Your Floor

We used Your Floor for hardwood floor installation years ago in our home. But, recently due to water damage to our floors we had to replace the floors and our kitchen and also the hall area. We were very pleased to able to reconnect with Ben yet again to install and refinish our floors. Now that says a lot about a company! These guys do very good work and are very professional!

We recently closed on a house and wanted to have the floors refinished before moving in. I scheduled an estimate via Your Floor’s website and Ben came by a few days later and provided a quote on the spot. The quote was very reasonable and he said they could finish the project in fewer days than the other companies I’d spoken with. We’ve since moved in and the floors like great. I’m definitely going to keep Your Floor in mind for future projects and highly recommend them.

Having just bought a house we were keen to get the floors refinished and new hardwood floors installed before we moved in two weeks later. Ben was able to come out promptly, evaluate the work to be done and provide a detailed quote. We engaged him to do the work and his team started a few days later. We were amazed to find that their ‘dustless’ system is true to its word and we had virtually no dust from the sanding of all the existing floors.
The team were quick and professional at all times and the foreman on site or Ben kept us up to date on progress and estimated completion times. After sanding the existing floors, different stains were painted on the floor to allow us to select the color we wanted. Once this was done they quickly had the floors stained and the first coats of polyurethane down. A couple days later they were back for the final coat and polish and the floors look amazing, we could not be more pleased with the result and with the price as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Your Floor to anyone wanting to have new floors installed or existing ones refinished.

This company is Horrible, stay away from them and I mean it.
First of they installed the wrong oak flooring, which will NEVER match my original oak flooring.
Ben lied about this fact and covered up the real truth
To make matters much worse his father’s company, who actually installs the flooring, left my refrigerator/​freezer unplugged causing the freezer to defrost leaking water out all over my new floor, its been a mess ever since. Ben was very confrontational through out their attempts to repair their mistake and they never got it right. My kitchen floor always looked horrible, I just had to pay another contractor $ 2,100.00 just to repair and refinish what Ben and his company failed to do.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! NOT WORTH THE POOR QUALITY OF THEIR WORK

The folks at Your Floor were so easy to work with! Ben sent me a quote the same day I emailed him. I met him at his showroom just two days later and picked out a laminate floor. Two days after that, the crew was at my house to install the new flooring. I would definitely recommend Your Floor.

I highly recommend Your Floor for hardwood flooring. We have contacted a hand full of companies to consult on hardwood flooring options and get quotes for a renovation project. Ben at Your Floor was extremely helpful in answering our questions and helping guide us to the best choices for our needs. We must have contacted him several times with questions and he was always extremely nice, professional and helpful and got back to us almost immediately every time. We were also in a time crunch and he was able to cut down the standard time to meet our deadline. And on top of that, the floors are beautiful! They look even better than we expected. We have never regretted so far for working with them.

We used your floors in April 2015 to have about 1000 sq ft of engineered hardwoods replaced due to water damage. We were very pleased with Steve and the project manager Robert. They were on time and delivered as promised. We left for vacation and came back to new floors with our house clean and furniture in place. Robert had to come back and look at an area of concern and he did so promptly and fixed our concerns. We were very pleased and have recommended them to friends. We purchased the natural hickory floors from American supplier.

We are moving into a new house and the floors needed some work. The dining room had a big stain on the wood floor and the living room had some visible marks as well. Ben promptly came out to give me an estimate and provide me with some good options. His team came out on time, and did their magic and the stains all came out without having to replace all the boards. I would highly recommend Your Floors and Ben and his team to anyone needing to fix their floors!

We called Your Floor and were able to get in touch with them immediately, and during this was during the Christmas Holidays. Ben came out and evaluated the floors himself, which made us feel good about his word. He was honest and the price was fair. Your Floor came back the day and time they promised, were well mannered, nice and did a great job in a good amount of time. We wanted a simple buffing and shining of the floors in our house, and that is exactly what they did!

They replaced my old yucky carpet with brand new hardwood floors in the entryway and dining room areas including the stairs. they put new carpeting in the living room, bedroom and office areas. They were very professional and put all the furniture back the way it was.
