Most Atlantans know that Danny «Mudcat» Dudeck will turn your Wednesday night into something feisty at Northside Tavern.
But let me share something. He makes the best damn hot sauce I’ve ever tasted. There are even a few versions, XX and XXX. Can’t get enough of it. Sweet, spicy, beautifully orange habanero. My eggs cry if I eat them dry-​they need Mudcat’s sauce.
I put that sh*t on everything…

PS: My Dad, a chili devotee and pepper eating contest winner in Texas and Miami calls it «impressive». That’s his highest compliment with sauce. You don’t want to hear nice or fine.
