The best time to come here and eat is on the weekends anywhere between 2:00 and 7:00 in the morning. Sometimes you can meet some fine women and even some freaks of the night after heavy partying. As for the food… typical Waffle House fare with typical Waffle House servers. Stick with the All-Star Breakfast for the best value.

It’s probably better to just starve. The service is terrible. The food was below standard and the bar isn’t set high to begin with bc it’s Waffle House. But seriously just starve.

The phrase«24 hours like a Waffle House(c)» makes so much more sense after visiting ATL. I had the patty melt with bacon and cheese along with country and smothered hash browns. Food quality was just like home cooked comfort food, not quite seasons 52 by still good and service was great. Definitely will re-visit a Waffle House anytime I see one.

Heck you can’t go wrong with the Waffle House! Where else can you bet that 24 hours a day there will be hot coffee and something to satisfy your hunger? This location is good enough. The service I experienced was fast but not necessarily friendly, and I came in during«normal» hours simply for breakfast and it wasn’t that busy. The simple pleasantries of human interactions would be a nice touch to the customer service aspect. Sort of weird… Anyhow my food was spot on and just what I expected. Eggs prepared perfectly and some delicious hash browns scattered, smothered, covered and chunked. And all for under $ 8.

I ate at the Waffle House located near the hotel I stayed in while visiting Atlanta, GA. When I got there, the only people who were there was the staff. I ordered my food and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly, and my food came fast — within five minutes. The Waffle House is an affordable place to eat when you would like something quick. The area I stayed in wasn’t the best, and the demeanor of one of the staff members was very off-putting. Overall, The Waffle House is a great place to eat and the food was good.

I’m from California and couldn’t wait to eat here! I love this chain, and the food is always great. Service is great too, very nice staff. Even the cook came out to check on everyone once he was done cooking. Highly recommend

Today was the first time in 12 years since I’ve eaten at a Waffle House(they don’t have any near me). It was 5:30am, so the place was full of the usual wacky southern characters you would find here, including a man sleeping in the upright seating position at the counter. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious! It’s near the airport, so it’s a great stop on the way out of town! Like others have said in their reviews, get the pecan waffle!

#THOSEPECANWAFFLESDOEEEEE! I ended up staying at a hotel not too far from this waffle house, and my friends and i decided to have a late dinner here. This isn’t the kind a place a little asian girl should go to by her self late at night by the wayyyy, there’s a lot of characters roaming around but the staff are super friendly and welcoming! Food: I ordered the Texas bacon angus melt with hash browns and it was delicious! The hash browns were crispy, not burnt or under cooked, and the melt itself wasn’t overlyyyyy greasy. I also shared an order of the pecan waffles with the boyfriend and zomglobbbbb, it was amazingggg! I’m drooling just thinking about it: X LOL I thought that it was going to come topped with pecans… nope! they made the waffles with the pecans in them! they were perfectly balanced too! Service: There were 2 – 3 ladies working when I went in, they were all so up beat and friendly! They were laughing and talking to patrons all across the establishment, and it was definitely nice to experience everyone in such an environment. I’m not sure when i’ll be making my way back to Georgia, but I would most definitely head over to a waffle house if and when that time comes!(: ps. GETTHEPECANWAFFLES. :D heheh

If you love breakfast food at amazing prices, this is the place to go. They have great combinations of your traditional breakfast food items. I suggest getting their special for $ 7 — you get eggs, choice of bacon or sausage, toast, hash browns and waffles. For $ 1.50 you can add fresh coffee. Our waitress, Stacy was quite the character. When she brought out the food she brought the waffles out last. She noticed me and my friend were taking pictures and she interrupted and quickly brought the waffles and yelled«Hold on! Ya’ll can’t Instagram without them waffles !». Stacy was very attentive and really made us feel at home. I was amazed how this location felt like a mom and pop shop. You could tell all the associates got along by the way they interacted and helped each other. I felt like I was in Paula Deen’s kitchen — everyone was so welcoming and happy to make people food. When we left one of the waitresses said«Make sure to come back and visit us now!» Not sure when I will be back in Georgia, but if you’re ever in Georgia make sure to visit a Waffle House.

Wait staff was so nice and friendly. Food was ok. Just like any greasy spoon. Had eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and waffle. Filled me up and made me want to take a nap! Go here if you want breakfast and not spend a lot of $$$.

two nights in a row! love Waffle House in Atlanta, great service and delicious breakfast. first night I had the eggs hashbrowns and sausage with a giant waffle. Tonight I had the jalapeño biscuit with sausage and eggs, but got it to go this time since I was with my friend. Definitely recommending coming here if you are staying at a hotel close to the Atlanta Airport. Waffle house has grown a new supporter LOL 5STARS

We swung by this location for breakfast on our way to the airport, and — by the end of our meal — I was a little disappointed and concerned. At the time of our visit, 09.02.13, they had a «B» rating posted on the wall, and I can see why. While this Waffle House was well-staffed, the folks behind the counter appeared unorganized and inefficient. For example, the waffle cook became distracted and ended up slightly burning two waffles, which she had to toss out(not only a shame, but an event that slowed down someone’s breakfast). They still managed each order via paper tickets, and appeared to have a difficult time keeping track of what was completed and what was not. Furthermore, as we waited for our order to arrive, I had the time to notice that the floors under the equipment tables(we were in a booth adjacent to the kitchen) were dusty, greasy, and littered with various product wrappers and caps. In addition, the waffle cookers looked as if they had not been thoroughly cleaned in years(the edges caked with dried and burned batter, some of which appeared on the bottom of each of my two waffles). Overall, the staff was friendly, though they could have been more attentive at times. In closing, the other Waffle House locations I have been to were excellent, and — if this location were to address all of these issues — they would be right up there with them.

Come on man. How many Waffle House’s can you review? They are all the best and definitely need to move past the Maryland border. We Get It! We Get It! Give me a reason for even clicking on this link, something insightful, something I didn’t know… This is the closest Waffle House to the airport. So that means it’s either going to be the first food establishment you stop at after getting off the plane or the last place you eat at on the way back home. In my case, its both.

While its not an expensive diner, if you want a cheap breakfast and lots of food this is the place. I personally love the hash browns with onions. However, this Waffle House could step up their service a bit. It took several minutes to even order and when we were ordering the server kept get interrupted and would then ignore us again until the other people were taken care of. In addition to that, all of the ketchup containers were empty and when I asked for more ketchup, I was given another empty bottle.

Just had my first waffle house experience and was not disappointed. Service was fast and food hot. The place was clean. Waitress could have smiled but other than that, good experience. Had single waffle, grits and Texas biscuits and gravy. Loved the sweet tea. Will be back on my next business trip

If you’re in the south, you have to eat at one of these waffle houses. Where can two people eat for under $ 10…not at too many places these days.

This place is decent. I hate that I can’t substitute pork bacon/sausage in the combo’s(Like the All Star Breakfast) for another meat or side so I often time basically get an a la carte. This time was no different. I got a Pecan Waffle, Chicken Breast, Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, Plain Hash Browns and Raisin Toast. So now you know why I’m a fatty! It’s a good thing I’m tall. :) The meal was good. It was breakfast and then two snacks through out the day for me. Nothing really special about this location. They were not as fast as the one near the Main Post Office but I had an early morning date and this was his pick.

Enjoyed my first ATL breakfast here. Atlanta loves their waffles because this frandchise is everywhere in the greater ATL area. I ordered choc chip waffles and bacon. My meal came out to $ 12! That’s kind of pricey if you ask me but, I was on vacation so I didn’t care much. The service was nice.
