McDonald’s

I normally don’t do reviews on big chain restaurants BUT this McDonald’s is worthy of an exception.
So I took my daughter out for her birthday and she says she wants McDonalds. I tell myself «what the hell, why not.» As soon as we pulled up my spidey senses was saying no, but the two kids in the backseat were saying yes. We walked in, ordered happy meals, and the server gave us our cups while they prepared the food.
I walk over to the drink dispenser and notice that the dispenser for water has an «out of order» sign taped over it. Like a genius, I push the button anyway and water sprays all over the place. So in my infinite wisdom, I look under the dispenser to see black mold caked under all of the drink dispensers.
I walk back to the counter and get the manager and I start noticing how dirty the restaurant really was. The floor behind the counter looked like it hadn’t been swept, the handwash sink was dirty, and the counter itself was filthy. I ask the manager to follow me over to the drink dispensers and then ask her how often are they cleaned (rhetorical). She said daily (as expected, looked under the machine and let out a nice groan of disgust.
I promptly asked for a refund and took the kids to Five Guys.

Poor piss service. They recently started the breakfast all day and the person taking orders was ill informed. Barley anyone in line and still waited and only to get mediocre French friends. Unsatisfactory!!!

Cheeseburgers! Are ya keeding me!!!
Hallelujah!!! I can get hash-​browns and sausage in the same salad! You gotta appreciate. Hot digits.
I would recommend anybody who can afford a cheap basket of colon cancer to stop on through.

This McDonald’s is a complete joke! The service is the worst
I’ve ever seen, and the food is hit or miss. It’s run down, old
And uglier than aunt Esther. The Employees are the worst
and laziest workers I’ve seen. It’s like a real circus in there.
Someone needs to report this to the governor…

DO not eat here.
They treat customer and worker with contempt. McDonalds, this is a place that needs to be taken care of.

Every time I come I am disappointed. The only reason I eat here is because it is slightly convenient being near the interstate. I have waited in the drive through for over 25 min twice and most recently I had a special order which wasn’t rocket science. I like the taste of double cheese burgers but I only eat fish so I ask for a double cheese burger meal no beef add 1 fish patty. My fish was lukewarm in a box, the bread and toppings were wrapped with two pieces of cold cheese like I came to McDonald’s to have to assemble my own COLD sandwich. So I send it back, and the dame cold contents are now wrapped together. I go inside and ask to have my sandwich warmed or a refund… the MANAGER says that the cheese doesn’t melt. Well IF my fish were hot my cheese probably would have melted. So I get it back over warmed… I am no ball buster I have worked in service all my life and I love food service so when I received piss poor service I have a big problem. At least the manager was polite she never had an attitude. But the points is if you are a paying customer I at least expect hot and fresh food prepared the way I requested. All of this could have been avoided if the young lady who took my order actually wanted to understand what I wanted A double cheese burger no beef add a fish patty meal. Charging topping by topping instead of listing. Anyway if you have no where to be and like cold poorly prepared food Riverdale rd McDonald’s is the place to be!!!

How can you screw up the most uniformly simple food ever. Breakfast sandwiches were overcooked and disgusting. Then wanted to charge me $ 1.07 for a water cup.

Someone needed to borrow some money, but they live almost an hour from me. I told them they needed to meet me on Riverdale Rd. They knew this McDonalds was here and suggest we meet here.
Got here about 9am on a Sunday morning, and there were no cars in the drive thru, so I rolled in, and placed an order.
Ordered a steak egg and cheese biscuit combo with no cheese and orange juice. food was hot like it was recently prepared and my only complaint was that the orange juice cup was only three quarters of the way filled.
I waited about 20 minutes after getting my food for the person I was waiting on and business was brisk, but I never saw more than 4 cars in the drive through at one time.
24 hour drive thru.
Right off exit of 285 and Riverdale Rd.

Poor food. Poor service. Store is old and not updated. Since there is a McDonalds virtually at every interstate exit these days… drive a little farther.
