Worst customer service ever i wanted to but the same glasses i had bought before i paid 600 and they were selling for 900 and the man looked at me like i didnt know what i was talking about and showed him the pic like yes these are the same glasses i wanted to see another pair and asked am i going to buy it before seeing it so i just walked out

The customer service was terrible here. The attendant was so awful I can’t believe I wasn’t on a hidden camera show. I said I wanted square frame sunglasses so he gave me round ones and said «try these, you’ll like them because they’re round!» Similarly, when asking to try on Costa brand, he said I would prefer a different brand. He did the exact opposite of everything I wanted and wouldn’t even let me look at the glasses by myself. He followed me around giving me glasses to try on that I specifically said I wasn’t interested in. He also insulted multiple brands I was interested in and tried to sell me a pair of $ 400 sunglasses after I explicitly stated my budget was half. I would never recommend going here.

I had an eye exam there for glasses and contacts. Dr. Rayne was nice and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. They have a great selection of designer frames, for us fashionable four-​eyes out there. I was the only patient at the time, so I was in and out quickly. The staff was also very friendly.

I had a great experience with The Eye Gallery in Atlantic Station yesterday afternoon. Everyone was friendly in assisting me in my first visit.
Dr. Rayne listened to my questions and concerns while examining my eyes. She recommended new eye drops and contacts that are better suited for my needs.
The Manager, Kenneth was friendly and helpful when checking out.
I will visit again.

Couldn’t have nicer, more helpful, and friendly people working here. You feel comfortable and even on a busy day, your needs are quickly met and they’ll always do their best to fit you in (if you’re a walk-​in). Dr. Rayne is awesome — excellent bedside manner and very thorough. I felt like she really spent all the time needed to listen to and help me. I would recommend her to anyone.
The only reason I’m giving the Eye Gallery 4 stars instead of 5 is price. They are a bit pricier than other «boutique» type eye places. They are in Atlantic Station so it kinda comes with the location. You would save money at a place like LensCrafters, but I don’t know if you would have the same pleasant experience. If they offered specials like other places or something — that would help. But all in all, I was really pleased with my entire visit.

The Eye Gallery in Atlantic Station is fabulous! I am in the service industry, so I pay attention to great customer service – this location definitely does a terrific job in that area.
Dr Rayne has a wonderful «bedside» manner and was able to see me last minute for an eye emergency. She and the entire staff, Loneva and Kenny, were attentive and helpful, which is always a plus. Beyond that, I have been a glasses and contacts wearer for most of my life and I appreciated the wide selection of frames and brands available. I also live in Atlantic Station, so this location is super convenient. As you can see, there were more than a few reasons why this is my now my #1 spot for eye care!

I’ve gone here multiple times to get new glasses, eye exams, new lenses, etc. and have always found it to be a good experience. The place is clean and well-​organized with professional, helpful staff.
It is pretty pricey, but was worth it for me, especially for my first time ever getting glasses, when I had no idea what I wanted and what would look good on me. The staff were super helpful and spent forever helping me try on just about every pair in the store to until I found the right ones. The frames I bought have lasted me 5 years now, so it was definitely money well spent, and I’ll be heading back here next time I need anything.

Pretty upset. They have a good selection of upscale frames but there are other places. Their frames often cost about $ 80 – 120 above other places so shop around. Last year I bought a pair of Cartier, Chanel, Gucci & 3 Tom Ford sunglasses from them plus a full set of eyeglasses and a year’s worth of daily wear contacts. After spending several thousand I an not pleased that the optician overcorrected my eyeglasses — her error cost me $ 1000! Also, The employee who was actually really helpful and experienced, Lee, is now gone.
I will never be back. I spent thousands in there and it’s sickening that their error cost me so much money AND AFFECTED MY EYESIGHT AND EYE HEALTH. The over correction caused my eye muscles to strain, resulting in a condition called «strabismus».
I strongly recommend you get your eye exams elsewhere. If you find frames in there that you must have, be sure you check online. Their frames are often marked up significantly higher than retail — their Cartier frames are about $ 100 more than normal retailers and you would have to ASK/​BEG them to PLEASE REDUCE THE PRICE just to get them to honor the catalog price. I personally will I elsewhere in the future.

I found myself in the Eye Gallery one sunny spring afternoon with a friend of mine. We had taken a rather long lunch amidst the usual lag time of indecision found in corporate America. With our work as consultants in limbo, we decided to saunter through some of the more high end shops in Atlantic Station. We stopped through Eye Gallery and my companion made what I thought was a rather impulse decision to buy some sunglasses.
The retailer was excellent, explaining to us every detail of the sun shades and letting my friend try on pair after pair. He told us which were preferred by celebrities and the ones that were limited edition. My friend made his pick and the pair was cleaned to perfection with not a spec of dust on either side. They were sexy glasses, I must admit and the price tag validated them as expensive eye candy, literally. The sad thing is he lost them about 6 months later.
Well, spring is in the air. Here’s to more long lunches and lost luxury lenses!
