This location is terrible. Bad service and unpleasant employees. You have to ask for more everything because they are extremely light handed with all toppings. I ordered a veggie & cheese and I had to keep asking for more… Lettuce, onion, peppers, mustard, vinegar etc… I mean really, lettuce?! This is a very cheap sandwich for Subway to make considering it’s a sandwich of toppings only. I only got the sandwich & some chips and it was $ 6.50. At $ 6.00 give the customers a decent veggie sandwich for cryin out loud!(which, yes I am… minus tears). The cherry on top was how messy and dirty the dining room looked. And no crowd at peak lunch hour. They must only clean at close, no other time.

No provolone, no swiss and no mozzarella. Clearly not one of their well managed locations.

Six inch sub for lunch — just the right size. I like the ham and turkey myself. This is Subway, with all that you’d expect. They make sandwiches fast and you don’t have to wait long. The inside is clean, and the employees are courteous. I go to this one because it is convenient to work and I know what I’m going to get. Parking can be a pain, but it is what it is.

Four things: 1. Ordered a Chicken Marinara Melt. Sandwich was heated without cheese. I guess I should assume the marinara is the melty portion. 2. Asked for green peppers on the Melt(after asking for the requisite cheese to be reheated). Received such a miniscule portion of green peppers – what would amount to three full slices, but comprised of tiny remnant bits. 3. The gruff owner/manager(who was arguing with a family about their charges when I first walked in) handled the food-making appliances after handling said family’s money. 4. When I was ready to pay, the owner/manager reported my total, and when I added a bag of chips, simply took my money and gave me the change with neither a readable register update, a spoken new total, nor an itemized receipt, leaving me to wonder how a bag of chips had added, at first glance, nearly two dollars to my total(I figured it out eventually, because I’m Asian and good at math). I suppose I should have expected this because I chose to go to Subway.

Yes, it is a subway… it is just like the other 34,999 of them. But this is my subway! The service is always on point here, and they can get food in your hand in less then 5 minutes no matter how long the line is.

Can’t really say I am a fan of this Subway restaurant. Went here for lunch today, parking is kind of bad since it is confusing as to which entrance you pull into to get to the Subway in this Target/Publix dominated plaza. The food was pretty typical for a Subway, so nothing to really say there. But the staff at this Subway was slow at making our food and not really all that pleasant to deal with. Plus it was lunch time and they were not busy, but the counters were dirty and the tea urns were empty by the drink station; they had 3 or 4 employees behind the counter that could have easily walked out and done some cleaning. Next time I’ll just drive the extra block to the Subway in Brookhaven, at least the staff there is a lot more friendly and they keep their store clean.

I’m not necessarily going to review this location in general but Subway as a brand. I believe that their marketing is completely leading America in the wrong direction. I know a lot of people who eat here because they think its a healthy alternative to other fast food chains. I beg to differ. In other restaurants the menu has a lot more to choose from that can lead to picking out healthier choices. At subway you either get 6in or footlong and usually most people get footlongs because of how inexpensive they are. $ 5 cant beat that. I have been an avid Subway eater for a while and I think I have finally grown up to realize that they are evil! I went online to actually look at their nutrition facts and realized holy cow! this place is not as healthy as ‘Jarred’ makes it sound to be. The sodium content on a footlong is through the roof! a footlong of most of their subs is equal two 2.5 double-cheese burgers! doesn’t sound to healthy to me… not to mention the fat content/calories/all the other mumbo jumbo that makes us all gain weight. When they market their 6g of fat or less subs its without 99.99% of the ingredients. you get a piece of bread with a little turkey and some veggies. thats 6g or less… I don’t think ive ever been in line and seen someone order one of those. Subway is where most of us go for lunch and a lot of times its during work, When i go on break I’m usually very hungry so I get a footlong thinking ‘oh, its Subway’ ill be ok. They need to quit hiding under the ‘healthy option’ bandwagon because that is something they really are not. The sub I got had 1200 calories about 45g of fat! and get this 3080mg of sodium! yeah… I’ll stick to a double cheeseburger and a water.

Possibly a healthier alternative. Subway is practically on every street corner in the Unites States. It is one of the most successful franchises in history and can be a better alternative to other fast food restaurants offering a less than healthy menu. The good part is if you choose wisely, the guilt factor on ingesting these sandwiches won’t be that bad. The hindsight is, most of this stuff is just your garden variety processed meats and cheeses. I usually buy the Oven Roasted Chicken Breast. You can tell the chicken breast is pre-cooked processed. I usually have it on 9 grain oat bread and with the standard smattering of vegetables. One thing I like is that they now have spinach leaves you can add on the sandwich; which is a nice touch because i get sick of lettuce. I couple that sandwich with some iced tea and the fat free chips and usually feel less guilty than say eating at McDonalds. Of course the prices are right and the restaurant is usually on the clean side. If you are in the need for a quick healthier fare, this could be your spot.

The way I have like to have a meatball sub at subways: Footlong wheat with pepperjack with less sauce and extra meat toasted.

I. JUST. CAN’T. DO. IT. Years ago, I had such a HORRIFIC experience with the campus Subway in college; the memory has scarred me for life. To this day, I don’t speak of what happened. Whenever anyone suggests lunch there, I just refer to «the Subway incident» and offer up as many alternatives as possible. My post-tramatic-stress is so intense that the smell alone is enough to send me into fits of dry heaves that leave me looking like garfield with a hairball. So, while my friends nosh happily on their $ 5 foot-longs(and with all due respect to the wonders it’s done for Jarrod), I respectfully say: Thanks. But no thanks. (three stars on behalf of my friends though)
