Chrysta and I went to Phipps Plaza today. We were a bit hungry and decided to grab a pretzel. I must say that this was very disappointing. It had decent flavor, but it was quite anemic.
Chrysta made a comment about it’s lack of thickness. It did not leave her full or satisfied. Although there was plenty of thick, gooey cheese. I don’t think we’ll be back.

Pretzelmaker is NOT part of the Phipps Plaza food court. The Gospel of Kevin Smith states that «anything operating outside the said designated square is considered an autonomous unit for mid-​mall snacking».
Pretzelmaker is also NOT anywhere as good as Auntie Anne’s. Mall pretzelries are not equal, and Pretzelmaker has just one kind of dough. Whatever flavor you want will be dumped on top of a plain pretzel or served up in a little cup for dipping.
[UPDATE: AMC is no longer allowing you to bring outside food or drink inside, which removes one of the more appealing aspects of Pretzelmaker. Too bad.]
