Got a quote in April — was told the work could be done in Mid May. I signed a document agreeing to the work. May came and went and I emailed repeatedly asking when the work could be scheduled. I was always brushed off —(told the work couldn’t yet be scheduled). At the end of May I called — and days later received an email that the work would be done in July. Had the company been upfront and said they couldn’t do the work for 3 months I wouldn’t have agreed/signed to work with them. Meanwhile the tenant that lives at this property has been continuously complaining about standing water, mosquitos, and fear of the Zika virus. This is a small job that the company could have done quickly or subcontracted out. #frustrated

They didn’t actually do any work for me, however they are very honest. Another contractor came out and gave us a bid for $ 6,500 and Tim from Harris came out and thoroughly inspected our issue. His answer came back that all we need to do is fix our gutters and direct the water away from the house. We were prepared to pay a lot, but he said that the work was not necessary. He really knows his stuff and didn’t charge us a thing. Even gave us a referral for a gutter guy. I’d trust these guys, they seem focused on solving your problem, not selling you services.
