I enjoyed the burger. I ordered The Pile. Waited awhile in the drive thru but I assumed the cook to order.

I saw the lines… likely the longest at the Smyrna Food Truck Tuesday event, and after standing in line, I heard the alert…“there are only 14 buns left”, and I then heard the last announcement… no more fries of any kind. With all that said, my bunless burger that I got was pretty good, and Mix’D up was probably one of the better trucks at the event! I tried their Texan($ 10), which is a Chili rubbed Angus beef burger, with cheese, bacon, and topped with pulled pork, bbq sauce, chipotle ranch slaw, and comes«open faced», i.e. without a top bun. The burger was huge, had to be eaten with a knife and fork(what with no buns), and each layer had a different flavor, from the sweetness of the slaw, to the twang of the bbq sauce, to the cook of the beef or bacon. Each bite was a little different, but more importantly, each bite was GOOD. I do wish that I could have tried their fries(everyone at Smyrna Food Truck Tuesday were out of fries!), but to get me hooked on a bunless burger says many good things about Mix’D up Burgers, and I can’t wait to run into them at the next food truck event.

Loved it! First time to eat here but I actually ordered it from über eats. Ordered their Mixd up burger(the classic) and chili cheese fries. Burger was just what I was looking for — decent sized patty, good bun, a little greasy, and cooked to perfection. The fries were good too — the chili was loaded on there. I prefer a higher cheese than chili ratio so if anyone else out there is like me, I’d suggest telling them to go easy on the chili. I’ll definitely be ordering again/going back though! (Only 4 stars because I feel a 5 should be reserved for knock my socks off in amazement status). Sorry no pics, was too hungry to wait and take a photo!

This place has lost all business from my family and I. After getting food delivered from Mix’d Up via UberEats, I realized my mother’s burger was missing. I reordered, as told to do so by Über, and the burger came completely wrong. Upon calling the restaurant I received some of the worst customer service ever. The employees were arguing over who’s fault it was while I was on hold, I could hear them in the back ground. Several minutes later I finally got a call from the manager. After some discussion, he contacted UberEats and we had a phone conversation with them to figure out the best way to resolve the issues. Terrel, the manager, thought I hung up the phone when he proceeded to tell the UberEats representative that he has 3 people working, and though the customer has to be right, it’s highly unlikely I was telling the truth about my order being messed up twice. Once he found out I was still on the phone, he back tracked. Places with service like this do not deserve to remain in business.

GREAT burgers, always cooked to perfection. I’m also in love with the Rotel fries as well! You have to wait a few minutes for the food to be cooked, I LOVE knowing my food is fresh and made the way I wanted it.

The burgers are great! The burger is well seasoned and has tons of flavor. You can tell they use quality beef. The bacon was cooked perfectly. The fries are point. What more can I say.

Finally had the opportunity to try a burger at SweetWater 420 Fest. Nothing like a beer and a burger. I stuck with the Unilocal reviews and decided to give the Santa Fe(black bean burger) a chance, and it is safe to say that the Santa Fe stacks up against a regular burger(by some miracle). It was probably the best vegetarian burger I have ever had. Granted… I don’t think I’ve ever paid money for a veggie burger elsewhere. It still says something. The only complaint I have is the bun. I like my buns on my burgers warm and toasted, and that was not the case here(more cool and soft like refrigerated bread). Other than the bun, everything was perfect. I definitely plan to try one of their«real» burgers next time(with some fries on the side).

LOVETHIS. They have a food truck version of this and I am obsessed. I think they make a fantastic burger(not the biggest fan of the Greek one) but the BBQ one is out of this world amazing and juicy. Their fries are more like string fries and I really like that but if you don’t/that ain’t you thang, then you wont like it. I tend to be in the camp that I am pretty sure you can’t go wrong with whatever you get here as long as you like good food. If you dont like good food, then dont come here.

I’m picky about burgers, and this is the best one I’ve had in Atlanta. Also, french fries are my favorite food, and these ones are incredible. I only let myself indulge here a few times per year(to protect my arteries), but I reminisce about it often.

I live close by here. Glad they exist. Pretty mediocre take-out places in this neighborhood, except for Delia’s Chicken, and here.(my opinion) I usually get the regular Mix’d-up burger give or take the bacon, and the buffalo fries. Sometimes unique specials. Used to go here frequently until the incident. Only had one bad experience there, otherwise I might go 4 stars, but it was awful. …It was the day before Thanksgiving this year(2015). We were preparing food for the next day, so didn’t really have much in the house to eat. Girlfriend coming home for work suggested grab, Mix’d up, I was like hell yeah! Get the food… Burger dry, buns barely toasted, stale, lettuce un-rinsed and still had grit. Chili cheese fries inedible, chili burnt and gross. The burnt, old, nasty chili on the fries, still makes my stomach churn thinking about it. Everything was just not up to snuff of their usual food. Too many things wrong to be excusable. I get that its the day before Thanksgiving, but if you are gonna be open, be open not kinda open serving the crap left before the holiday or something. Not sure what was going on that day. Having previously worked in the restaurant business for many years, I would not have served this meal. I’ll be back again for a try eventually, but that ONE experience left a bad taste in both out mouths thats gonna linger. Wish they had a FISH Burger too!!!

I purchased a lamb burger during Food Truck Friday. This was my first time ever having a lamb burger & I loved it. The burger was full of flavor and the sauce… yummy! They have several other items I plan on trying too!

Stopped by MIX’D up Food Truck in Smyrna and bought the MIX’D Turkey Burger — Not Good. The turkey burger was dry and there was a large amount of dried oregano in it. It tasted odd. It sat on a huge bun that reminded me of a sofa cushion– I won’t be back.

A LITTLESPRINKLEGOES A LONGWAY! My baby loves a good burger. It seems to be his meal of choice when eating out, so naturally he chose to eat at the Mix’d up truck tonight. They have more than just the traditional burger, they also have a veggie bean burger and a turkey burger. He chose the traditional burger and an order of hand cut fries which he shared with me. The burger was thick and had a good flavor but needed some seasoning and should have come fully dressed,(including condiments). When I am sitting in a park, I am not interested in having to dissect and dress a burger. It’s unsanitary and messy. Also, if you are going to dress my burger, I need to have the tomato, lettuce and onion that FULLY covers the burger. I loved the hand cut fries but they too, needed to be seasoned. Mix’d Up has some good offerings but needs to add a light sprinkling of salt to those burgers and fries because a little sprinkle goes a long way.

AH-Mazing!!! I LOVE this place! Mainly bc anyone who aces a turkey burger is #1 in my book! I saw this place almost everyday, but never stopped in until a co-worker recommended it. And I will be forever grateful! I usually get the Flyin-mix(turkey) burger with classic fries… speaking of fries… these fries are so addicting! They are a pricy menu item but you can’t go many places and get a burger combo for much less. The burgers are HUGE and well worth the money! They have so many options such as the turkey burger, lamb burger, black bean burger and angus beef burger. The burgers are seasoned so perfectly, that I don’t even need to use any condiments! You have to try this place out. You WON’T be disappointed!

After countless trips through the drive-thru and many experiences at the truck, it’s time to write a review. The burgers are all very unique and work very well. You can taste the passion with every bite! I love the selection of fries! A little pricey, but quite filling!

You must try the black bean burger! Regardless of if you are a meat-lover, a vegetarian, or a vegan, it is seriously the best thing on the menu. I was shocked how good it was initially and now it’s my regular. If you refuse to believe that the non-meat option is the best option, then go for the Texan. The fries are great too — buffalo and plain all the way. Only downfall: I wish they had gluten free buns for an extra $ 1. I think they would be a hit.

This review is actually for the food truck I decided to get the lamb burger. Wasn’t bad, but not blown away either. They put a little too much tzatziki sauce on the burger for me, and it was pretty sloppily put on. If you’re not a HUGE fan of tzatziki sauce ask for it on the side cause I had to scrape some off. Price wise the burgers were fair, but the fries were way overpriced. $ 4 for regular fries? I’m not going to go out and look for this truck again, but if I happen to come by it at the Food Truck park or in front of my job again, I love burgers so would probably give it another shot.

LOVE the regular fries, and the meat in the Mixed Up burger! However, I really wish that the burger buns were toasted, they were almost gooey, and sticking in my teeth. Also wish that the lettuce was crispy, and that the tomato slices were much larger. Are these sliced cherry tomatoes on my burger?

I really enjoyed this place. It is located in a small building with a drive thru. So– that was a great– because many of the restaurants in the area… are not drive thru… And who– ALL the burgers sound amazing! When I return to ATL– I will give some of the other burgers a try. For this particular trip… I elected to try the Santa Fe… which was DELISH! I am not a burger person because they are often greasy… which I understand– some people enjoy this in a burger. Anywho… this burger wasn’t dry nor greasy… Cooked to perfection. It had beans, pico de gallo on it… and the bread was amazing. The fries… I have NO clue what they use to season the fries… but it was really good. I want to try the Italian fries but I didn’t feel like being a pig… There were a few options in terms of the type of fries… all sounded amazing. The person at the drive thru window… was polite.
