Had a great experience at Mattress Firm. This was my first time buying a mattress and Stanley was super helpful. He explained the layout of the store to me and my partner and showed us which mattresses to lay on and how to determine what was most comfortable and beneficial to is. We laid on about 10 different mattresses and found the perfect one.
We were able to have the mattress delivered two days later and we were also able to finance which was nice since we ended up spending a lot more than we planned. I would definitely recommend checking out the Mattress Firm. They have a price match guarantee, too!

I bought a European Queen pillowtop here. My hip was going downhill and I wanted to get a good bed due up upcoming replacement surgery.
The bed started to sag within the first few months. Id flip it and flip it back but when Id get up there would be a big sag. I read reviews and saw lots of others had issues too. From the experiences of others online I see they would come into your house and measure the sag. Hmm I wasn’t in the mood or shape to have anyone coming into my house. SO I didn’t do a thing, but just here to say the quality of the products is BAD.
Also they make it sound like their delivery is great. Well… the guys didn’t want to listen to me on what had to be done to get into my unit on a condo building intown. I live here, and they are outside and have no idea, but didn’t want to hear anything from me. They also had a thing with mints left on the bed? Talk about gross. the nasty guy reaches into his pocket with dirty hankies and change and pulls out mints. you got to be kidding me! Get those outta here!
Bedding is often a big scam no matter where you buy, but do yourself a favor and avoid this one. I have watched the you tube videos about finding an old mattress inside a new one bought at some of their locations. I have no idea if that’s true or not, but before I chuck this out out Im going to cut it open and if I find the same will post it with pics. Don’t expect it to happen soon though. Im on limited income and will make this work as it is for some time yet! Buying bedding is like buying cars, avoid if at all possible as long as you can because chances of mishap and misfortune are great.

I bought a King sized pillow top mattress here 6 months ago — the mattress itself has been great so far, my one star is for their ‘no interest financing’ scheme. The deal was this — finance the mattress with a 6 month, no interest Mattress Firm credit card and keep the credit card after the initial amount was paid off. After six months I had almost paid the balance in full (but not quite) and was hit with a $ 140 interest charge on a balance of a few hundred dollars. This was apparently compounded interest for the entire six months which gets charged if you do not pay the balance in full within six months. I was never made aware of this, and would have paid in full had I known. Shame on me for not reading the fine print — but hopefully someone will read this review.

They had a «special», no credit check financing. Nevermind, they still wanted info on me, including ss#, address, references etc. Turns out they do a «soft» credit check where they access info on your bank account, deposits, nsf fees, withdrawals, etc. After failing, I asked for them to delete my info and they said they could not delete it because I may come after them for something or another. Meanwhile the nice but clueless woman that sells there did not do anything to help, nor did she do anything she said she would do, like call me back when she said she would. Anyway, its a scam. Stay away. Lay on their stuff and buy online!

We walked in at 7:30 PM on a Friday. There was a single salesman there who explained their color coding. After that, he got on the phone, and never got off. We sat on a mattress for a few minutes waiting to ask him a few questions, but he never returned. His phone conversation with a friend/​coworker was «very important», as they discussed which sales people had been let go recently, and his recent sales numbers of $ 100k in a month. Essentially, work gossip.
After sitting around for a few minutes, we walked out. He never got up to intervene and was still on the phone when we drove past 15 minutes later after going into the Home Depot. On top of that, their prices seemed way too high, especially for having their Labor Day Sale.

shame on me for not investigating this company before dealing with them. still trying to get my money back for a mattress i never possessed.
no sense getting into it. just Google «Mattress Firm» and you’ll see what kind of company this is…
