Maximo’s honestly is over priced and nothing special about the food they have to offer! I have had both breakfast items as well as lunch and weren’t impressed with neither! The quesadilla here is about as good as it gets!

Maximo’s is a quick stop for fresh panninis and subs. Good breakfast including grits and egg sandwiches. About $ 5 – 8 for most entrees. Sub shop type menu. Salads were large and had lots of toppings. Staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. They are also accommodating on special orders.

Great sandwich shop and actually, they have great breakfast croissants! More exciting than a Subway or Jimmy John’s, but not a big(if at all) price difference. I recommend for sure!

It’s fast and cheap but nothing special. The Reuben was just ok. They toast the bread and heat the meat/cheese/kraut separately.

First time being here as it is very close to my office. I“m not sure this review will best help those that are interested in getting a hot sub or cold sub but I had the soup and fruit. Pretty simple and they were able to get me in and out of there within a good amount. Next time I’ here I’ll try the sandwiches. Over all I found it to be nice to go to and a short walk for a quick lunch.

The sandwiches are comparably priced to anywhere in the area if not a little less. Where else can you get an awesome muffaletta downtown? Half is $ 5.99 and a whole is $ 9.99. Eating a whole one would be a feat for sure. Bev’s are $ 1.49−1.79. Other sandwiches are cheaper too. I’ll be back for more muffs for sure, they are very, very tasty! The staff is kind and friendly, no problem with the service. I’m looking forward to my next visit already.

If you work in 1100 or very close by, Maximo’s is great for picking up a sandwich for lunch. They have a good amount of sandwich options on the menu, or you can build your own. It’s a typical sandwich counter line, where you follow your sandwich and ask for the veggies you want on it. I liked the club panini on flatbread — turkey, ham, bacon, basil, mozzarella. A sandwich alone is around $ 5 – 7. The menu also has salads, soups, and breakfast items. Service is fine. I second what the first reviewer said — I wouldn’t go out of your way to come here, as it’s not unique or particularly interesting. But it’s perfect if you work close by and need a quick, good sandwich.

I have gradually become a fan because I work in the same building. I switch between two items on their menu(hot roast beef and cheese and the tuna melt). Unless you work in the building, I wouldn’t recommend this as a lunch spot.
