Meg’s Installations & Flooring

I have used Megs installation for multiple projects for myself and have also suggested to other homeowners ! They never disappoint! Drew is great with communication and always letting me know the time of arrival and how long the project will take. The guys are great in there field and we are always pleased with the work done! Actually, I have never seen better tile work! Drew is always great to check the work as the project moves along, ensuring that we are happy along the way!
I will continue to refer Megs to all my friends and family! Thank you to the team at Megs! Outstanding work!

Wow, what a rude receptionist you all have. If that’s any indication of the kind of people you hire I would run far away. Needless to say you will not be getting my business. The receptionist answered the phone and sounded like she was pissed. Um ok, so I kindly stated I was calling for a carpet estimate. There was a few seconds of silence. Then she said «hello» in another pissed off tone and I responded nicely «hello». Then she goes «well say something» I state once again «i’m calling for an estimate» Then she goes «well you actually need to give me some info» I go «I was waiting for you to ask me the info since I don’t know what you need. However, after this awful exchange I’m definitely not doing business with you all.» Then she goes“Ok whatever bye.“
What in the world?!? Who runs a business like that? If I were the manager there I would reconsider who you hire. Your receptionist is the first impression someone gets of your company. If she spoke to me that way you know I’m not the only one. This happened today about 30 min ago.

AMAZING JOB! These guys were efficient and professional. When they were done, not only did our carpet look amazing, it was so clean it seemed like they were never here.
Drew was in constant contact with us making sure our experience was nothing short of perfection. We will only call Megs installations in the future for our flooring and/​or tile needs!
