The times when I get a massage are generally few and far between, and I’m usually only getting a massage when I’m in pain. So, I can usually tell if whomever is working out my knots and pains is doing a good job(or not) soon thereafter. After visiting Sean twice, I can say from personal experience that he’s very skilled and effective! He also does online appointment-making, which is very convenient and easier than trying to find availability over the phone. Prior to each massage, he has asked about what hurts and directly focuses on those areas. He makes sure that pressure is okay, and has offered some good advice during and after the massage. His studio is very relaxing and the table is heated and comfortable. He doesn’t have any of the incense, music, candles, or other faux-zen crap that most other studios have. I guess some people like that stuff, but I don’t. Overall, I’d recommend his services and may even stop by when my back and/or neck isn’t totally locked up again!
