With our family on a layover and was expecting bare minimum. The servers are very nice, attentive and plentiful. Even on a busy afternoon. We did not feel rushed and had a nice place to rest and refuel. The food came pretty quickly and was very good. All this made the final leg of our trip much more pleasant!

I found this to be a comfort zone in the midst of a hairy airport. The young lady who served me was remarkably friendly and though she was swamped with tables she managed her time well. The food was as expected, average, but considering it was an airport location I did not have high expectations.

Sat at bar to avoid line up for afternoon lunch prior to boarding a delta flight. Looks good, great friendly service but seating at bar is uncomfortable. Knees hit the bar so you have to lean in to eat your meal. Granite counters, small wood tables best for singles not couples or large parties.

Skip it. Mediocre Fridays food and depending upon the servers or bartenders, they either make it bearable or just plain lousy.

Best Friday’s I’ve eaten at in a while. Enjoyed the Jack Daniels chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was very good. The fries were ok. Service was very friendly. Not a place to eat at if you have a short layover. For a 2 hour layover it was just right. Still had about 30 mins left before the plane boarded.

Mmmmm, there’s not too much you can hope for from any eateries in airports, especially Atlanta Hartsfield. I opted to sit across from the bar. The restaurant was packed, as to be expected, but it only took me about 10 minutes to wait for that particular seating location. I ordered the Spinach Dip, Yucatan Salad and Patron Margarita. Everything was okay(for an airport restaurant), except the Spinach Dip. It was burned around the edges and really hard. I had the server, Anthony, remove that item from my bill. It was terrible. The Yucatan Salad had a few wilted, brown lettuce leaves as well. Overall, quick, friendly service, however prices are inflated due to the being located inside an airport.

Really great service here. Very nice staff. Had Keba for a waitress and she had great recommendations and was very sweet. Great place to go during long layovers.

You shouldn’t expect much from an airport restaurant to begin with, so the 3 stars here is generous. This entire airport is always INSANE so it’s no surprise I had to wait to be seated here. Once I was, I ordered immediately and it still took a good 20 minutes to get my food. The quality was up to what I would expect from any TGI Friday’s so I was pleasantly surprised there. But the service was not anything special, definitely not welcoming or particularly helpful. I got in, got my food, got out and made my flight, so I still call it a success! Definitely not the worst place you could eat in an airport.

my previous reveiw is explaining my families recent experience at this establishment and remains the same. this update is in response to Theresa S. and her caddy«compliment» Perhaps you are a member of the team at this TGI Friday’s and many of your team members share your same attitude, which would explain why your store has a two star rating. Theresa S. Writes: «Such a posititibe reveiw — we’re grateful you took the time to write. Thanks! Sent by Theresa S. Theresa S. Unfortunately, my review wasn’t positive, but it was truthful. It was a very negative experience. However, if my criticism for this establishment is taken, noted and my complaints corrected then something very positive could come from my negative reveiw as well as all the other many, many negative reviews and this TGIF might become a better example of what TGIF’s should be. Your welcome!

We had a long layover, and after eating Spanish food drenched in salsa for two weeks, we were excited at the idea of having a burger or salmon before heading for home, sweet home. Their burgers were perfect, and the salmon amazing. What stood out the most was our amazing server, Karla! The whole resteraunt was running smooth despite the endless rush of people, and Karla was on point with us. Moment the drink was empty? Boom! Karla. Burger finished? Poof, Karla! A waitress, myself, we were beyond impressed with her and the rest of the staff at tgi. Thank you for making a hellish layover turn amazing!

Smells of really stale beer. Water tastes funny. Fruit flies everywhere. This place is filthy and needs to be closed down and thoroughly cleaned.

It’s a TGI Friday’s and it’s airport food… so you can do a lot worse but you can certainly do a lot better. There aren’t a ton of sit down options in this part of the airport so we had to wait about 10 minutes or so for our table. It’s not the biggest place so be prepared for a wait. We were seated at a booth away from a lot of the congestion so I was happy about that. After a few minutes or so, our waitress appeared and she could have been a lot more friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day. I went with a soda and some type of chicken salad. After a reasonable amount of time, our food was served. My salad looked pretty dry and after the first bite, I knew they didn’t serve any dressing with it. I asked my waitress to bring some out. After about 5 – 10 minutes, I finally got some dressing. The salad was actually pretty good and it was a nice size. I was happy about that. Overall, it was just an OK experience. We had to wait a bunch, both pre-meal and during the meal. I wouldn’t be completely opposed to coming back but I’d probably see if other restaurants had less of a wait time.

How I heard of this place: We walked by, it was close to our gate and we were hungry, knowing a long flight was ahead and no meals would be served. Type of cuisine: American Grub. Everything from burgers and chicken wings to pasta, ribs, sandwhiches, salads, desserts and that’s just the tip of the iceburg. Ambiance: The loud, neon-lit space, very reminiscent of a 1950s diner welcomes all weary travelers into its crowded ranks. Everything from black and white checkered wall print, to enlarged photographs of the Hollywood sign, and various signs from Las Vegas are colorfully collaged on the walls, from framed black and white photos of the«Ghostbusters» trio and Elvis Presley, to a motorized bike, pool balls in a triangle and one drum protruding from the walls. Brighly colored media prints of Marilyn Monroe, white bulbs connected to spell out the word KITCHEN, wood-paneled walls(where one can see them), and stars spangling the hanging ceiling lamps and the glass around our mini booth. What I ordered: Boneless Buffalo Wings($ 11.43), topped with Classic Buffalo Sauce, served ith celery, ranch and Bleu cheese dressings, the New Steakhouse Bleu Cheese Burger($ 10.89), crumbled bleu cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, caramelized onions and garlic maison butter served over a grilled 100% USDA choice Black Angus beef patty, all contained within a hearty brioche bun, topped with fresh lettuce, pickles, onion and vine-ripened tomatoes, and the California Club($ 9.67), which included mesquite-smoked turkey breast, applewood-smoked bacon, ham and Monterey Jack cheese on toasted ciabatta bread with Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and mayo. Each of our meals came with a side of seasoned fries. What I loved: Boneless Buffalo-flavored Chicken Wings. The seasoned fries were a very close second. Why I loved it: While I am most accustomed to finding a quick grab-and-go snack at airports where I have a layover, Chris seems to know all of the best places to find a sit-down restaurant. When we travel together, there is almost no other option. Cost: Average($ 9.67 — $ 10.89 per burger/sandwich)

TGIF always has a decent breakfast and prices considering it is in this airport. This is my go-to place when I’m traveling through Atlanta’s airport. It has been consistent in its service, quality and quantity of food.

Easy stop for your layover in ATL airport. Great drinks, service and soup. Highly recommend Ultimate Margarita. It was a little early, but they do serve breakfast. Small menu but the breakfast plates looked good.

Dined here in between layovers from ATL to New Orleans this past weekend and while I’ve never been über impressed by the food at Friday’s, the customer service here was amazing! Despite the alleged wait time being 20 – 25 minutes, we were seated in 3 – 5(a huge plus). Drinks arrived timely and the staff as an entirety were hilarious, upbeat and refreshing. This definitely managed to reduce the stress associated with flying. Thanks guys.

normally, I’d not set foot in this place but this terminal leaves no option. My researcher determined that this spot has the cheapest, coldest beer– ask for a large if you got they lay over blues. The bonus of the visit was our server, Xavier, who should be working in a multi-national sales force he’s so personal, persuasive, & smooth. He’ll rattle off specials like a machine gun and remember your name after he checks your Id. Amazing.

Our waitress, Daisy, was friendly and provided fast, quality service. 5 stars. The hostess who seated us was also super friendly! We ordered the Black Bean Burgers with seasoned fries. The burger patty was the spicy black bean patty one can get at Costco. We personally like it. The lettuce, tomatoes and slice of avocado on the sandwich though were subpar. The tomato was barely red. The lettuce was white, instead of green. The avocado slice was small, hard, and had black spots. The seasoned fries were cooked perfectly but OVERLY salted. I ordered some Jack Daniels Sauce and pretty much covered everything with it. This made things slightly better. Overall Entrée 2.5 stars. Would I return again? I don’t think so. Not enough veggie options and low food quality.
