Sinks n Tubs

Mike promised the world when I first met him. He had a full months notice before starting on my shower renovation. Day before the project he emailed me to let me know he has to delay another day. That should have been my first warning. Then he sendt someone to do the demolition work. He gets done in 3 hours and leaves. No one shows up or calls for the next 2 days. I call Mike and when he realizes I am furious he sends someone to start work. They install a drain and never bother to check if it leaks. After they put the floor down and pour the concrete, my ceiling below the bathroom starts leaking at night. He fixes it, then nobody shows up for the next 3 days. My biggest mistake was that I had given Mike 40% of the total already. The workmanship is very very poor. The tiles are uneven on the wall. The poured concrete is uneven. I asked Mike 3 times to fix the floor, but the tiles are still uneven. When the frameless glass installers (not affiliated with Sinks n Tubs) told me the tile work was very poor, I decided to give up on this contractor. I will most probably use Angie’s List to find someone to redo the floor tiles. It’s been 2 months since he started, but the project is unfinished. The crown moulding they ripped out hasn’t been fixed.
