a a couple of things last time I was in town. I actually caught a great menswear sale…25% extra off of all menswear. It’s convenient, and while they have a good selection of urbanwear, I was disappointed in the shoe selection… no real variety. It fills a need, because I can grab track jackets, thermals, Levi’s, and Chucks… but not the destination when I want a Polo or after 5 clothing.

Went here for a special bra sizing promotion.
The ladies here weren’t nearly as snooty as they are at some of the Vickies and Intimicies round about in Atlanta.
I was very pleased with the service that I received.
Still don’t do much shopping at this particular Macy’s but they are still good for a quick.
They finally carry the Carol’s Daughter products at this location.
Found some great sun hats on the sales rack.
