Our washing machine stopped working on a Sunday night. I called Mr. Appliance and they came out to the house to look into the problem. Rob was great at sharing with me the cost of the repair and giving me all the facts I needed to determine if we wanted to make the repair or replace the machine. We called back the next day and decided to repair. They ordered the part and the next day it took them less than an hour to fix the washing machine and now it’s running like new. Thanks for a quick response and great quality work!
