The staff at this Subway is very friendly and aren’t afraid to joke around with the customers. They don’t skimp on the sandwich fillings either. They are also very speedy, maybe a little too speedy, but there’s nothing wrong with that!

I’ve been to many Subways, and this one stands out the most. The staff is professional and welcoming to its customers. Unlike the rude, nasty and horrible customer service Subway on Broad St., and the slightly less rude one across the street on Park Place, the Edgewood Subway employees have much better people skills, more spacious, is cleaner and even has a few padded residential like chairs. One employee happened to noticed I was trying a different sandwich for the first time and offered to add a few toppings to make it a standout – he hooked up it up. I visit the Subway almost everyday after classes and they recognize my free cookie code every time without problems! Edgewood is definitely the best Subway I’ve been to.

Woohoo! As good as it gets! When I woke up in the morning(after my 8 snoozed alarms, of course), the sandwiches here were all I could think about it. My friend Brian and I came here almost every day after class. I can tell you first hand that when I was still attending GSU that this subway beats out the rest of it’s subpar competition in the nearby Atlanta area. Grab a sandwich, sit down to a nice episode of Dexter, enjoy!!!

This is a really spacious and clean subway. Even though you have to pay(because nothing’s free downtown), there’s parking right outside, which makes for easy access. My sandwiches were made as quickly and well as is typical for subway. The server was friendly and patient while I talked on the phone to figure out what I was bringing home for the sig. Good stuff. I’m happy to have found one that’s on the way home, finally!

Writing about Subway isn’t sexy so I’ll try to be brief. I’ve eaten at 3 different Subway locations(Broad St, Park Place, & this one) in the downtown Atlanta area. They all basically have the same ingredients and menu options. What sets this place apart and garners it 4 stars is its fantastic service. No matter how insanely busy this place is(GSU and Grady Hospital regularly swamp the place) the staff is quick, courteous and knows how to put together a sandwich. Not all Subways care about their food creation and it shows in the lackluster ingredient placement or shoddy assembly. This joint always packs it in giving you a sandwich that bursts at the seams. Again, Subway isn’t a sexy lunch choice, but sometimes you want something cheap and tasty without a lot of hassle. This place will fill that need in spades.
