Great food, great staff & strong management. I’ve been a regular since this location opened and it’s a Buckhead gem. The menu is broad, the food quality is great and they have every imaginable Irish beer on tap(as well as a high quality wine list)! I also love the layout. The bar is wide open with great sight lines and they have a beautiful patio. The people that work there are awesome. Fun, friendly and professional. The staff is part of the great experience. Also live music on Wednesday and Friday!

This is my is neighborhood bar– great food(awesome lunch menu), beer selection, and an amazingly friendly staff! I typically sit at the bar with my favorites but the rest of the staff is great too! Especially the managment, they always make sure each time I’m here(several times a week) that my experience has been the best. You should definitely stop by if you like awesome food and a friendly staff with the great selections of spirits!!!

Good location and decent food. Beer is a little pricey.

I am merely writing this review based on the fact that this place was closed on the Friday of Atlanta Burger Week, for a private party. Are you kidding me? We drove into town just for your burger offering only to be denied. Why on earth would you participate in the week long event when the only Friday of the event you are closed? And then you give people a 10% off coupon for the Meehan’s in Sandy Spring, who is not even offering the same burger that this location was for ATL Burger Week. Next time, just slap me in the face and say«no». Poor management decision. It is going to be a while before I give this place another chance. Not impressed at all.

The food was excellent not going to lie. The service I received was not. The waitress got my order wrong than proceeded to correct me on how I was wrong. Then I asked for a beer Jekyll hop dang and got the response no with no explanation. The manager made my burger free, but seems to allow the behavior. Never going here again.

ATLBURGERWEEKSTOP #3 After being referred here from the Sandy Springs location the day before I had to try this $ 5 burger and I was not disappointed at all! The burger is 7 oz of Bear Creek ground chuck(all I know is it’s beef) and you have a CHOICE of pulled pork or beef brisket on top! I tried the beef brisket with the backup plan that if I wasn’t full enough I’d have the pork as a second choice but I was full on the first burger! My only regret is that I did not have a second stomach for a second burger but if I am in the area again and in need of stamps(for my burger week passport) I’ll definitely swing by again! Our waitress(who’s name I keep confusing with someone else) was extremely helpful and made a quick decision on the side my client and I should get(fried Brussel sprouts) and they were amazing! If you’re at the sandy springs location you should ask for Shelly when she’s not moonlighting at Buckhead that is! @Phil, I met with the gentleman that runs all the Meehan’s and he’s definitely a fun guy to be around! I actually ate at Sandy Springs the day before but had to go before reviewing it but it’s actually Burger #2 for the week and I’ll be sure to stop in to Atlantic station and your other location both for business and pleasure, count on it!

Went in for lunch one day with a work friend for break. It was empty around 2 which kind of scared me but we sat out in the patio and really enjoyed it! I had a burger and the mash potatoes with fries, it was cooked right and had juicy bacon on top! Had a Stella with it and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The service was good, and the server took time to let us know about the items since it was our first time, I’ll be returning soon!

My friends and I enjoyed grabbing a couple of drinks here, sitting out on the patio enjoying the beautiful Atlanta spring weather! Beer prices are average and the selection is decent as well. It was pretty dead when we went on a Thursday night but it looks like they type of place that’s poppin’ over the weekends.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I really like their mixed beer drinks(Guinness and cider, Harp and cider, etc.) which is what me and my girlfriend had. The fish and chips were amazing as was the lobster bisque. The ahi tuna bites were surprisingly good considering we were in an Irish pub and not a sushi house. We went on a Friday and there was live music which was nice along with the tvs they had all over the restaurant. Very please and ready to go back.

This place is just fantastic! I’ve been so many times I’ve lost count and every time it’s been great. The service is wonderful! Since we go there a lot we know most of the staff(and they know us), but even on our first visits they were incredibly polite and helpful. Both the food and drink menus have a strong selection — not sure if I’ve ever gotten the same thing twice. There is definitely something for everyone on the menu. Everything is delicious! In addition to their standard menu they have a rotating specials menu, so there’s always something new to try. They also have a shuffleboard table, which is great fun with some drinks! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Fun factor — 5 stars, great drinks, and plenty of TV screens. Great place to have drinks and awesome live band. I wouldn’t eat here — oysters are overpriced(especially for Gulf Oysters), Calamari and Chicken tenders are frozen out of a bag — while cooked appropriately — it is no where close to being fresh. I guess if you are drunk and need to eat, then do so, but it’s not my first choice for food.

We picked this place randomly because of favorable Unilocal reviews and its location, which was conveniently located for me that day. I have to say, I truly enjoyed myself. The server was awesome, atmosphere was nicely«pub-like» and the food was top notch. The only thing that was a challenge was their parking lot; it holds perhaps 10 cars?

My coworkers and I just had a weird St. Patty’s Day lunch at Meehan’s in Buckhead. It’s like they forgot they’re an Irish Pub and it’s St. Patty’s… First: the valet situation was a trainwreck. There’s only 1 way in/out and it got totally backed up to their FIVEDOLLAR valet stand. There was only 1 valet working when they could have easily kept 3 busy. We had a reservation, although it didn’t seem we needed one, as it was pretty empty when we arrived at 11:50. We were seated by a nice Irish bartender. It took our server a while to get to our table(I need to stress how NOT busy it was at this point), and when he did, he had total marble mouth and we couldn’t understand a word he said. He didn’t ask us if we wanted drinks, but did bring a round of water for the table, which was nice. It took forever to place our orders, but once we did, the food came out pretty quickly and it was good food; the fish & chips I had was great. Mid-way through the meal, I let the server know that we ALL had the 50% off Scoutmob app deal, and he said he would have to do separate checks, which is great and what we wanted. He instructed us to «Use deal» which we all did. When we finally got our checks, they each only had $ 1 taken off, instead of 50% off,(so our $ 10 checks should have been about $ 5 instead of $ 9). We waited too long to get it fixed and had to leave to rush back to work(so I could write this Unilocal review, obvi). In all fairness, it seemed like our server was the only actual server working. They have plenty of people checking on tables, running food and clearing plates, but I think only one actual server(+ bartenders behind the bar). The bar itself is lovely with dark, carved wood, and it’s a nice space overall. The bathrooms were clean, they have a huge projection screen and the patio(although small) is really nice. I’ll give it another chance, but they failed St. Patty’s Day lunch.

This was my first time at Meehan’s and I was definitely impressed. The staff was warm and friendly… and funny/upbeat! I Ubered over here so I have no idea about parking… the lot looked small but I think there was public parking across the street. Plenty of it… I do like the neighborhood as well… definitely in an up and coming area of Buckhead. Collectively with my friends we tried the Irish Nachos, Fish and Chips, chicken wings and chicken tenders. All pretty good choices. The Irish Nachos were on crispy potato thins and had chicken and bacon. They were super tasty and a great combination of flavors. I kinda think nachos should taste good on every menu and these nachos passed the test.

It was a nice quiet night tonight. Not very busy even though Monday Night Football was on. The staff was friendly and energetic. I ordered the Venison Burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was good but it wasn’t anything too special. I’m glad I tired it but I wouldn’t get it again. The meat was tasty but the bun was a little dry. It was still a good experience. I will definitely return.

Came here today with a friend after wandering around the new Buckhead area. We were looking for some afternoon snacks and drinks and had already tried Fado which was crazy crowded for the soccer game. Meehan’s was much less crowded and we easily found a seat on the patio. They had brunch and regular menus, bottomless mimosas until three o’clock and 10 dollar bloody marys. The menu was surprisingly unique for an Irish pub. Our waitress was excellent, recommended the ahi tuna bites, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We also got the spiced edamame dip and sweet potato fries. Everything was tasty and well presented. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Great addition to the Buckhead area.
