We came in around 1pm and it was kinda dead, I was concerned but didn’t have time to move on. The menu was pretty impressive and the Korean tacos were on-freakin-point! So very good.

One of Solomons favorite places. He is always dragging me to this place to eat. Our favorites are the chilli dogs and the fried rice. Great friendly service.

Amazing food! Fast, fresh, and personal. Great for lunch. The owner(?) knows you by name after only a couple visits. My favorite dish is the Korean taco

Personable staff, quick on the orders, and epic food all for a bargain price. Can’t go wrong if you decide to eat here. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

I had hot wings, teriyaki wings, and fried rice. The food was really good and cheap. The best thing about this place(which admittedly is a hole in the wall and not fancy) is the owner. He knew every single customer by name. He even knew my name and I was just visiting from out of town. Impressive people skills.

Great lunch spot, the house fried rice will definitely be enough to keep you coming back for more! The customer service here is awesome too, I really haven’t experienced anything negative here.

Have been back several times for lunch and never been disappointed. I’ve had the burger, Korean taco, and fried fish. All good, but the best so far has been the Korean taco. I enjoyed all with the tots. Main reason for going back several times has been the super nice and friendly service. Just a Great family place.

So I was not impressed. I always expect something unique and amazing with hole in the wall type restaurants but this was about as generic as it gets. You also realize how much your eating habits have changed when you look at a menu full of fried items and don’t seems thing that appeals to you. I’ve been on a fish kick lately so I decided on the tilapia sandwich with tots. My friend ordered a sirloin burger. They both looked like pre-made/frozen food items, nothing fresh. I ended up peeling the breading off my fish and eating what little meat was there with lettuce and tomato. The tarter sauce was not homemade, it came in a prepackaged cup. It’s not hard to make that fresh, so if they don’t bother with that I can only imagine what else is not fresh. They only had sweet tea, I usually mix sweet and unsweet to get the perfect amount of sweetness but had to mix with water… Their sweet tea is more like sugar syrup it’s so sweet. The one positive thing I can say is that the tater tots were perfectly fried, extra crispy just how I would like them and did not seem very greasy although I could only eat a few. From reading other reviews perhaps I should have tried the wings but I doubt that I will be back and with what I did eat I was not impressed. I think that they should add some healthier items to the menu as well as put some effort into fresh-not frozen or prepackaged ingredients.

The wings are amazing! I got the breaded teriyaki wings. The coating was just the right amount of crunchy and the teriyaki was drizzled on top so it gave it that nice smoky-tart taste without making them soggy. The philly cheese steak was pretty average; the bun was just white grocery store bread. It would have been tastier and held up better on a hoagie roll or something. The meat and vege inside was nicely cooked, but could have used a bit more seasoning. The tots were nicely browned and came out piping hot– as they should. Great little find for lunch.

Wow… I had the Korean taco and an egg roll for a side item. They both were great, and of course the service was stellar! I’ll be back for sure… probably tomorrow :)

I am a lover of wings… and this my favorite wing spot ever! The wings are small but their Mild Sauce is great. Family owned place. I swear you can put the Mild Sauce on anything! I would like to think that I am the reason that she(the Mrs.) starting selling the sauces on the side. She knows my order before I even say it.(15 – 20 wings lemon pepper, fries, mild sauces on the side.).the only things she asks me is «How many mild sauces you want this time?» Lol. I usually get an average of 5. I really think she could sell it by the jar. Heck, I’m dipping chips in some I bought yesterday right now.

This place is definitely a hole in the wall. What looks like a shady pub is actually a family run local wings and burgers stop. Owned by some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, this restaurant does great wings, fried rice, phillys, and even salads while merging with some nice Korean fusion(the family is Korean). I’ve been going here almost once a week for lunch after finding out about it. Yes, I was very skeptical when I first heard rumors of this place called«skinnys» but decided to give it a shot. And I’m very glad I did. My usual order? 8 wings(hot lemon pepper) and fried rice. Yes the wings are a tad small when compared to taco Mac turbo charged wings but they are packed with flavor. On point. Phillys. On point. Buffalo chicken salad? At a place like this? Yes sir! It’s been hard to try new things because I’m so used to my favorites. But I’ve seen people order the tonkatsu and it looks pretty darn good. The bibimbap is also well regarded. You gotta give this place a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

I was really surprised by this place. You can easily drive by it and not think much because of the unassuming exterior. The food is amazing. Where else can you get hot dogs, burgers, Korean tacos, fried rice, egg rolls and more? The menu is really eclectic and written on a white board. The service is great. Super friendly and fast. No complaints there. Overall it’s a place you eat at for the food, fast and friendly service, and the unassuming atmosphere. I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.

Contrary to its name, Skinny’s is not the place you go to eat if you want to shed some pounds. However, the food is pretty good. Skinny’s has anything you can imagine such as hotdogs, fried rice, burgers, Philly-cheese, chicken wings, and other Asian food. Based on the selection of Kimchi(Spicy fermented cabbage) and bibimbap(rice mixed with vegetables and other ingredients), my guess is that this restaurant is Korean-owned. Anyway, I had a chili-dog and it was about average. It’s probably not too different from any other chili dog out there although I did like the addition of onion. The Philly-cheese was in the same boat — good but not something that you would remember for the rest of your life. The chicken wings were actually pretty awesome though. The juiciness and lemon pepper flavor were enough to convince me to come back. If you haven’t tried this place, I would recommend it but it’s not something I can have too often.

Fantastic wings! Try the Lemon pepper, honey wings, BBQ and of course, hot wings. Their wings are big and moist, not dried up and jerky like other places. Great lunch! Will eat again!

Skinny’s food store is just one more of those burger/wing/fish joints that are all over Atlanta. I am not a big fan of any of them in the area(American Deli, J Buffalo Wings, ATL Wings, etc.) and this one is the same. They always seem to be in a location where another restaurant failed before. I ordered the sirloin burger special with fries. It was just a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickles. It was edible but tasted like something that you could order from a school cafeteria. I probably won’t be making a repeat visit to this place with so many better eating choices nearby unless they have a coupon to convince me to return. Also the soda is unlimited but the soda fountain states«no sharing.» For those trying to save a few cents, beware that they maybe extra vigilant here… lol.
