Nice modern store, but poor service, dirty floors, disorganized operation. I’m surprised the corporate folks haven’t closed this down it’s so consistently bad. Fancy Coke machines don’t work, leak, aren’t refilled. Location is the only positive; however, park next door!

Earlier today at this Wendy’s, I waited at the drive thru for about 15 minutes with about cars in front of me waiting to get food at the windows. The first car the people got there food and I guess something was wrong so they tapped the glass. Nothing happened. They kept at it until finally the lady got out of her car to talk to them. The car in front of me also bad an issue with money. They sat in front waving the money at the window for a while with no one answering so they drove off. Finally it was my turn. They gave me a bag of food(the right food). One right Frostie, one wrong, and didn’t even give me my drink. So like the people before me I sat there trying to get them to pay attention, but they ignored me. Kept on going. I pulled away from the drive thru about 2 minutes later. They opened the window for the next customer. Extremely bad service. Think of hiring some workers with some real work ethic.

I still giving them a 4 star because I have gone there for three weeks during the weekdays and the Coca Cola multiple machines all has been out of any of the options I want and I brought it up with the manager. I know it sounds like a being a little picky but when you pay extra for a drink cup and you can’t get what you want does that sound like you are just throwing my money in the trash. Truly other than that everything was ok, the chicken sandwich seems to be a little over cooked and I can tell because I eat Wendy’s a good bit as you can tell from my other reviews.

I give this place one star because I wasn’t happy with the service. I understand it’s 11:30 and they don’t want to be there but as soon as I pull up to the drive thru the lady says«what’s your order?» Which made me feel they were trying to rush me to order so I place my order I never was asked if I wanted my meal small Med or large and after I ordered she says«okay thank you» I didn’t get my total or anything than I didn’t get any ketchup or anything or a straw for my drink which sucks and my pop was flat. Not happy smh I won’t be returning.

This is the nicest looking Wendys I’ve seen in a while, unfortunately the staff is horrible. Every time I go through the drive thru I’ve be greeted with an attitude that continues once I pull up to the window. Most times there are 3 or 4 girls standing there talking with their back to the window. Once they give you your food they immediately turn back around and start talking. But I took it in stride. Its fast food so you don’t expect too much. However, today when I was pulling off with my supposed full size salad i heard the girl at the window, tell her coworkers«I gave her the half salad.» So I look in the bag and sure enough it was a half salad. So I promptly go in the store and let them know I got a half salad when I ordered a full. The girl flat out lies to me and says that what she gave me is correct, even after I tell I get the full all the time. She repeatedly lies even after one of her coworkers on break says something to her about it. As I am leaving I hear her crack up laughing. Whoever is doing the hiring here needs to be fired.

Wendy’s 6240 roswell road my questar #192, time 1:45pm, ticket #03−0649. the cashier who did my drive through order got everything right and worked quickly. My food tasted typical for wendys, but I was impressed with my burger because I ordered a double cheese combo. Whomever prepared my burger did so as if I was standing over their shoulder and suggested a little of this and none of that. It’s rare that I’m satisfied with my wendys order. Good job guys, I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars because the other times I’ve come and my orders was blahzay. But this time was impressive which is I’m giving an additional star.

Just happened to notice this location around 1:10am. Stopped by the drive thru, and everything was perfect! My burger was excellent… fresh, hot, and delicious. Restaurant seemed extremely clean as well. Good job!

Horrible service. The guy that took my order acted as if I was a bother.(Tuh, honey you have ONE job, slangin burgers… How hard is that?) when I rolled around to the window I found 2 man children, one dark haired, the other blonde(he was the manager, lol) playing and talking. The jerk that took my order ignored me until he finished his conversation with the manager. The jerk’s hand motions made it very clear that this was a non work related convo. All in all my order was wrong and the food was cold. It’s too late to drive back for a replacement, ugh. Honestly, it’s probably best I don’t go back. I absolutely hate incompetent ppl! I really wanted to give 0 stars. Wait… This review was for the address of 6240 Roswell road Atlanta, GA30328. My Order #671442321. The jerk cashier’s name is Benjamine T.

Super rude service! I wondered why the girl at the drive through window gave me a weird look when she handed me my order, it’s because the food was probably cooked hours ago. It was nowhere near even lukewarm. Why would you give a customer fries that were still practically frozen?!

I don’t normally eat fast food, but when I do it’s because I’m poor and have a coupon.

If I based this review on prior visits it may not be so great. Previously I have experienced slow service inside and out. I have visited this location during lunch hours and they have had extremely long lines. It’s hard to want to stay in a long slow line when there are other fast food chains with the same size line but move at a faster pace. My last visit was very pleasant staffed seemed overly friendly and service time was extremely fast. It’s still a new location and I feel they have some learning to do to survive in this area. The inside is always clean when I go inside The food was consistent with the chain.

When this Wendy’s first opened, I had really high hopes for it(as high as hopes can be for a Wendy’s, anyway). It was beautiful and modern-looking, sitting atop the hill with its glass walls and its red glow emanating from the signage. Inside, keeping up with fast food restaurants today, it had a TV mounted high to keep you occupied while you ate. The menu board behind the cashiers were all digital screens. There was a nifty Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. Mind you, all these«amenities» are still there, and it’s still the nicest Wendy’s I’ve ever seen, but the dreams have faded and the hope is gone. There’s no sense in reviewing the food here since it’s the same, highly processed, albeit consistent, stuff you’ll find 10 miles away or 1000 miles away, but I should quickly mention that they have breakfast here which makes it sort of unique. Or it is «HAD breakfast»? They definitely had it because I’ve eaten it there, but looking at their website today(April 22, 2014), it says the store hours are 10:30am — 2am, which means either the website is wrong or they scrapped the breakfast project. Perhaps I should do some reconnaissance after this review. Without a review of the food, the only other distinguishing factor is service. 2 years ago, when this place first opened, service was pretty good. Quick, friendly enough… standard for any fast food restaurant. More recently, it has been terrible. I came here on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t very busy, yet everyone seemed to have to wait an excessively long time for his or her food. I didn’t time it, but my order of a small Frosty and sandwich took probably 5 – 7 minutes… not so fast food. During this time, I saw them direct some drive-through customers into parking spaces to have their order brought out so that the line wouldn’t keep building up. I admittedly have no experience running a fast food restaurant, but the problem didn’t seem to be a shortage of workers, but rather a shortage of professionalism in these workers. They all just seemed interested in having a good time, with some acting flirty with customers and coworkers. While this undoubtedly heightens the experience for select customers, others like me are just looking for a quick way to finish our meals of shame. Speed it up and help us out, damn it!

Consistently unimpressed. There’s nothing horrendous about this Wendy’s but every time I go, something meh happens. Staff is not overly friendly, I was cut off verbally while ordering at the drive thru before I was done speaking — she gave me the total and I hadn’t finished ordering — and then my nuggets were not fresh, but kinda hard, that was just today. They can be slow and strange at the window and another time they gave me the wrong nuggets. If I didn’t enjoy Wendy’s nuggets so much I would quit going here but this is the closest to home.

Best Wendy’s combo i ever had was the Son of Baconator! That bad boy might give you a heart attack if you take that for lunch and dinner everyday but we only live once #YOLO

It’s always tough deciding which soda to get from the Coca Cola Freestyle machine, luckily this Wendy’s location had about a dozen flavors marked empty, making it a lot easier. Dining room was surprisingly messy for non peak hour(4pm). This location is sleek and modern looking. Service at the counter was fine.

Just wanted to point out this new Wendy’s, servicing the area around Perimeter Center behind the mall. This is one of those new-fangled concepts with the common drink machine(you select what you want from a touch-screen UI above an ice/soda dispenser). The place is immaculate and the staff friendly — however they don’t quite have everything together so allow for some extra time while they figure out your order.

Growing pains of a new fast food place? Went through the drive through. Service was fairly slow. I ordered a salad and initially asked for vinagrette but then changed it to fat free French. Window attendees were very pleasant. I pulled away. When I attempted to eat the salad I had both vinagrette and avocado ranch(now I realize that avocado ranch sounds similar to fat free French but come on…) Then I realized I had no silverware to eat my salad… salad…yes, I’ll say it again… salad. Not a burger that needs no utensils. No, I didn’t go back. Rather than eating there, I drove home and used my own.

Did I really just walk into a Wendy’s? Let me see… all the signs are there… the famous logo, the menu items, the prices… but something’s not quite right here. Digital displays for menus. The Coke machine with the touch screen that lets you go Dr. Frankenstein on your beverage. The dining area(seats, tables, lamps…) all looked like something you would find in a much more trendy establishment! This is the same Wendy’s that I find everywhere else??? Okay… I’m over the appearance. My stomach is yelling at my brain… «BACONATOR!!! NOW!!! MOVEIT!!!» And I did just that! The food? It’s Wendy’s, so let’s be realistic. It’s not a gourmet burger, but I certainly like the presentation from this place! My baconator was served in an open box with the burger half-wrapped with paper inside(ala Sonic/In-N-Out Burgers). I must add… this is the first fast food place I can honestly say the burger given to me looked like something they would put in a commercial! ^_^ OHJOY!!! Food was good, drinks were good. Fries were salty(with sea salt). Atmosphere was great! And if you happen to sit in one of the booths along the wall, there’s an outlet for each booth(for all you power-hungry folks with devices to charge). Yes… I took the time to look and was almost slapped for doing«research». Don’t tell me I don’t suffer for my art!!! :D I walked away very happy, and very full!!! OH!!! THEYHAVEBREAKFASTHERETOO!!!

Finally a Wendy’s that I can happily frequent. If you work in the Perimeter Mall area, you already know how hard it is to find a decently priced quick meal. The closest Wendy’s drive thru was either off Savoy Drive or Roswell Road. Not really far in miles, but who wants to burn up their lunch break sitting in traffic in the middle of the day? This is the cleanest Wendy’s i’ve been to in the Metro area. It looks very modern when you pull up. So far, the drive thru girl doesn’t have an attitude(which is always a plus). I even modified my order at the window, and they still were very nice about it(and didn’t mess it up). I didn’t even have to wait an extra long time to get my food. I was amazed and hope they can keep up the great service. I’ll be back.
