I highly recommend this place!
I have been suffering chronic neck pains since I got into a car accident in 2014. I went to a local chiropractor for approximately 4 months before I found out about this place. The local chiropractor charged me $ 55 per visit that consisted of a 20 mins TENS unit massage and a 30 seconds adjustment. I don’t like the idea of paying someone to get a TENS unit massage when I can just purchase one online and do it myself…
In contrast, not only is this place a lot more affordable than the local chiropractor, but this place also really does «chiropractic work» by only focusing on adjustments.

I am a new patient here and Dr. Brad is great! I would recommend this chiropractic office to friends. I was hesitant because of the too-​good to be true pricing, but have been satisfied so far! The practice is clean and Dr. Brad is very knowledgable and best of all, I feel great!

Dr. Brad is very nice, professional and effective in his practice. He listened to my concerns & gave some great basic pointers on how to maintain wellness. The adjustment was great & helps relieve my lower back pain. I’m definitely glad I decided to give this place a try!

Love coming here! Very consistent and caring service from Dr. Brad. His adjustments are very thorough and effective. He takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about the well being of his patients.
If you need xRays or other items, they cannot perform these in the office, but if you are looking for great, routine chiropractic care to reduce pain and improve your overall health, I highly recommend this location and Dr. Brad.

So I have had a terrible experience! Cancelled my membership and I am being still auto billed even after I was told I wasn’t going to be. Poor customer service. I would highly advise to not go here

as another client mentioned in their review I have tried to cancel this service and have not utilized this service since October or November of 2014. I had a 30 min discussion with Malika as to why I should not cancel my account and just «freeze» it. I did freeze the account instead of cancelling it. When I came by in on the last date that she gave me which was Feb 02, 2015 to cancel I was told I could not cancel and that my account had already been charged. We went over the policy and the final date that I could come in for at least 15 mins. Evidentially the employees don’t know the policy. I see others have had this same issue with cancelling. IS it that bad that the money is being made off «not cancelling» rather than the excellent service you are supposed to be giving.

Your inquiry was forwarded to me by the corporate office. I have reviewed your file and am glad to respond to clarify any misunderstanding that you have.
I have attached a copy of your membership agreement and your freeze form for your review. Your account was frozen for the 2 month period you requested from 12÷2÷14−2÷1÷15 and reactivated per the freeze form on 2÷2÷15 and charged that day.
I understand from Melika that you are requesting to cancel your membership at this time. Per the membership agreement attached, cancellation requires a 30 day written notice. I understand that Melika gave you a cancel form to complete yesterday, but you refused to do so. Your agreement calls for an additional charge to be made on ³⁄₂ during that notice period, but we will agree to waive that additional charge as long as you provide the cancel form.
You may continue to use your membership between now and 3÷1÷15.
I hope this clarifies the misunderstanding and we look forward to seeing you back at the Joint for the remainder of the month. Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to respond to this email.

Jeff first of all your understanding is incorrect. I was told by Melika when I initially came in to cancel my services that I had until COB on the 2^nd of Feb to come in and cancel. Now if her information was inaccurate then so be it. I did as I was requested. I came in to cancel on Monday the 2^nd and yes I did refuse to sign the form at that time until I spoke with Melika because she was not in the office on Monday it was another person there. So again you have inaccurate information bc I did not speak with Melika on Monday. I stand by what I said which was what I was told and that was I could come in on the 2^nd of Feb and still be able to cancel. If you want to extend this out then that’s exactly what we will do. I have contacted necessary personnel to do so. And I also let them know that I received a call from Melika herself this morning and have saved the number and conversation in which she stated that she «would refund me my money and to come in to sign the cancellation form». I told her I would be there after work today. So you mean to tell me even if nothing else or lets just say none of the above happened in my defense that your employee can call me and tell me she will process my refund and that everything is «okay» and she is sorry about what happened on Monday with the other employee only to call back less than 2 hours later and say or no we changed our minds without an explanation except Jeff will send you an email. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Dr. Brad takes good care of us. He’s quick and effective. We recommend this business.

Never thought I would feel comfortable with a walk in, pay by visit chiropractor’s office. I don’t have back issues but rather use it for maintenance as I work out and run a lot.
My friends introduced me and I’ve been going ever since. The staff here are very knowledgeable of their field. Always ready to answer questions. Great thing is that you can go to any location and you would receive the same care.

Love The Jojnt at Buckhead. Dr. Donny is fantastic and love the member program of 4 adjustments monthly for $ 49 per month. Weekly adjustments keep me where I need to be. Highly recommended

Dr. Donny made my back feel so much better during my very first visit. He’s very knowledgeable and really takes the time to make you feel comfortable. Great place for anyone who is unsure about seeing a chiropractor! I was a little apprehensive at first but look forward to my visits now!
