Just used MTI for my Son’s wedding and their service was truly incredible! We were transporting guests from the motel to the venue and back. Everything ran just perfectly.
They called the day before and the day of the event, set my mind at ease. That was greatly appreciated. The mini-coach was spotless, the Driver professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had quality interactions with booking and billing however our driver was not professional. By the time he realized he had misunderstood /misread the contract outlining the time for which he was booked, he had already gotten grumpy with members of my family. Ultimately he performed the duties for which he was hired but I would certainly book elsewhere in the future in an effort to avoid issues such as this.

We use MTI Buses almost exclusively for my business. We have used them almost weekly this summer. The drivers are always nice and courteous. The bus is always on time, and normally early. We have enjoyed working with these guys and give them the highest recommendation.

I was looking for limo services in Atlanta and a friend recommended MTI. I would see their shuttles regularly near my work so I decided to go with them. They were great! MTI was very accommodating, professional, and on time. I used MTI for a trip to the airport and it was actually nice not having to drive in that Atlanta traffic. I want to have a girls’ night soon and I’ll definitely be calling them to have them drive us around town!

MTI is amazing! The staff is friendly and they are willing to accommodate any and all needs necessary. They are always prompt and professional. They are reasonably priced for every trip they do. With the amount of cars I book all over the US for high end talent and execs, this is one of the best. Definitely the best car company in ATL!

MTI Limos is the worst limo service in Atlanta.
Initially, I was told that I was going to get a 15% discount and free airport transfer from the hotel for my wedding. Not only was I denied that, the prices kept rising. The customer service is terrible and there is no reliability when trying to secure services for my two day wedding in Spring 2009. At the end, my quote was $ 1000 more than I originally started.
If you want to unreliable information, non-responsive sales staff and a moving target as a quote, you should definitely book MTI Limos.
