Went in for a couples massage. I love how it’s a smaller local business vs massage envy. I also love how they have low prices everyday and no membership is needed. I believe it’s about $ 39 for an hour massage. It was well worth every penny. This place was awesome and I will definitely be going back!

First time getting a massage in years. This place was recommend and it lived up to the hype — Chauncey was my massage therapist and she was fantastic. Highly recommended and affordable.

I have been coming here for years and I enjoy each visit. Today Lastenia did my Swedish massage and I feel so relaxed. I will definitely use her again.

The owner has the worst customer relation skills. After a misunderstanding of booking me under another therapist she chastised me to say I needed to be more clear on the phone of the therapist that I wanted… excuse me!!! She made me feel two feet tall and not at all welcoming to enjoy my services. How rude! It was clearly a mistake(on their end) bc I had been a client for the past year with the same therapist, isn’t that was client records are for??? I’m done with the place and that’s not the first time she was less than friendly with me but I revisited bc of the great massage and the price.

I am posting this under my wonderful husband’s account. Unilocal forced me to select at least one star however, I am rating this facility with ZERO stars. Ladies, please do not have a Pregnancy massage done here! I am fairly confident their massage therapist are not Prenatal certified. I have frequented this facility regularly for quite some time now. I have never had a problem with them until now. I was 11 weeks and 5 days pregnant when I scheduled an appointment to alleviate the excruciating pain in my lower back and pelvis. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out any needed paperwork. It was 40 minutes later before I was taken to a room, 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Upon my arrival I was never asked whether my current medical condition had changed since my last visit nor was I asked if I was currently pregnant. Once the massage therapist arrived I took it upon myself to divulge that I was expecting. The therapist looked puzzled then stated that they do not perform massages on women in their 1st trimester. I was confused because there was no signage posted in their lobby or on their website stating this policy. I am a nurse and every website out there including my doctor has confirmed that not receiving massages in the first trimester is an old wives tale however, if this is their policy then it should be visible to those customers affected. There website states that the«Pregnancy massage is not indicated for the first trimester». There is no mention of completely refusing to treat first trimester clients. To make matters worse one of the therapist stated that they only treat clients in their third trimester which is clearly false. If I, as the client, know more about Pregnancy Massages, then that is a clear indication that their staff is not certified to treat clients in ANY stage of pregnancy. There is actually a higher risk of causing pre-term labor in the second trimester if pressure points in the ankle are stimulated. To make matters worse, the only thing I was offered was a $ 5 discount(the same coupon found in any magazine) on my next massage, which I will surely not redeem from this company ever. I asked the receptionist to have the owner contact me however, she never did and I located her contact information on the internet. Mary LaBroi(owner) has the worse customer relation skills I have ever witnessed. She was nonchalant and could have cared less about my ordeal. I basically contacted her to offer her advice on how to better her business so that this event would not occur again. She basically stated that the receptionist usually asks whether or not a client’s medical history had changed; however, I have never once been asked this question. I explained to her how her company would have been liable had I suffered a miscarriage after allowing her staff to perform a massage seeing as to how they never thought to inquire whether a woman of child bearing age was now pregnant. Her tone of voice clearly conveyed that she cared less. Sorry for such a long rant ladies. I hope my ordeal can help someone else out there.

I received a gift certificate to Zen’s as a Christmas gift from my son and I must say I was pleased. This location was very clean and although it wasn’t as upscale as some of the other locations that I have visited, it was still a great value. The cost for each massage is $ 39.95 no gimmicks, you really get a full hour massgae for less than $ 40. That was a great bargain and it doesn’t require you to have a membership, this is the everyday price. My therapist was Charles, he was thorough and was very mindful and sensitive to my privacy. He asked what was my comfort level an never went pass that. I didn’t give it 5 stars only because he talked just a little more than i wanted, I just wanted to relax. I will be returning because you just can’t beat the price for such a great massage, it was well worth it!

I really like this place. You don’t get the full ambiance like your upscale spas but if you are in need of a good massage for a great price, here’s the place. Patricia is the therapist that I request, AMAZING! Not only is she a wonderful massage therapist, she can also stretch you out if you’re sore from working out. I look forward to my next visit.
