Very poor customer service! I was totally ignored by a customer service rep who was within 20 feet of me. Then the manager misinformed about the warranty on a zagg invisible shield. Don’t visit this store!!!

Nathaniel Small (Naja) is the best. Great customer service. They actually ask you if you need help! I just got some signs made up for the window at The Wax Boxx & Beauty Bar. I’m very happy with the service done in a timely manner. And a great job! I’m one for great customer service so I will definitely be back!

These guys have been horrible lately! I walked into this place recently with the attempt to buy an Ethernet cable for a cable box due to adding a new TV in my house. As I walk in, I pass by two «associates» without being greeted or anything along those lines. I approach one of the «associates» by the name of Kevin and ask him if I am invisible because if so, I would very much like to know. He said no and kept on walking. I go chase down through the store a cable. A few minutes into that, I get approached by a «customer service specialist» in which I engage for assistance. I tell him what I need and he recommends a coaxial cable. I disagree, therefore a slight debate begins. I am 200% sure I need a Ethernet cable since I have personally disconnected the one I have in place from the old TV to the new TV. The conversation goes to where I start doubting what I came there for. I finally grab a 7 foot Ethernet cable and call it! This is just another example of people being miserable at their job. My recommendation in general is that anything is possible if you stop being lazy and never get comfortable with your self. Most of these guys get stuck in these jobs where they simply consume the air provided my Mother Earth without much reasoning. I do not understand!
This is a great place to get annoyed and waste your time. If that is your cup of tea, please don’t hesitate! Highly recommended!

I have often avoided this location as the service is atrocious. No one wants to help you ever and the line seems to be long, even with only a couple of people in them. Check out is always very slow.
I can usually find what I need without much help, but over all if I look like I am wandering aimlessly, and going up and down the same aisles, maybe offer some assistance. The only way to get help is to get in the crazy line and wait.
They have most of what you need, paper, envelopes, ink cartridges, etc. At check out, the staff is nice enough. Most cases, but the time I am checking out, I am really ready to get the heck out of Dodge.

My experience at this particular Office Depot was fantastic. I stopped in 3 days before Christmas Day when I was faced with a dilemma. I needed to have trading cards made for the kids participating in UFC GYM Perimeter’s Winter Camp. I needed them completed the next day! I definitely should have given them more notice. However, they were so patient with me. They let me use their computer because I wanted to design the cards myself. Two hours later, the design was complete and the cards were off to the printer. They had them ready for pickup next morning.
The kids loved their cards and I loved the AMAZING STAFF for making it happen!
