Solid team that knows what they are doing. The team at Property Action helped me renovate 2 bathrooms — and remedied a lot of the shoddy work that was lurking behind the wall (thanks to my crappy builder for those surprises). Good guys that were efficient and professional through the whole experience.

Highly recommended — Russell and his crew have done many remodeling jobs for me, and their work is superb. He is timely and responsive and addresses any issues you may have. His prices are very reasonable. I would recommend anyone to Russell who needs a renovation or remodeling job to their house.

I could not have prepared myself for the 10:30pm phone call I received last august from a girlfriend of mine informing me that my spa was on fire. I’m Operations Manager of REMÈDE SPA at ST. REGIS ATLANTA. She was actually staying at the hotel and was party to the evacuation process, etc. That night was awful, not just going to see all of the fire and water damage, but mainly because I couldn’t wrap my head around how I was going to manage this huge mess.
And that is where Property Action, LLC enters the story. The same girlfriend I mentioned earlier gave me Russell’s business card. She used Russell and his team earlier that month when she experienced her own fire-​loss — her residence (which oddly enough is what landed her at the St. Regis.)
Quick on the draw, the very next day Russell was onsite for a walk-​through of the spa with me. He examined the damage, assessed the situation and designed the entire project around my goals using his experience. I wanted excellence in every aspect of the job — from fire remediation to the detailed cleaning, restoration and renovation. Property Action, LLC delivered beautifully. If the baseboards were not cleaned properly, they were re-​cleaned until perfect; Russell made sure of it. Nothing was overlooked.
Operating within the St. Regis, my job requires I not accept anything by the highest quality — Property Action has the same drive for excellence.
I will definitely use them again.
