This was really my first experience legitimately storing most of my most personal items, and I had heard many stories from close friends that they hadn’t had good experiences at other storage companies. I was already anxious about storing my things as it was; however, I read good reviews about Uncle Bob’s online, and not only were my expectations met, they were exceeded. Compared to my other methods of storing in the past, I really saved a lot of money storing with Uncle Bob’s, even if their prices are a bit more expensive than some of the local competition. I would say the higher cost was totally worth it — never did I feel uneasy about the security of my belongings, and the facility is really in great condition and clean. The store manager at #407 in Atlanta, John, was exceptional with handling all questions and concerns I had throughout my three month stay. The entire staff there is refreshingly professional and friendly. I especially appreciated feeling valued as a customer even though I’m college student and a storage novice. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would store my belongings with this Uncle Bob’s facility again if I ever have to!

John is great! Always helpful and professional. The prices are a bit expensive, but the place is always clean and is super secure. There are cameras on every corner, both inside and out.

When looking for temporary or permanent storage solutions, they don’t get any better than Uncle Bob’s Store#407. John Rinehart and his team are professional and excel at anticipating all your needs. We rented a small climate controlled unit there for almost a year and it was always easy to access during and after regular business hours, very clean, accommodating while moving in/​out, and most importantly secure.
They run a tight ship when it comes to security and we would recommend this store highly!!!

I have seen other storage facilities that resemble the scene of a bad horror movie… dark, dank, and unclean. This is NOT one of those!
From the time you set foot on the property, you will notice that it is leaps and bounds above the «competition». It is immaculately well-​maintained, professionally run, and you are reassured that your contents will be kept safe and sound! This is a great storage unit location. The facility is the nicest I have seen. Many storage sizes to choose from. The best thing about it though was the excellent service, and friendliness the staff provided. In particular the staff manager, John, was very friendly and made my entire move-​in and move-​out process very easy.

I’ve been a happy customer of this location for over a year now. I just checked into increasing the size of my storage space and John, the manager, was as accommodating as he was when I first got my unit. Facilities are super clean, very safe and the staff is always friendly.

I used to have two units for my business. Then went down to one. I go there three times a week. I’ve been there almost a year. There’s been multiple times when I needed help with something or I made a mistake and they took great care of me.
The place is very clean, the building is super secure and climate controlled. They have free wifi! They take deliveries for only $ 10 or $ 15/​month!

I met Tom on one of the most stressful days of my life. I had just arrived from Maine and was moving to Atlanta for work. The moving company that was bringing my stuff had called and was arriving two weeks early. I was still living in a hotel and had no idea what I was going to do. After finding Uncle Bob’s on Unilocal I called and they told me to come right in and meet with Tom. He was amazing! He put me right at ease and helped me find just the right size storage space as well as fill out my forms. I want everyone is looking for a place to store things to give Tom call. I have stores things many times over the years and this was the best service I have ever received! Thank you Tom and remember to ask for me if you ever stop by PCM!

Let me preface this review by saying that I have had many storage units in the past through different companies. I found this storage unit now off of google and was pleasantly surprised when I called and a real person answered. John picked up the phone and when I arrived he knew exactly who I was and assisted me. What separates uncle Bob’s and this location in particular, is the people who work there. They pay attention to detail and give great customer service. Honestly John couldn’t have helped me more with the stress of moving. Originally that day I had plans on renting a U-​Haul but I was pleasantly surprised when John let me know that I could use the moving truck for free saving me more than likely $ 80. When I moved into the storage unit, there was a special where I paid for the month and I got the next month free. Upon moving out I needed a few extra days in order to move into my apartmentand they were able to help in getting prorated.
On top of everything the storage unit itself is clean, accommodating, well lit and they play the radio so you have something to listen to you while you’re moving in.
Another important thing about this unit is the security. Typically when visiting my storage unit I go alone and being a female that can be worrisome at night. I never once felt weird about visiting alone.
I collect antiques and have amassed a very valuable collection. I felt at ease leaving my priceless belongings here.
This is a storage unit I would recommend to anyone and I will definitely use again.

Great Storage Unit! The people who work there are fantastic. The space is incredibly clean and has multiple layers of security built in. Moving thing in and out is easy.

I’ve been with these guys for nearly 4 years (even before it was called Uncle Bob’s), and it’s been a great experience. Auto-​billing has been painless. The customer service has been friendly. The climate control works great and is monitored for humidity. The place is much cleaner than the previous storage units I’ve rented (at the end of 4 years there are a few corpses of small insects on top of some boxes, but nothing that bothered me). It’s not the cheapest place at current rates, but I would still recommend it.

This location of Uncle Bob’s has really spoiled this first time storage user!!!
John, who I have interacted with the most and all other members of the staff provide polite and helpful customer service. The facility is always very clean inside and out. Supplies I have needed are available. The lighting serves me well if I am there late. Spacious «always working» elevators and so many other little things we customers take for granted make this an ideal place to do business. I feel my property is safe and so am I !!!

Reserved some wine storage lockers and a 10×10 unit — John was extremely thorough and very helpful — got all set up on automatic billing so we don’t even have to think about it. The place is immaculate! Easy to get in and out of as well.
