I’d give Public Storage 5 stars but Donzel (I think that’s her last name?) gets a 1 star. First off, purchasing insurance is not mandatory and Donzel said I «had» to purchase insurance and the public storage lock (you can buy a cheaper lock on Amazon or Walmart).
She tried to rush me through the process and make more money off of me. I had to rush back to work and ended up getting my money back through the district manager and headed up the street to the Howell Mill Public Storage location where I worked with Jacqueline who was honest, patient, and trustworthy. I had a great experience there.

Great storage unit, prices are great but prices are cheaper online. I recommend everyone reserve their unit online to save on the monthly rate. It is clean, safe and very close to the AUC which is great for students to store their belongings over the summer.
