I appreciate Dr. Yager, but his staff needs more training. They are unprofessional in both care and attitude. I made him my PCP about 3 years ago. I usually come once a year but, even in those visits, have noticed a decline in service. Last year, I had some questionable charges that I still have yet to figure out. He charged me almost double my office visit plus something else and he’s an in-network provider… it was just weird. Really weird. I left with the same feeling I would have had if I discovered that a stranger just doublecrossed me. Then, my most recent appointment was a disaster! They just need to shut the doors.

Ok experience. This doctor was the most expensive doctor of the area. We pay out of pocket until we meet our deductible so it matters for us. We were disappointed with his service. My husband has been on a certain prescription for years now. We moved the area so we had to find a new doctor which was dr yager. He changed my husbands prescription to only half the dosage even though my husband explained and recommended his same prescription. Even the pharmacists questions the prescription w/o me even saying anything. She just knew from seeing his past history. Furthermore, He said it’s $ 50(each month) for every time we go to pick up the prescription script from his office. Will not return. Seemed more money driven.

Absolutely love this guy. Minimal wait time and super professional. This is that small town doctor feel in the heart of buckhead. If you’re tired of untrusting corporate profit chains, this is your place. Talk about cool, wait until you see the practice. It’s like you stepped into an early 1920’s midtown Chicago doctors office. Don’t let that scare you because it’s part of what makes this place authentic. Howard uses state of the art equipment so I highly recommend.

Dr. Yager offers pragmatic advice that I a result of his lifetime of experience. It’s refreshing to be able to speak with your primary care physician candidly and honestly without feeling judged. He encourages you to be moderate to abstain from destructive habits and use medicine as its intended — when you need it! His staff is considerate and I’ve never waited longer than 20 minutes to be seen. He is consistent, constant and has an excellent staff that come to work, to work. I strongly recommend Dr. Yager…

I’ve been there twice, and had to wait a combined 3 hours. No apologies either. Dr. Yager is a bit past his prime and wasn’t very knowledgeable about my condition. He didn’t even check to see if he had any samples or coupons for my medication, which is very expensive. Both he and his office belong in a Norman Rockwell painting, my suggestion is to find someone in the 21st century.
