Current renters at Park 225 are getting the SHAFT. My daughter paid Aug rent and 3 days later just few days before her daughter starts 3rd grade, she gets a NOTICETOVACATE by Sept 30. Property sold for redevelopment. Then the balls to require a full payment of Sept rent. We all know how expensive and inconvenient it is to move, much less the hassle of finding something else that quickly so your piss-poor policy that we would then need to wait for your offer to reimburse ½ of Sept with no word as to when to expect the payment along with our $ 200 deposit seems totally to your favor with NOREGARD for the families impacted. These are hard working folks, no trust fund kids here, so your policy seems INSENSITIVE to me. Did someone on your team suggest just waving Sept rent to ease the blow. Or maybe they did a corporate managers made a decision based on profit and not people. I’m just saying!

Apt unclean upon move in(moved from out of state) Unprofessional staff, rarely answers phone. Poor maintenance: Took 6 months to get everything fixed. No communication. Pool is not working. Kept getting lies until they finally said that it would not open at all. This was said on June 30, after numerous phone calls & stopping by office.

Pros– Great location, awesome leasing staff(Shannon is ahh-mazing!), gym and pool included with rent, Inexpensive rates. Safe. Cons– Grounds are fair; average upkeep. Apartments have poor insulation, Water is averaged between all units — expensive. Overall– A great place to live in when first moving to the area.
