The food is good and the prices and delivery time is reasonable. The large fries are LARGE. I’m glad to have a place to order from that isn’t just pizza and subs. I only wish they took orders before 5pm.

This place is disgusting. The wings are very nasty and soggy as mentioned. The wings are also to big you can tell that they are not of good quality along with the burger meat. This place probably only stays open via late night college drunks with no money.

I’ve ordered from here before. The hour wait for delivery is not worth the greasy, flavorless wings. There are better places nearby.

Good wings and fast service! Only $ 1.50 delivery charge too! Good for take out or delivery, but sit down lacks some atmosphere. It looks vacant from the outside.

My family and I got 15 honey bbq wings and because we went on Wednesday we got an extra half pound of boneless wings as well. Food was ready quickly and the meal was good. Not the best wings I’ve ever had but a definite do-again.

Do yourself a favor, and don’t eat here. Unless you have the drunchies, you’re high, or you are literally starving and they’re the last resort, don’t do it. I paid $ 19.00 for delivery of 15 «jumbo» wings(which are literally the opposite), and for fried dough with a strand of onion on the inside. The«onion rings» had no flavor, which I was expecting to resolve with using ranch, but I found myself even more disappointed with that. As a southern girl, I can’t respect any restaurant that ruins ranch. Oh and then the wings. The flavor– meh. The size– my thumb has more meat. Let’s not even talk about how the delivery man didn’t even wait till I closed the door to see if I left a tip. Yea, let’s just not talk about that. My first hint to NOT eat here, should have been the picture of the roach found in someone’s food– it should be yours too.

I ordered a 15 piece with fries and a drink. I waited almost an hour to get my food and when they finally got here they didn’t give me my fries. I called and they said they would have it right to me. 35 minutes later I called back to see where the driver was and they then told me they would not be sending him back and hung up on me. This place is garbage and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Wings were totally gross. Sauce was too much and too sweet not to mention it was drowning the«chicken.» Egg rolls were days old and soggy. Just really low quality food. I’m sure you’re supposed to be drunk to eat this food. Shoot.

Tip: if you come here on Wednesdays, you get an extra half pound of wings! Who wouldn’t want wings AND Chinese food? Come here and you have options to get either or both(you should probably do both). They have a great variety of flavors. My personal favorite is the lemon pepper, but you can mix and match and get different flavors that you want to try. Not bad for a late-night wings place when you just have that craving. I always order for pick-up and by the time I get there, the food is ready.

Wings were meh. Real reason for 1 star is they recommended a drink to meet the $ 12 minimum and neglected to mention bleu cheese was not included. What’s the point without bleu cheese?!?

The Jamaican jerk flavored wings are so good. I don’t really review wing places but this flavoring is amazing to me. Wings were crisp and meaty. We also had the pork steamed dumplings… pretty tasty.

This place is very meh. I wasn’t particularly impressed by the boneless wings and fries. They say it’s by the pound but I felt like my fries were included in that weight. I see why there are mediocre reviews on Unilocal.I will not be returning.

WingNuts is the go-to take out/delivery joint in the Emory/Downtown Decatur area, it’s populated mainly by college students and night owls — it’s open late, and the food(read: wings and sides) is cheap and generally pretty good. I find that overall the three star average nails it perfectly. Honestly, if there were better options open in the early AM hours, I’d be there — WingNuts is typically our late night last resort. That being said, I do enjoy the wings, they’re well flavored and not at all overcooked or a soggy mess. My one qualm is that the wings orders aren’t consistent in size, some are«normal» and some are very small. However, the staff is friendly and they have no problems splitting/alternating orders or taking split payments(it is after all a college joint). They do charge for all dipping sauces(ie., blue cheese, ranch) — $ 0.25 each, but they’re a fairly decent size: if you’re ordering less than the 10 wing combo, you’re good with one — more than 10, I’d go with two. Even if you’re dining in, I recommend calling in the order — we called in our order for pick-up and it was said to be ready in 10 minutes. We arrived 10 minutes on the dot just as our order was coming out of the kitchen. Perfect timing!

Best chicken tenders in town. I ordered the 1 pound chicken tenders with sweet Thai chili sauce, it was awesome. The tender were so juicy but crispy at the same time. The staff were nice and friendly. Definitely will go back to this place again.

These wings are really delicious. I love the boneless ones and Wingnuts Wednesdays are the best.

Went to Wingnuts for the first time today, and I will definitely be going back again. We ate there, and the wings were hot, moist, and not soggy at all. I’d definitely recommend the lemon pepper ones. On top of the food being delicious, the service was great. They were very attentive and even brought our table some free sides. The next time you’re looking for some great wings at a reasonable price(stop by on wednesdays they have a great deal) definitely give this place a try.

I write this review as I finish my bowl of cereal for supper, as the meal we ordered was a complete soggy mess. Cereal was the better option. We placed our order online and patiently waited 1 hr 5 min for our vegetarian wings(slices of tofu with sauce, no innovation here), double crispy regular wings(no crisp whatsoever, the Parmesan ranch flavor: soggy breading with actual ranch dressing poured over), Cajun fries(exactly like the cheap frozen fries and super duper soggy), and because its a Wednesday, we were awarded ‘free half-pound of boneless wings’(4 chicken fingers with zero flavor). Worst $ 22 we ever spent on food.

For the Vegetarians Out There: I was really excited to see that WingNuts had vegetarian«wings,» but I shouldn’t have been. They’re just a soggy brick of tofu with breading wrapped around them and some sauce poured on top. I think this place is owned by the same people that own Chopsticks next door. Get your food from that menu if you’re looking for something vegetarian. The one pro is how late this place is open.

Get the Carolina BBQ sauce wings! My boyfriend has ordered it at least 3 times and it’s sooooo good!!! It’s open late and it’s just down the street from where I live. It’s a perfect meal for those days you just don’t feel like cooking or going anywhere!
