When I’m in need of a quick Chick Fila fix, I know this location will be painless and easy. While this location doesn’t have the fastest service I’ve ever experienced, I did get everything I needed. I’m currently on a low carb, high protein diet. So what exactly am I doing at a fast food restaurant? Because they have grilled chicken nugget options — and that’s just straight up protein deliciousness. Pair it with the low carb honey mustard dipping sauce(at least, I think it’s low carb) and you’ve got yourself in a tasty protein high. This location is conveniently located next to LA Fitness, so it’s an easy stop on my way out of the gym.

The staff is very friendly and the service is fast for as busy as this place gets during lunch.

I always get food here but I always use the drive-through. Today, I’ve walked and for early dinner and was quite impressed. The cashier took our order and asked us to seat our selves while the food was being prepared, which we did. A few minutes later the food was brought to our table by the store manager. He was very polite and friendly. He even asked us if he could bring us condiments or whatever else we might need. Quite pleasant! Let’s not forget, this is just a fast food restaurant. Let’s imagine being at a McDonald restaurant and have the manager bring us our food or attempt to serve us with with anything we might need… Hmmm, not in a million years. :)) I highly recommend this this place. Thank you!

Found a piece of sharp metal in my salad! Absolutely unacceptable! I will never buy food from here again and question ever trusting fast food again…

Before I even get started about this Chic-Fil-A, let me review the many other ones in Atlanta/Roswell/Alpharetta area. I am not sure if it has to do with the rush of business at lunch time or the employees not caring as much for quantity of food the deserve but I always run into problems. This location I have been to many times and NEVER had one since problem on top of it is a lot quicker serve then other ones I have visited!!!

Horrible and slow service. Drive thru is such a mess. If you’re coming for breakfast, get here before 7 or after 9.

Not bad, it’s just not good. As a west coast person, you hear a lot of rumors about Chick-fil-A. That it has the best chicken sandwiches. That it is the best fast food chain around. That it is better than In-N-Out — blasphemy, I know. Well here’s what I think: It’s just aiteeee. –The waffle fries are as good as advertised, but certainly not better. –The chicken sandwich, if you don’t eat it immediately, can get a little soggy on you. Now I understand that this is fast food, so I’m not expecting a lot in that respect given all of the grease inherent in making fast food so delicious… it’s just that when I pick up take out and eat it only 15 minutes later, I still expect it to be on point. So yeah, I can’t say I’m the biggest fan. The service at this location was pretty excellent however, with the cashier offering me a four cup carrier for my drinks, extra sauce options, and just generally being fast and extremely pleasant. So bonus points in that department, but that’s not really why you come to Chick-fil-A, right? So it goes. Maybe when you have one of those — oh boy, I got too drunk — nights, and the next day you need some carbs/calories to soak up those shots you regretted from last night — ok, now I definitely where Chick-fil-A could be an essential part of your day. That’s a clear need filled right there, and a place where many of us often find ourselves(well at least, I do). But otherwise, I’ll take my Wendy’s when I need to fulfill that fast-food craving. Nothing beats a frosty and spicy chicken nuggets in my book, sorry Chick-fil-A.

Chick Fila is one of my favorite spots but this time the food wasn’t fresh! They had a nice crew but the tenders were small and not fresh

Usually really happy with Chick fil A restaurant, but this place lacks good management and employee training. While the food was good, it took a long time and customer service was poor.

Ok so I’m not going to review the food. It’s Chick Fil A. It’s pretty great fast food and tastes the same regardless of where you get it. But the service here is ABSOLUTELY amazing. The manager has known who I am and what I do for a living for the past few months after a 1 minute conversation that we had when I first moved to Atlanta. He’s a wonderful man(I wish I could remember his name like he remembers mine) and works the lunch shift during the week. He, along with the other manager, walk around and offer to re-fill your sodas. They ask you how you’re doing with a smile and respond with«my pleasure» after everything you say. Today, the power went out in Dunwoody and I say the manager passing out Sweet Tea as I drove by in my car(wow!!). Even though I wasn’t a customer and wasn’t planning on stopping into chick fil a(just driving by), he recognized me from my car and offered me sweet tea. You just can’t get better service than that from a fast food restaurant.

Like Mr Bryan B., I too am shocked at all the positive reviews because I have never experienced anything great at this location as far as service goes. The problem lies with the high school students that work here. They’re either not being trained properly, or they’re all hired from the same small group of D students. Be sure to check your orders before leaving, especially if you’re here for lunch or during the evening rush. You do not want to have to drive all the way back!!! I’ve ordered something as innocuous as a large 12 piece number five with no special requests other than just a sweet iced tea. Guess what? The order was wrong. I didn’t discover it until I got home. I got someone else’s order. So I had strips instead of nuggets. I didn’t bother calling to complain as it was such a small deal. One day, I ordered two salads. Keep in mind their salads are smaller than the other nearby fast foods outlets and that they’re $ 7. The salad in question is the Asian salad. It comes with a package of wonton strips and a package of Thai almonds. So basic first grade math would say that two salads equals two packs of wonton strips and two packs of Thai almonds. Right? Wrong. I got the two salads and a single pack of wonton strips. That’s it. Geez. I went back later in the evening(at 2145) and ordered another salad and explained that I had an Asian salad in my refrigerator from this afternoon and would like double the wonton strips and almonds. No. Despite the drive-thru kids repeating it back to me, they didn’t get it right. I parked and went inside. I opened the first door so hard that the ceiling tiles shifted. Almost like a reflex, the cashier reached for the wonton strips and almonds and had them waiting. I guess not everyone is absurdly stupid at this location. Some are downright psychic. The new salad had three butt ends of the romaine in it. Not exactly what Chick-Fil-A would want to see in their salads, as far as quality goes. After this last episode with the salad and countless wrong orders(many more that need not be repeated here) I decided to call the corporate office in Hapeville. Someone seriously needs to pay attention to this location. One would think that the Atlanta Metro locations of Chick-Fil-A would be at the top of their game, but it just isn’t so. The best Chick-Fil-A experiences I’ve had have been in Florida and Maryland.

I have had their sandwiches before. They need to add more than one soggy pickle and they need to ditch those terrible waffle fries. Upon finding out that the company uses some of it’s profits to promote the disenfranchisement of the LGBT community, I have stopped going there altogether.

Great service. If you eat inside, some staff will actually wait your table, refilling your drink and bringing you your food. Gotta love the«my pleasure» reply to your«thank you.» I live about 2 miles from this location, and I go there with my wife quite often. I usually go inside because during peak hours the drive through is clogged and sort of sprawls out into the surrounding shopping center’s parking lot and street.

Well, I am a fan of Chick-fil-A of any location! This location seems to be a little slower than the average. Overall, they are still friendly and will get you in and out of there faster than most fast food places. I would go back here again.

A busy but efficient location. They appear to focus on hiring cheerful and good people who work hard to handle the heavy load of this location(a few years back someone from corporate office said this was their busiest branch). Even when the car line overflows onto the street, it moved quite quickly. I’m not a huge fan of the chain’s food(they are rather weak in the bread department: buns, biscuits, etc.), but come here mostly because of its convenience, or when I’m time constrained, because I know the service will be good. The chicken itself is quality and their breakfast offerings have improved over the years. Although I’m not a desert person, their peach shakes are very good.

I’m kind of shocked to see all the positive reviews of this location. I live less than a mile from here, so it’s my default location for 1.5 years now. I’ve always had a mediocre or bad experience here. The food is usual, but the service routinely less than I expect out of CFA. There was a streak of 4 or 5 visits where my order was wrong each time(and it wasn’t complicated). Once I ordered a chargrilled sandwich and carrot salad. They we’re busy. They gave me a regular CFA and slaw. I stopped by with some out-of-town friends for breakfast early on Friday morning(about 6:30). They weren’t busy then, either and when we left(we ordered food to go), a friend said ‘wow…that was bad — I usually expect more from CFA.’ I said ‘yep, my thoughts, exactly.‘ The drive through is not set up well here. It often stretches around the building and out into the general driving area of the shopping center parking lot. There are three ways to get into the line. If you’re on the wrong side, good luck, it’s going to take a while. If I decide I want CFA before work, I’ll often wait until I get to Alpharetta and drive a couple miles out of my way rather than stop by this location — it’s just faster and more accurate.

Love their chicken soup and fries. Its my go-to place when the weather turns cold like it was today. At lunchtime they are overwhelmed with customers. The drive-thru is badly designed, but they have three people outside taking orders from the cars which speeds them through. The staff is amazingly efficient. and helpfull. Somehow they need to rework the drive thru and add a second drive thru like they have on Windy Hill.

I like this Chick-fil-A because they’re different. Different is good. In this case they have an exceptionally friendly group of people working there and it was something that is clearly inspired by upper management and the franchise owner. Today I stopped in for a milkshake and a biscuit. It was after 10:30 a.m.(when they stop serving breakfast), but they were friendly enough to make me a biscuit without feeling the need to have to remind me of their breakfast hours. I know their hours and it’s not necessary to try to make me feel stupid for asking for a biscuit at 10:39 a.m. Sorry — I had to get that off my chest. Apparently, I had some McDonald’s rage built up that I needed to release. I guess I’ll conclude this before I get off on one of my rants about customer service. Nice people. Good food. Good service. I appreciate you.
