First and probably last time at this wing stop. The employees were just terrible; unprofessional, slow and honestly seemed more interested in hitting on me than trying to cook the food. I’ve worked in a wing place before and I know it takes on average maybe 10 – 15 mins to fully cool the wings depending on how hot you set the grease to. However I sat and waited 30 mins! When I got home I knew why; my wings were hard and over cooked! Overall the service was terrible, the food wasn’t great and the overall experience was pitiful. Do yourself a favor and don’t even give this place a chance!

The staff wasn’t so friendly and its little on the expensive side compared to other wing places but I have to say Rick Ross wasn’t lying about the lemon pepper wings, those were the the best lemon pepper wings I ever had. Good lemon pepper wings are very hard to find. The hot wings were good but not the best.

Employees are extremely friendly and outgoing. The food is traditional wing food, it’s not going to knock your socks off but it gets the job done and they do it right. They have a special on Monday and Tuesday for $ 0.60 wings that are a good deal so that’s when I usually go, and they’re not that crowded so the food is always ready really quickly.

Worst experience, ever! The staff is unprofessional, upon walking in, no one greets me but the staff sure did hold a conversation upon themselves, not only that, before helping me, they helped the man behind me and got his order in. It took me to go up and ask for my pick up order, even then I had to wait for a response from the girl that was cooking. There were 2 staff members at the registers talking BTW. There was a third staff member making my food and handling money without washing her hands, needless to say she was the only person that seemed to be working. I’ve never had this bad of an experience. I will never return to this location, that visit was my first and last. They need a whole new staff and management so this location can run on a more professional level. I should have read the ratings on Unilocal before I went, it would have helped deterred me from that horrible experience.

This was my first time here and it wasn’t a bad experience. When we got there there was no one inside except two employees. I was greeted my the young man at the cash register and he even offered suggestions for the wing flavors to try. I ordered to go and the food didn’t take that long. I was sitting at a table waiting and the young man brought the food out to me. Interior was small but looked clean. They had lots of flavors for the wings and they even have a small beer selection. Overall the wings were really good so I’ll probably return.

I thought that having a Wingstop near me would be awesome because I’ve had such a good experience with them in the past at a different location. I was wrong. Although the wings and fries were similar in taste and quality, the service here was pitiful. Let me explain. I walked into the restaurant. There was no line and no one eating. Two employees sat at a nearby table while one stood at the register. You would think that taking my order immediately would be an easy task. Not quite. The employee at the register was counting his till and did not acknowledge me until he was done(almost 10 minutes later). When he was done counting he asked one of the employees in the booth to take my order because he was supposed to go to break or something. This place was not worth the time I wasted in there that day. By the way, my experience occurred this past summer. Hopefully the service has changed. But I’m not going back.

Overall 3.5÷5(rounded up due to speed) Food 4⁄5 Service 5⁄5 Atmosphere 2⁄5 Nutshell: New wingstop located near Emory in a decently sized shopping center. Although it is very small with very limited parking, the staff here are friendly, wings were cooked well and they offered the standard coupons/deals(EG M/T 0.50 wings)! Food: Came here for the 0.50 boneless wings on M/T. You can only order in increments of 5. I got 15 wings flavored with garlic Parmesan. Each wing was cooked perfectly — crunchy on the outside and while still moist. The garlic Parmesan was evenly tossed and not drenched in oil like some other places. The regular seasoned French fries were cooked well and had moderate seasoning. Service: The staff here are friendly and professional. Food came out in 9 mins exactly what they told me prior to ordering. I also always saw the staff cleaning during down time. Atmosphere: This place is extremely small. They only have 3 – 4 tables inside. Parking space fill with 3 – 4 cars as well. If you are claustrophobic I wouldn’t come inside.

I go to wingstop often and order original hot every time. Why? Because they are the most flavorless wings ever! I apply my own buffalo sauce i bought from Kroger and everything is all good. The place is really convenient. They tell you 14 min when you call in and it’s usually ready before that. I will continue to go to wingstop frequently and continue hating myself.

I was excited to hear of a wing place opening up so close to where I live. Places like Buffalo Wild Wings and Atlanta’s Best Wings are just a bit far for those lazy nights when I just want to grab some food fast. I’d never eaten at any Wingstop locations so I checked out their website before going over. I found that they had an online ordering option for take-outs so I placed an order for a 30-piece boneless wing Family Package. The online ordering system was very well-organized and made it easy to choose the wing sauces, sides, and so on. I drove over and found the store to be pretty much empty. So happily, my food was ready and all set to go! The whole ride home, I could smell the wing sauce and couldn’t wait to eat. However, when I got home, I opened up the large paper bag to find some very unpleasant surprises. 1. A very small«large» order of fries. Not only was the portion pretty measly, the fries were cold, limp, and soggy. 2. A very small side of veggies — it’s a family package. What, if it’s a family of 4, each person gets like 2? 3. NOBLUECHEESESAUCES. THIS was a major deal breaker. When ordering, you get to choose 3 sauces on the side, including Ranch and Blue Cheese. I chose all 3 Blue Cheese. Alas, I had 0. 4. Cold food. Cold wings and cold soggy fries. I arrived 5 minutes past the estimated pick-up time and it was about a 5 minute drive home. The food should NOT be cold. 5. Cajun wings — actually didn’t have any sauce. Instead, it’s a dry seasoning. However, since the chicken was cold, it just made the coating taste really strange and powdery. And it’s not even a little bit spicy. All in all, I am very disappointed in my experience, both in terms of the actual food and the missing blue cheese sauces.
