False advertising, horrible customer service, and mediocre overpriced cupcakes. I registered with Sprinkles Perks online as the flyer I was given instructed me to so I could gain perks, extra treats, and a free cupcake. After registration, I noticed the free cupcake that was promised was not in my account. I inquired with them via email and I was asked to provide the location and day of visit. After I provided this information, they requested a copy of the receipt. Who keeps a cupcake receipt? After a lot of back and forth, they informed me that the promotional period had expired. If that was the case, why ask for proof of my visit? The flyer that I received did not indicate any dates of expiration for the promotion. The cupcake I had wasn’t even all of that. Oh, the cupcake ATM didn’t have any cupcakes in it at the time of my visit.

Captain Crunch ice cream?! Yes, you heard me correctly and it’s for real. If you were like me and ate a bowl of the Captain’s sweet gold nuggets packed with 12 grams of sugar per bowl every morning as a child, then you’ll want to try this ice cream concoction. Sure, it made you bounce off the walls but someone was smart enough to make an ice cream out of it. Sprinkles has more than just ice cream — they have cupcakes and cookies too. What’s better than ice cream, cupcakes, and cookies? Combining all of them together to make awesome ice cream sandwiches with your choice of toppings for added decadence. There’s even a red velvet cone you can order. Talk about having a sweet tooth, the owners of Sprinkles Cupcakes must have had some serious sugar cravings when they opened this place.

I don’t get the hype. This place isn’t bad, but people go crazy for Sprinkles. The cupcakes are pretty, and they taste pretty good. They serve a variety of flavors, from key lime to banana to red velvet. There’s also an ice cream shop in the store, where you can get a combination of cupcakes and ice cream. I had the red velvet cupcake with the Cap’n Crunch ice cream, which had pieces of cereal in it. Would’ve preferred the cereal still crunchy, but seeing as it’s a pre-made ice cream, I get why it’s not. The cupcake and ice cream combo was maybe too sweet. I think separately, they would’ve been tolerable.

Not the best cupcake I have experienced in metro Atlanta. The store is pretty and attracting to the eye. Happy that they had a 100 health score. Prices are comparable to other cupcake businesses. The crumb factor is larger and the quality was somewhat dry. The icing(salted caramel) was good and creamy. I probably won’t try this business again just because I have another favorite cupcake business that I prefer.

We brought sprinkles home for the kids twice and they didn’t eat them. I thought the first time was a fluke but apparently not. There is a decorative piece of cardboard on the cupcake top. Not sure why they would put a piece of non edible cardboard on top. Its convenient since its in the mall, but overpriced and not very good.

I was enamored with cupcake ATM. I went inside and was in the ice cream shop and the staff member directed me to the cupcake side. The store is really cute and everyone was very friendly. I decided to try the chocolate mini cupcake. The icing was delicious and had chocolate pieces sprinkled on top. The cake itself was a little dry to me. I was expecting a little more regarding the flavor because the Sprinkles brand is so popular. I will definitely give them another try with another flavor!

The good: they have a cupcake ATM! Now that is cool! Never seen one like it before, but… The bad: the ATM cupcake was stale. Not that I expected it not to be, but it didn’t taste good at all. ATM cupcakes are also more expensive than ordering from the counter. So if you had a choice, order in person instead. But if you ever get the cupcakes craving at midnight and nothing is open, I guess this is the next best choice. However… The worst: even when not ordering from the ATM, the fresh cupcakes were not that much better. Firstly, from the ATM I ordered the red velvet cupcake, as I mentioned it was stale and didn’t taste great. The cream cheese topping was wayyyy too sweet! The black velvet cupcake was worse… It’s probably one of the only times that I could not finish a cupcake… The neutral: good for groups. Only place for late night cupcakes.

I like my cupcakes to have moist cake and lots of sweet icing. Sprinkles had neither. The way they spread the icing on top is deceptive. There’s very little icing. And they didn’t have much of a selection, either. AND they have the nerve to be $ 4 each.

Location: In Lenox Mall right in the front. Fav Item: Red Velvet Cupcake — Positives: quick and easy snack to grab. Right at the door so super convenient. — Negatives: cake was slightly hard. — Overall: good little spot when craving something sweet!

This review is for their ice cream only, as I did not try their cupcakes. Got the red velvet waffle cone with the Captain Crunch and Crème Brûlée flavored scoops. Oh my goodness, SO tasty. Service by the young ladies up front was fast and courteous. I definitely recommend this for a sweet treat if visiting the mall or in the area. Lots of children and families as is to be expected.

The cupcakes were four stars. But the cupcake ATM gives it a definite additional star. Our family got salted caramel, Red velvet, black-and-white, banana, and lemon coconut.

Decadence at it’s best! Sprinkles were perfectly placed! I love the convenience of the ATM! Went inside to that the red velvet ice cream and it is SO good! I wouldn’t suggest eating the red velvet cupcake and the red velvet ice cream in the same sitting however. Lol They are both amazing!!! Buuuut too sweet!

I just moved here from Virginia and everyone raves about Sprinkles. I love cupcakes so decided to give them a try. I only tried one, the red velvet and I am highly unimpressed. A cupcake has to be pretty bad for me to toss a nearly $ 5 cupcake but after a few bites that’s exactly what I did. Red velvet is my favorite and I measure all cupcake shops by this classic. Sprinkles red velvet was extremely dry, my icing hard and it just wasn’t appetizing. Maybe I received an old cupcake but I was pretty bummed that it just didn’t live up to the hype. This location isn’t terribly close to my home so I wouldn’t drive out of my way just to grab a cupcake from here. Maybe I will return again one day but certainly no time soon.

Oh Sprinkles Sprinkles. How can you ever have a bad experience here. Always fresh and always delicious. Great flavors. I don’t like super sweet stuff and that’s why I love sprinkles cause it’s not that sweet. This location was not busy at all and we ordered 4 cupcakes to go. Great service. Great cupcakes. And cute packaging.

I was surprised to see a Sprinkles here! This was so popular when I used to live in Cali. We came here a bit late — there were little almost nothing left in the cupcake shop. The only flavors left were dark chocolate, coconut, black and white, and vanilla milk chocolate. We ended up getting one of each to share between 6 people. My favorite was the dark chocolate because the frosting was fluffy and it was the least sweet of the four. Everything else was too sweet or tasted like they’ve been sitting in the shelf for a little too long(starting to feel hard on the cupcake and frosting). Something that was disappointing — the tables are so dirty! Guess the staff here doesn’t bother wiping these down every so often. They also didn’t even greet us or acknowledge us when we were looking at the cupcakes trying to order — seems like you need to retrain your staff Sprinkles! I think I’d only come back if I was in the mall again and craving for cupcakes or needing to buy cupcakes for a friend’s birthday or something. I really wish this Sprinkles was as good as the ones in Cali.

Disclaimer: I did not try their cupcakes, which is what Sprinkle’s is predominantly known for. I instead jumped straight at the cookies and ice cream. My diet downfalls. Sprinkle’s is located at the front mall entrance(Peachtree Rd side) near valet parking, so you can’t miss it. I DEFINITELY did not miss it because I was SO ready for some dessert. I thought about the cupcakes for a little bit but quickly dismissed them when I saw the ice cream bar. And cookies? Game over. You get to taste up to two flavors of ice cream, and after one taste of the red velvet ice cream, I was sold. I got a small(mistake) scoop, and it was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever had. I was literally eating red velvet cake, in ice cream form. Red velvet cake crumbles and cheesecake frosting mixed into the ice cream made for the richest and sweetest ice cream of my life. I do wish I had asked for a kids scoop, as that was all I needed. I was only able to finish half of it by myself, and my dieting friends were of no help. I also splurged on a snickerdoodle cookie. I could only eat maybe half of the ice cream: too much of a too good thing. I was disappointed when it came in a such small cup, but turned out to be grateful for the conservative size later. The snickerdoodle was pretty good, but not as special as the ice cream. The red velvet ice cream is definitely a must order! And if the red velvet ice cream is any indication of the quality of the cupcakes, then I’ll have to give them a try someday.

I saw this shop after meeting for dinner with some friends and we decided to take a peek inside. I wasn’t expecting to find anything as a vegan, but just then, behold! A vegan red velvet cupcake! I felt like a little vegan kid in a vegan cupcake store(well, almost)! It was incredibly good also! The icing is coconut based and doesn’t overpower the cupcake. If you are vegan, look for the red velvet cupcakes with a «V» on top or ask — they should have some in the back. I thought their cupcakes were overpriced($ 4 each), so indulging on these yummy treats won’t be a regular occurrence.

The other day I ordered a Black & White, two Red Velvet(one regular and one gluten free) and a Vanilla Sprinkles. The woman working the counter was so thoughtful. She offered to box them separately so that the gluten free cupcake would not be tainted by the others. I assured her that wouldn’t be necessary but I did appreciate her offer of extra precautions. Before she rang me up she stated some type of cupcake commandment. «Never put them in the refrigerator. Be sure to keep them at room temperature.» I immediately thought of Gizmo(don’t get him wet… don’t expose him to bright light… and no matter what… don’t feed him after midnight) but I heeded her advice. The cupcakes themselves were tasty even if they weren’t the best I’ve ever had. They were light and moist with a nice coating of fluffy frosting. Unfortunately, I found them a little too sweet and that was a surprise considering that I have a huge sweet tooth. I also don’t think I would crave any of the flavors I tried… and that’s essential when I’m paying close to $ 4 per cupcake. Although I wasn’t wowed by the cupcakes, my stop at Sprinkles was still a positive experience.
