Do not order from this company they are completely unprofessional. I made an order December 9th they say processing is 7 – 9 business days its been over 3 weeks and I still have not received my item yet which was supposed to be a Christmas present. I emailed them asking for a refund I was told that they do not do refunds. you’re better off buying from a legitimate professional company. Do not let Instagram fool you.

I decided to give this business a try based on the fact that it was within walking distance to the hotel I was staying at. Upon arrival, I was told that the repair would take 30 minutes and cost $ 110 for an iPhone 5S. Seemed overpriced, but I agreed and filled put the necessary paperwork. Simple, right? Wrong. After an hour of waiting and watching the technician take my phone apart and put it back together, I finally asked if everything was ok. He assured me that everything would be fine and that he was simply having some complications. I waited longer. Eventually, the owner of the store arrived. I had no idea who she was at the time, but she kept walking in between the technician and my line of sight to whisper something back and forth. Two hours in a more experienced technician was brought in. He was successful in getting everything to work except the camera. I was told that he needed some additional time to work on it and was encouraged to head back to my hotel. Both the owner and the technician promised me that it wouldn’t take more than an hour and that they would call me in my room to arrange a meeting place. Keep in mind, this is my one day off amidst a busy work week and there a million things I’d love to do in Atlanta other than being confined to my room waiting for a phone call. Two more hours later, the owner called to inform me that the phone no longer boot beyond a blue screen after the Apple logo. Great. At this point, I am far worse off than when I started. I would much rather have an operational phone with a cracked screen. The owner used the excuse of «these things happen sometimes» but also«I’ve never seen anything like this» several times. Seems a little contradictory, doesn’t it? She proposed taking the phone into Apple in an effort to make things right. Ok, but what about the fact that I have to work tomorrow and won’t be there to validate the transaction? I cautioned her stating very clearly that it would be a waste of time. She asked what I would do. What would I do?! I think the answer pretty simple. Ready for it? Drum roll please: As a business owner you take responsibility for the fact that you broke someone’s phone. You either fix it, buy your customer a new one, or at the very least return it in the same condition you received it. She called me the next day to confirm my suspicions. Apple was unable to help her without me being there. After trying to make me feel bad for her inconvenience, I was given a new offer. She said she would buy me a new phone. Sounds like we’re making progress, right? Wrong. I asked her where the phone would be purchased from and after some beating around the bush, was reluctantly informed that she knew a guy named Jay who sold new and refurbished iPhones. I could not believe what I was hearing. You want me to agree to this not having any idea where the phone came from or what condition it’s in? This guy Jay didn’t even have a name for his stolen phone operation. I thought it was all a joke. She even went as far as telling me that there are many websites online where you can look up a phone by it’s serial number to make sure it has been wiped. That was it. I told her not to take any action and that I would be coming by the store as soon as I finished work to pick up my broken phone. I did just that and in the end, Apple was able to accommodate me with a brand new phone free of charge after hearing my story. The associate who helped me could not believe what had happened and felt bad. He was not required to do so. Technically, an out of warranty replacement costs $ 269. Now that is service! In the end, I had wasted around six hours of my life that I will never get back all thanks to this poorly run/managed business. Do yourself a favor. After cracking a screen, take your phone to Apple to get it repaired or at the very least, take it to a professional establishment that will guarantee their work. I texted the owner to inform her that Apple had resolved the problem only to be cussed out and threatened. This place does not deserve to remain in business.

I think this company is more for an instagram show, sending free phone cases to celebrities and popular social media people. I ordered 3 cases which i never received after a month of being ignored by the small bootleg business i was forced to make a claim with my credit card company to get my refund. I would not suggest this place to a fly.

DONOTINTERACTINBUSINESSWITHTHISCOMPANY! THEYAREHORRIBLE, THEIRCUSTOMERSERVICEISNONEXISTENT! Should be NOSTARS! I have been waiting over a month for a case that I ordered for my daughter, to make matters worse it was a graduation present. I have reported them to my credit card company, the Better Business Bureau as well as the FTC. This organization is falsely representing itself on the Internet, and may not be aware that Georgia law does not apply since it does business over the Internet the Federal Government regulates them. Also being a small business owner myself they are looking into their licenses for consumer sales, as well as repairs. I have attempted to contact them numerous times and no response ATALL! I’ve been blocked from their social media pages as well. This has been a horrible experience and if they are decent but just overwhelmed they should at least communicate and relay that to the customer who may be somewhat understanding, but chance were given and not taken. For those of you lucky enough to read this PLEASEBEWAREOFTHISVENDOR, they can remove this post or whatever they want, can’t erase or delete reports that have been filed along with supporting evidence.

I found this company from ming lee on Instagram so I decided to give it a try. I purchased a case with them online and never received it within the 7 – 9 business days as the state you’ll receive it. I never once received a confirmation email to confirm my purchase so I checked every day my inbox and spam in which I received nothing. Two days ago I sent them an email trying to figure out the status of my order and no one responded. So today I did my do diligence of disputing the charges with this company. I would NOT recommend this company for the lack of communication and receiving your product.
