One star. Just because the food is edible. I work nearby, and am stuck with my lunch choices being those of the Lenox food court. So naturally, every now and then I crave a sandwich for lunch. To start, they literally have a new person working the register every week. The employee turnaround at this place is insane. I’ve never had a pleasant experience with an employee at which which. They’re always short, impolite, and today they even tried to charge me for a drink that I didn’t want. And when I told him I didnt ask for a drink, he said absolutely nothing no apology, nothing! This is my second time writing a complaint. First, went directly to the manager who then pretty much tried to bribe me with free sandwich coupons. I politely denied. And if you don’t fill out the bag properly, prepare to be talked to like you’re an idiot. This place sucks.

Takes forever to make a sandwich no matter which one you choose. Chipotle and subway please help them.

There’s no line because it’s the worst place in the mall. My sandwich was soggy, bread was dry and not warm even tho I asked for a hot sandwich. Service was rude and slow. Don’t go here.

Beware of unsafe food handling! I just got the saltiest sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Better watch the Italian grinder. I could barely finish it due to its salt content. As so many others have posted, the staff leaves much to be desired at this location. They just don’t seem very interested. Every time I’ve visited, the cashier seems to be deeply involved in conversation with a friend that stopped by. Tonight I once again observed one of the employees drop a bag clip into the food containers behind the counter. He picked it back out with his fingers and put it back on the cable. This is the THIRD time I’ve seen this happen over the past several visits. It’s a food safety issue, that can easily cause cross contamination and food borne illness. I think I’ll be dining elsewhere from now on for my own health. Also, they may close the restaurant well before the food court closes. It was a quarter till 9, and they were turning people away. Also worth noting, cashier with a wild and unkempt fro around the food area with no hair restraint.

I am somewhat dumbfounded by how bad this location is. We should have read more into the conspicuous absence of a queue(line in American English) at 1230pm on a Saturday. Here is what they need to fix: 1) Staff are completely disengaged and simply lazy. Despite having no customers it took about 5 minutes of waiting before someone came to the counter to take our orders. Then they spent a lot of time talking to each other instead of making the sandwich. They were having a long conversation about how to make a skinny sandwich and by long, I mean about 10 minutes. It took so long because one of them kept going in and out of the back room. 2) Incredibly slow. Took exactly 20 minutes to get a sandwich with no one in front of us in the line, and no pending orders. 3) Sandwich was very poorly made. They drowned the sandwich in dressings, put too little toppings, and the whole thing had a generally sloppy feeling. After a couple of bites I put the sandwich in the bin. 4) There was water on the floor in front of the shop which we pointed out to them but they had no interest in cleaning it up. Obviously safety means nothing to them. 5) Which Wich locations are generally excellent. This one has lost its way. Fire everyone who works here and start again.

Unbelievably slow wait and rude staff. It took 17 minutes for a turkey sandwich. 17 minutes! And the staff didn’t care at all. One person just chatted on his phone and the other person moved slower than a turtle. Unless you like waiting 17 minutes for a sandwich, go somewhere else.

Longest I have waited for a Which Wich sandwich in my life. They also messed up some else’s order in front of me. Here are the reasons why it took so long: 1) Cashier was chatting with friends while the line was building up 2) She did not put my shake in the order. Clearly not up to the standards of the other Which Wich shops I have been to in Texas. Top it off they did not toast it even though it was marked toasted.

Could really do without their employees slamming the back door while I’m getting a drink. It sounded like a sonic boom. I think I’m deaf in my left ear now. Oh, and there’s a sign on the door that says ’ do not slam door’.

I have to say I was very impressed! I love sandwiches but am always weary of sandwich shops because not every one of them is good. However, my corn-beef sandwich was GREAT!!! My best-friend even tried to eat the other half I was saving for dinner, unfortunately he did eat it so there went dinner. Anywho, they are inexpensive and the concept of marking off what you want on the paper bag is pretty cool and creative. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because they need to work on their customer service. The guy who I assumed to be the manager was very friendly, but not the girls working out in the front(taking orders and making sandwiches). I will definitely be sure to return the next time I’m at Lenox instead of going to Corner Bakery. I still like Corner Bakery, but this is cheaper and just as good!

As a Which Wich lover, I am disappointed that this has to be my first bad review. I decided to go here for lunch in the midst of my shopping at Lenox and was highly disappointed. I had to send my sandwich back not once, but TWICE because they could not get the ingredients right. Come on people, it’s not hard to follow a fill-in-the bubble sandwich order that I filled in for you.

The sandwich was cold mid way through, and the service was awful from the women. I didn’t get one smile or a «have a nice day» this is my third time giving this place a chance but it’s the same every time.

Just to explain the process, you go to a number. The numbers coordinate with different types of meat(listed on the menu board). You then take one of the paper bags and check off what you want on your sandwich. The bags indicates an extra charges. One thing I like about Which Wich is that there’s not a lot of miscommunication. What you check off is what you get. There’s no taking down orders, hoping they get it right here. It’s the Subway for introverts, really. With that being said, the sandwiches are kind of so-so. They have lots of options, but the meat, bread, cheese, toppings, etc. just aren’t the quality of Firehouse or Publix. Part of what makes both of those good«fast food» sub places is that they use Boar’s Head, good cheese, etc. and you can taste the difference. Overall, it’s a good place if you’re in the food court. Not sure I’d make it a destination.

I was hungry for lunch in the Lenox mall and was directed to the Which Wich sandwich place. The girls behind the counter explained the process to me and I checked the Menu to see what I wanted. Basically, you select the brown bag of the meat you want. From there you check off anything else you want added to your meal. I grabbed the bag for Ham and checked my options. Double meat, cheese, size, dressing, etc… They are an assembly line of sandwich preparing. One person starts it, passes it to someone else who passes it down again. At the end you have exactly the sandwich you ordered. truthfully I didn’t expect much but my sandwich was FULL of meat! They weren’t cheap at all with the fixings either. Needless to say i was full after this meal. Too bad we don’t have these in NY.

I love Which Wich — we don’t have them at home but I eat at the chain regularly when away. This location is small but efficient with sandwiches coming out quickly despite the huge number of choices available. I love that you can create anything — literally. Want a turkey, cranberry sauce, blue cheese sandwich with jalepenos, guac and horseradish? Or a pastrami, cheddar, pickle, buffalo spread and green pepper sandwich? Want it toasted, or as a salad? They’ll do it. Great for stoners, daredevils and pregnant ladies!

Which Wich in the Lenox Mall is one of the better choices in the food court with the array of fast food places around. Not to mention if you sign up on their website for their email club you’ll get a free sandwich when signing up and another each birthday. So far I’ve enjoyed 2 of their free email club sandwiches. My first visit here I was a little confused about their ordering process where you take a paper bag and fill out how you want your sandwich prepared; so many choices on there. But my 2nd visit went a little better and I knew what I was doing and created the perfect sandwich. While not the best sandwich in town Which Wich does a great job at making a fresh to order sandwich in record speed to get your grub on and get you on your way which is perfect when I need a quickie at lunch and can walk over to the mall to pick up a sandwich and be on my way. Don’t let the great selection and taste here fool you though, their meats are very high in nitrates and sodium; but that is what makes it so delicious. Just wanted to throw that out there for my friends that are on the healthy side as these little boogers are fattening. But oh so delicious!

I’ve heard so many good things about this place and decided that today was the day to test them! I ordered the 10″ club with avocado. The line was crazy with people just waiting for their names to be called. I got mine and tore into it. First off, the size is pretty big. Huge in fact. The bread was toasted very well. However, it’s definitely not my favorite sandwich shop and I’ll think long and hard before trying them again. First off, the american cheese tasted like something out of a can and was just clumped up in the lettuce. The avocado was mashed(mashed I tell you!) into the stuffing to the point where I thought it was old lettuce since it had browned up. I really had expected them to slice up the avocados and neatly(hell, they could have just thrown it on top of everything else) not mashed up into oblivion! The good though: the bacon was crunchy(yum!) and the meat fresh.

The food court at Lenox sucks so I was happy to see a Which Wich here. I remember trying the place when they had a location in Athens, GA and being somewhat underwhelmed but I figured I’d give it a try. I got the Italian grinder and it was quite good. I think it’s pretty awesome that you get to pick exactly what you want to put on it. You did this by marking next to the items you want on the sandwich bag with a red marker. The list is quite long and there are plenty of options for anyone. I’m a big sauce fan, so I could just mark away on the sandwich bag instead of having to try to explain it to a cashier. Overall I’d say this is the best place in the Lenox Mall food court, especially of you’re tired of chickfila.

I’m so excited to have a Which Wich? in Lenox mall! Yay! I branched out from my usual Gyro and got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich, with lots of veggies. It was delicious, and I enjoyed it thoroughly(although it was missing that«something»…better luck next time?!). Plus, Which Wich? is very affordable — my sandwich was less than $ 6, rather filling, and of nicer quality than food court neighbor Subway(plus the people there are SO much nicer than at Subway — read my review of that Subway if you’re curious, heh). I’m a little concerned about this place’s speed, though. It worked great in Atlantic Station, where people are more the«leisurely lunch» type… maybe not so great in the hustle and bustle of Lenox Mall? We’ll see… Definitely give this place a try. Which Wich is great!
