After reading others reviews I decided I needed to add my opinion to the conversation. Marco is by far the best part about going to Sandy’s café. He is always smiling remembers the majority of his customers names and even food orders. He calls my sandwhich(wheat toast, egg, cheese, turkey sausage and tomato) the«regular» everytime I walk in for breakfast. For lunch if I mention I am on a diet he will offer up suggestions as to options with chicken and salmon which are not advertised. Although the cost is pricier for said items it hits the spot without the unwanted calories/fats. That being said, Marco was out today and the older Hispanic man was on the grille. He did not care about how my morning was going or who I was just what he needed to do to get me out of the restaurant. When I asked for tomato on my sandwhich he said we do not have any. Marco has walked in the back on several occasions to make sure I got the«regular». Overall the price is high and they do charge for every item added to a sandwhich and by the lb for all mixed items but that is how you run a successful restaurant. The key to Sandy’s success is without a doubt Marco. If he left for whatever reason I would discontinue my patronage.

Since working over here this is a go to spot if I want to run downstairs and grab something quick. The breakfast is definitely made to order so if your in a hurry you should plan accordingly. I’d have to say that breakfast is better than lunch but watch what and how much you order because things can add up quickly. All in all a decent place to dine.

This place is just plain gross and over priced. The sandwiches are the only thing edible.

I’ve worked in the Concourse office park for over a year and half now and have been here quite a few times. Their breakfast is surprisingly good. While Marco is no longer there, service is still relatively good. You can get made to order eggs, omelets, breakfast burritos, and breakfast sandwiches. Lunch on the other hand is much more disappointing. They have sandwiches and some hot lunch counter-type options — nothing worth writing home about. I generally only stop in for lunch if I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to go anywhere else. All in all, it’s a great option for a quick and yummy breakfast. Plan on heading elsewhere for lunch though.

Food is okay, but service is a little funny … Dudes on the grill is snooty and mean lol. I have had them roll their eyes at me, heard them mumble and grumble under their breath, shake their head at me, and tapped their foot impatiently… Service is very slow as well if you opt for the grilled items(but they want you to be super human fast with your order and you better be RIGHTTHERE ready when they hand you your food or risk suffering the cook’s unforgiving wrath.) They do have this cafeteria style menu and those are okay as well. The asian guy on the counter is slightly friendly, but keep in mind that no credit cards allowed if your purchase is under $ 5 — which is understandable. All in all, I ate here several times when I first started working in the concourse, but after a week, I made a point to either bring my own lunch or make time to go somewhere else. It is not a complete one star though because food is decent and it is convenient especially if you are in concourse 2, but service and speed has a lot of room to grow.

A decent office park eatery — it’s actually probably one of the better ones in the Dunwoody area. They serve both breakfast and lunch, and while I’ve only been for lunch, I’ve heard good things about their breakfast offerings from co-workers. In addition to their hotbar and salad bar, there’s also a deli counter serving Boar’s Head — which is without a doubt the best of the offerings. The staff is always friendly, and while the lines can get a bit long during lunch hours, the staff is also quite efficient!

Sandy’s Café is a eatery in the Concourse. The breakfast it wonderful. It is made to order and a little on the expensive side, but not only are you paying for Marco to make your food in front of you; you’re paying for the convenience of having to not go far for fresh food. The lunch gets a little crazy. The line is around the salad bar most times around noon and the burgers(beef or turkey are made to order so it takes a few minutes). I like the salad bar at first dibs, but afterwhile, it becomes a little much. You can tell people have had their pickings. I come down often for fruit or a light snack but the vending machines are cheaper. You can only use your debit card here for purchases over $ 5, but if you’re a regular, the owner will let you slide if you aren’t spending quite that much. Everyone is usually friendly and that makes all the difference in where I spend my money, so I enjoy it.

Sandy’s Café is one of several restaurants in the Concourse Office Park. I find it pretty convenient because it’s right next to my office building and I can typically get in and out in about 10 minutes. I can only give this place three stars because they serve pretty good breakfast. If I had to rate it on anything else, the score would suffer. To me, the food here can be slightly overpriced for what you receive and the quality of many of the hot bar items is rather subpar. There have been many occasions where my lunch was more than disappointing. I’m still scarred from ordering what I thought was fried catfish several weeks ago, which ended up tasting like Mrs. Paul’s frozen filets. Basically, Sandy will more than likely only see me before 10AM…

Tip: fresh sushi made every morning! This is one of the cafes at the Concourse Business Park in Sandy Springs, GA. They have a full menu for breakfast and lunch. Cold salad bar(lunch only), fresh sushi, a grill for fried items and a hot area for a hot meal choice and a sandwich area. The customer service is nice, the owner has been there a long time and makes it his business to recognize and greet long-time/repeat customers. They have daily specials but the prices can get a little up there. The food is tasty and definitely works in a pinch. They open from 7a to 2:30p. This one is located in building 2, so if you are ever in/near buildings 1, 2 or 4 this would be the closest Concourse grill to you. Good food.

I ate there twice so far and the first time i had their salad buffet it was amazing but a bit pricey at 5.99 a lb. I loved the tortellini salad the crab salad, the mushrooms and the tomato and cucumber salad the first try. The second time I went I was not as impressed as before and the guy also charged me for the raspberry vinaigrette bringing my charge up almost a dollar more. Overall my experience was not a great one and the staff isn’t friendly.

In town on business this week, was needing«lunch on the run» a couple days to get the job done. Sandy’s Café was in the next bldg. Had the roast beef sandwich on a roll the first visit. Added lettuce, provolone and olives, along with a diet coke. Very rare roast beef(my favorite) and everything was extremely fresh and prepared right in front of you. Has a small seating area inside or you can head back to your office with your purchase. They do breakfast and lunch and close at 2:30 pm each day. Not sure if they are open on the weekends, I’ll check this coming week and update it after. Parking is tight unless you work in the bldgs around it.
